And Leicester have done it. I gotta say after 20 years of watching football there are still moments and stories that can shock you.

This is simply the most incredible achievement I've seen in the game and it goes to their wonderful players and specially Ranieri.

After finishing 2nd and lower for so many times, he won the most unbelievable league title ever. Congrats to him and Leicester.

What a story. A story for life and beyond. Something to draw inspiration from not only in football but in life otherwise as well.

Imagine being in the shoes of those players, most of whom were largely 'rejects' from big clubs. Incredible achievement for them.
Score one for the little guys!
this also means that Leicester gets automatic pot 1 in CL 16/17.

I find it ridiculous that everyone is writing on the Leicester forum when everyone knows there are no fans on this site -.-

Have you guys seen this apparent leak of our kit next season? Personally i find it hideous, hopefully it's a fake. The new design makes the Juve black and white unrecognisable, taking away any feel of tradition.

What are your thoughts?
FUBAR
Agreed, my friend.
and what in the blue hell was that...????

if its the real thing I'd definitely skipping the home kit for next season
So happy to finally see Hernanes getting a goal. I always wanted to see him do one of his famous back flips in a Juventus jersey. Hope we keep him for next season as well.
+2
If we get Gomes, he won't be needed. He only had a handful of good minutes this season anyway.
Rather keep Hernanes and save the 35 million euros tbh
+1
No one is gonna give us any money for him anyway so don't worry.
+1 @LeoMora
Apologies for the site being down- some modifications were being made that unfortunately crashed the rest of the site. Things should be back in working order now.
+2
Woot, finally up!

And damn, Hernanes was awesome!
Mario Lemina's loan is made into a four-year long permanent deal folks. Let's see how this kid develops.
+2
I'm glad but should we get this Andre Gomes guy now? I just read the article that said it's done. We have 7 CM/DMs and Gomes is another 35 million!!! CM. This would mean no attacking midfielder/trequartista again for another year.

Plus I saw Gomes' stats and nothing indicates he is worth that much.

I hope we can get Cuadrado sorted out before we buy another midfielder. He gave us more edge in Europe than any CM.
I am very happy with the Lemina deal. Big fan of him.

And honestly, I feel that our 352 is good enough for Europe. Dybala's role is different than that of Tevez. Dybala sits deeper to bring the ball forward, much like a trequartista. So I don't mind missing out on a trequartista, especially if we can't get someone established.
Very happy that we signed Lemina outright. He has the potential to become another Vidal. The kid can be played anywhere in midfield. Some argue you can play him almost anywhere in the field. Him, Sandro and Pogba are probably our best players when it comes to stealing balls off the opposition.

Now hopefully, we can sign Cuadrado outright as well.
Sg, Tevez did the same thing. Even under Conte, but more so with Allegri.

Lemina is good and Gomes seems to be a good addition, but it is getting crowded.

Lemina may be fine being a back-up, but Gomes won't be. He seems to have great vision so, is ideal for our passing game, but he may be frustrated if he is told stay back like Claudio.

This also puts a question mark on Pereyra. He was unfortunate with injuries this season, but he has attacking potential. Being an attacking midfielder, he also lacks place in 3-5-2.

and fresh news is that we may target James. That would seal the deal for making 4-3-1-2 our main formation. Cuadrado doesn't fit there though.

there are decisions to be made.
OK this seems a bit of a stretch and very difficult to players to switch between week in week out but by now we know that we need a completely different approach to Europe than to Serie A. Our 352 is flawless for Serie A ( and it does not need a CAM) but for Europe Cuadrado and Morata were arguably our most effective players when they were on the wings in 433. Now this also might not require a CAM but I just like Rodriguez and Isco too much to say no but in this case Berardi and Cuadrado can be very effective.

So if I would put my selfish reasons aside to have another technically gifted No.10 type I think we should bring Cuadrado and Berardi in and try to work on a string and effective 433. Counter attacks Pressing, we have youngsters who have a lot of pace and energy as well. I think this is the way to go.

Yes, I love our flexibility in formation. And we need one more CB, for backup, obviously. Evra as CB feels so wrong, luckily it's just Carpi.
My biggest concern this off-season will be what Real are going to do with Morata. The boy loves it here, but Marotta told that everything regarding him is in Real's hands. I think Real are going to make it extremely difficult for us. Real need a striker for themselves although Morata does not fit their galactico bill, or they might just sell him for profit. This is really a big concern for me, he has already proven he can have a great future with us.

And, if we are really getting Gomes, that will have me worried about Pogba's future here. Alternatively, the idea might be that Gomes will replace Marchisio for next season, and a season after that one MF will go, most likely Pogba.

I am not so enthused about a treqaurtista, but we certainly need an attacking midfielder so that we can play a 4-3-3 in Europe. Be it James or Isco or even Berardi.

Atletico what a team! They are like a machine.
+1
yup...good job to them....hope for Atletico n City finale...
They basically used the gameplan that Allegri used in our second game against Bayern. Press high and press early, try and score early and frustrate them to death- the only difference was that they didn't cave at the end. I had really wanted to play them. Everyone has been talking about how they are the most organized and best defensive team in Europe. Not that my vote counts for much, but I'd beg to differ.
Yep, but the difference between us and them is the interception rate. They press with around 2-3 players while still keeping their defense organised and push Bayern to play long ball which turns out very effective. Aerial battle defines the victor.

You don't let a team that's possession based build up play the ball short and quick with such freedom by sitting back and try to absorb everything.
we did play them though..did not come out on top.

we may like them, but if they end up winning before us, it would make us look bad.
This is out of topic but NYC FC, which is kinda weird because they use FC instead SC, suffers really badly on the league.

Gio's doing fine though. Would be very interesting to see him in France.
They even dropped Pirlo from the first 11.
we should sign Pirlo back on loan....not even joking about that
