As for your point about the 433,This is why I thought we should go back to 433,Teams have figured our 352 out.They either press us in our half or sit back and clear the crosses.There aren't much penetration from wings.It keeps us tight at the back but not much going forward.

I heard Conte will try to bring back 4-3-3 for next season. We can try Isla in the 3 men midfield or sell him. He has got to go somewhere.

Other than that, not much else to say. We can't expect Padoin to score like Vidal or De Ceglie, who barely plays, to match Asamoah's approach.

Other than that only the 4-3-3 will make a difference as the way we play now only leads to semi-chances. Without players who can create something, if you watch things closely, all we do is pass around and then send in a cross. Which is 50-50 at best.
