Paul Pogba just renew his contract with Juve until 2019....!!
Forza Juve!!
Finally some good news

+1
I can smell that 150 mil euro check from Madrid in 3 years! X)
Italian football having a horrible week- Napoli just lost 0-2 to Young Boys.

It is clear that the quality in Italy is just not up to European standard.
sad but true....
Soon enough we'll have only two places for the Champions League
we have the quality, but all players have to do what the manager says...
So disappointing. I don't think we can play with Pirlo as CDM in champions league. The level is much higher than Serie A. The teams close him down much more quickly & he doesn't get the ball in open situations. Losing the ball so many times that cost us. We should start with Marchiso instead IMO.

We're great to watch when we push forward & attack. we just need to have that mentality from the begining. Super sad :(

Also, the offside goal may have changed the whole outcome as well. Don't know what the ref was thinking
+1
for those who missed the match last night

http://i.pictr.com/2axlo6jqw9.jpg

if it were to happen on the opposite team Juve would've been murdered with accusation of cheating/fixing yada yada etc
that's offside :)
how's that offside? the defender on the goal line! :)
+2
my point is not about the offside goal, but rather the circumstances.
If that were to happen to Olympiakos we would've heard the neverending complain and slander about our team :)
+1
What is the purpose of the goal-line ref if he can't see this? Just so annoying!
it's offside if you receive a forward pass when there is only one opposing player ahead of you. usually the keeper.
Yes, in this play the last man on the line counts as the keeper in normal situations. So, Tevez was offside because he was ahead of the 2nd last opponent.
Its disappointing. Tevez is proving himelf. Llorente is not the striker we want. Certainly, we can't go far with Allegri. he is coward, laid-back and too soft.
Italian teams are struggling. Not the right word. Embarrassing themselves. May be weak competition in Seria A is reflecting on Roma's and Juve's performances' on big stage. Frankly, recent struggles of Milan And Inter made easier for us to win back to back titles. And seems like Juve is struggling when playing competitive teams in UC. So, my suggestion is we have to look for answers beyond Juventus failures in UC. Italian football needs major remake.
P.S. Germans are proving the 4th spot that they stole from us. We should say they deserved that spot.
and btw on a side note;

that All-Blue kits looks rather bad ass on the pitch though (i believe it was their first time wearing dat shirt on away match right?)

hopefully dat blue kit would brought us luck in European matches (like 95-96) sooner rather than later..but as a wise man said, "u made ur own luck"
It will be later, more like 2114 CL title.
said it b4 gonna said it again

if this team trying to play defensively then Marchisio is the man of CDM...certainly not Pirlo

and said it b4 gonna said it again

Pirlo is a master with ball on his feet..but on his bad day, his mistakes (dribbling in his own area, hogging the ball too long, complacent short passes) would cost the entire team. It happened b4, and last night certainly wouldn't be the last
and another thing instead of looking at Juventus negativity i would salute Olympiakos bcoz they did deserved to win last night(unlike Gala last season)

now a 3pts against them in Turin is a must and probably a 3pts in Sweden too...bcoz the way we approached matches in Europe i have doubt if Juve could win their remaining matches..esp against Atletico
Deserved? maybe

But, we didn't deserve to lose either. Offside goal, ball cleared off the line, shot saved to the crossbar and 2-3 frontal shots blocked. We could have won easily as well looking at the end of the match.

A draw would have been fair.
deserved bcoz they took their chances

we didn't

lets hope it would be a lesson for Juve to start to play more positively from the get go..not until it was too late.

and afterall the Karaikakis stadium is never an easy venue..as the likes of Real Madrid, Arsenal, United, even this season Atletico has fallen victim at that place..so for Juve to come and bossing Olympiakos during one part of the match..make me thinking dat this team actually can do better then what they currently doing..with the right mentality of course
Now we need to win the next 2 matches. No questions asked. Hopefully on the last match a draw will be good enough for both parties.
So that was really sad.

I agree with Spigy about instilling an attacking mentality. I don't understand why we go after teams in Serie A, but are so tentative in Europe, especially when we know that we are better than 85% of the teams in the competition.

We are not taking advantage of opportunities, even though the opposing GKs have been stepping up and playing well against us.

Ruthlessness needs to come back to Turin. I just don't know if it does with Allegri- I expected this to start in the second season, but we are already seeing signs of his last days at Milan.
The players are echoing the words.

Buffon: "if we played at this tempo from the beginning it would have been different"
Tevez: "we need a new mentality"
Pobga: "In Europe we play against teams who are all very strong and we must take that extra step to go forward.”

and

Juve were caught out on the counter this evening when Andrea Pirlo was dispossessed and Pogba revealed this is a tactical issue.

“Allegri tells me to run off the ball, but the problem is that I should be closer to Andrea, as otherwise I leave him on his own.”

poor excuse of a coach.
We are garbage in europe simple as that what an embarrassing team
