Jojo to have his medical on Tuesday.

On other news we've been linked with some young and upcoming 18 year old defender. Never watched him but seems highly rated. The German U19 CB would come to Inter on a free transfer.
Kehrer? Schalke doesn't seem willing to let him go, never heard of him myself, just hope he turns out as Boateng did for Mancini at City, still not quite sold on Jojo but after the Real game, i can see why Inter have been linked with Jojo, Peri and Melo... but it'll mean bad news for Palacio, Hernanes and Brozo... however, Peri might turn out to be a great replacement for Palacio, specially if he can get some goals to his name... and Jojo offering greater width and better goal ratio than Hernanes with Melo offering more cover for the midfield, can see why Mancini isn't really worried about gaols in that sense... yet, at least lol! wonder if Vidic, Medel and Guarin will still be at the club with those players set to arrive? also will Nago, D'Ambro and Santon still be at the club or will they push for a new LB? perhaps Mancini wasn't joking when he said he really needed 9 new players!
Melo has the experience and leadership in MF, not to mention he would be happy with any role at Inter at his age. Jojo is capable of playing the number 10 and as a striker, so he brings versatility to the team and Peri is just a great AM who can play out-wide and certainly set up Icardi for many goals. Palacio is getting old and Inter have to start getting ready to replace him, I still think he has a big role at Inter for this season but injuries and fatigue can catch up to him but I still think his going to get games.

As for players leaving. I would keep Medel just because his a destroyer time of player and can play in the back, Melo is good player but Kondo/Medel would be the best DMs for the team right now. The question now is what happens to Guarin/Hernanes/Brozo. Now as for LBs, Dodo is already at the club, Imo I don't see why Inter would look for another LB with Santon also at the club. His a good player that can play in either flanks. D'Ambro is a defensive RB, who should also stay because he provides a good defensive game compared to most FB who are very attack minded. I would just sell Naga, Vidic and bring in Kehrer. Vidic doesn't play a big role for Inter, yet earns 3.2mil a season for whatever reason. We have Juan Jesus/Rano/Miranda/Murillo along with Andreolli as a back-up player.
Please tell me these Jovetic rumors are true. He's class and he needs to be playing somewhere. I'm a big fan of La Viola but as long as he's playing I hope you guys get him at least on loan
I'm hearing a loan + 10.5 mil permanent deal.
juve are really blowing everyone out of the water with their spot on signings, guess the cash must come from vidal and a great run in the cl to profile the team to stars such as Khedira, Gotze and now Draxler! if Juve go after Gotze, perhaps a player swap plus cash for Draxler isn't such a bad idea and just go after Balo with Medel and plus cash again, it'll sure save money rather than paying upfront with loans for Peri and Jojo... and if they still have some money left, why not then go after Salah? or even cuad, considering the amount of money chelsea are asking for salah... with cuad being a better option than peri and balo along with draxler offering better options upfront than just jojo...
Juve went to UCL finals, that opens up a door of money and they want to stay up top. Just like Atletico after they made UCL, they made big money signings to consistently go to the far in both la liga and UCL. Juve are trying to go from dark horses to contenders. With Marchiso, Pogba, Khedira and possibly Draxler or Gotze, they are going to have one of the strongest MF in Europe.

As for Inter, I heard news Inter rejected the chance to sign Balotelli on loan, which I think would have been a good player to bring in but his wages is the underlying problem. No way do I want a contract dispute in the team again, Balo doesn't deserve to get paid anywhere near Kova or Icardi. My guess is Jojo will play AM/Striker and Perisic will replace Shaqiri if he leaves. Also now I'm hearing Medel isn't leaving which could be good tbh, he could come in handy as a squad player to fill in and rotate Kondo with to keep him freash. Between Salah and Cuad, I would pay for Cuad considering his more versatile and is very talented, although wages will take time to straighten out.

Obviously we can't compete with Juve but Inter have come a long way from where we were last summer. Players like Miranda, Kondo, Montaya, Murillo, Jojo and Perisic are quality and are going to being something to the table to continue Inter rebuilding process. One step at a time.
it makes sense with what Kova said, that he hopes Mancini stays for a long time but with Kondo at the club and the back getting some serious makeover, then all that is left is the front and a left back... after that we could at least look forward to inter at least challenging, for fans to get excited again after all these years and finally see them booing the team at san siro instead of looking forward to the transfer window for better times whilst Roma, Napoli and Juve battle for honours...
Kondogbia, Perisic and Jovetic are all astute signings.....I think you guys will be in the thick of things again when the season starts.
So Inter rejected the chance to sign Mario Balotelli on a loan deal? Unless they have someone else coming in, I don't understand why they wouldn't take the opportunity to sign him.

On other news, Mancini wants Salah, Jovetic and Perisic and now were being linked with Chelsea LB Filpe Luis.

I won't be bothered if we get all three MF because Inter is really lacking in width. Salah espically, we need a speedy player who can get goals. Seems like Shaq is Schalke bound if we manage to land all three of those MFs.
perhaps has to do with Jojo, also read that Balo's wage demands were high, considering inter are looking for an understudy to Icardi... it'll be ridicules to have Balo paid more or equally as much as Icardi and be benched more often than not... i don't think Salah will arrive, not if Inter sign Jojo and they only have one non-eu spot left... it'll be peri and Jojo that'll arrive, not bad if you think about tactically... specially if you have a midfield of Kondo-Kova-Guarin...

Wondering if Longo is going to be introduced into the first team. I want to him get a chance. Medel seems to be set to leave but sucks that Miranda, Taider and Puscas won't be part of the trip. Milan, Real Madrid and Bayern, its going to be tough.
Why Mirnada is not part of our squad for this trip?
Visa issues.
showed already where inter lacking, in width and at left back, bayern exposed those holes and took advantage of it... no wonder mancini hailed guard after the game! real look like a mess and usually benitez takes time and likes to tinker with his team before he develops a basic system which he adds or removes from for each game... milan will be interesting as im sure miha would like to use that game as a catalyst for the their serie a campaign...
I missed the game, need to watch it!
Serie A is now only 3 coefficient points behind EPL and 5 behind the Bundesliga. If all Serie A teams playing in Europe do well this season, we may be able to surpass the EPL and get one spot back.
not gonna happen, with english teams being bashed last season by english media for their performance in european leagues and man u, city and chelsea all strengthening before we even come close to the end of the transfer window, they'd do well, even Barca and Bayern look serious to mount a bit for the big title...
Thiago Motta? If Medel is sold, Motta won't be such a bad move. Depending on the price, he sure would offer more then Medel can with his versatility of being able to be deployed as a DM or CM and his passing will sure come in handy during the season. He provides more for the attack which is important. Medel was just a destroyer but Motta is better with the ball. On the other hand wondering if Inter can get Balotelli in the Medel deal, Inter needs another striker. I think Balotelli would be up for the move, or even a loan move with an option to sign would be perfect as well. Its not like Balotelli has much chance of breaking into the first team anyways at this point.

In other news hearing that Inter are closing in on agree a deal with Wolfsburg for Perisic.
Balo would be a welcome addition, besides, with Santon at the club and Mancini, Inter would be a good destination for him and his career... Not entirely sold on Peri, I'd rather hope Inter go for Lamela! Wolf are playing hard ball, the same as Lazio did with Herna, both of them are quality players and added to the overall quality of their teams but they're not irreplaceable and it'll be a gamble with Peri arriving at Inter and things not working out with that sum of money, Inter will have a hard time selling him for the same price as they're had with Herna... If Medel, Juan and Guarin are sold, I'm hoping for replacements by Balo, Lamela and a new DM, not Motta, too injury prone and relies on 2 DM's to play alongside him... fingers crossed instead for Sergi or Lucas Silva... with just the league, Palacio, Puscas and Longo + Balo should be more than enough to secure against injuries and fatigue... and a trio of argentines such as Palacio-Icardi-Lamela, could really strike up a nice understanding...

besides I'd take Florenzi over Peri anytime of the day and be willing to include Handa and Santon in that transfer, with Rafael on transfer list now, Inter could find a an adequate replacments for Santon and get further funds by selling Nago...
So Inter signed Jonathan Biabiany on 4 year deal for free. Don't think he played much last season, we know his super quick but how much should we expect from him?
You are kidding....omg this is unbelievable...he played for us during Benitez time and proved that he is far away of being a good player. he couldnt even have a place in Chievo and now we buy sign him???????
This is f****n ridicouls man...even 10$ is too much for such a deal...promote players from Primavera team, or get someone from Serie B team...but re-signing the same player who once was a flop and countinued to be a flop in his next team just doesnt make sence.
I just lost my hope in Mancini and all the management ...
fre agent and inter are really lacking in the striker department, he could be of use, see him having as the role of third option gk... i'd be more worried about Liverpool, after their income from the sale of Sterling, might not be long before they come back knocking for Kova and with the way inter have been signing players and not selling enough, they might be tempted if a really good offer comes in for Kova... but anything less than what they paid for Kondo, would be ridicules...
Kovacic stated his not interested in joining Liverpool.
Rumors are were close to getting Jovetic and Perisic, Salah headed back to Chelsea's pre-season and it seems like Cuadrado won't leave Chelsea as Mou doesn't plan on letting him go. If it comes down to, Jovetic and Perisic are quality and offer a lot more then just speed on the wide-area giving us the option to play around with the formation. Both provide more assists for Icardi but theirs just a problem with that. Now if were going to play a formation with 1 striker, we only really have an in form Icardi and Palacio who's going to turn 34 this season with Inter. Inter need another striker. Don't know if both are going to be enough.
4-3-3
with just one non-eu-spot, perhaps it'll be as u said with jojo and peri arriving, that's if shaq leaves... with the formation 4-2-3-1

Icardi

X - Kova - X

Kondo - X

Santon - Miranda - Ranoch - Montoya

it'll be interesting to see how inter will fill out those three spots, considering the amount of money they've already spent and how important those players will be to team performance... it's true, imagen if the season starts and Icardi gets injured? as it was with Palacio? or even worse, both of them get injured, can inter afford that? i'm also specially interested in the extra midfield player that will play alongside kondo and kova as that midfield could be fun to watch... no wonder fassone said the team is half done but with inter signings Miranda, Montoya and Kondo, i seriously couldn't guess who they'll sign next...
It just seems to me like Mancini wants more attacking minded MF, so that he can provide Icardi with all the service he needs. With the tally Icardi got last season, he can potentially get more this upcoming season. If Shaq leaves, well no biggie, Perisic and Jovetic are very good players. Jovetic might play as a striker if needed, he can score goals but isn't the best player as a lone striker, he can play behind the striker and is dangerous outside the 18 where he causes problems. Its really hard to predict what this team is doing next, I can seem to tell either.
there are already guarin and hernanes at the club but it'll depend on how far up the midfield or down it that mancini will play kova? eitherway, mancini is right, it'll be the best option if an attacking DM, such as in Vidal style arrived... read liverpool are interested in medel, might as well include balo in that and pay them an extra 6 mil? and save the 20 mil and instead go after an AM that can play as a SS if Shaq leaves the club? Balo, a new AM/SS and an attack minded DM that can play alongside Kova-Kondo...

Icardi - Balo

AM/SS

Kondo - DM

Kova

Santon/Dodo - Miranda/Murillo - Ranoch/Vidic - Montoya/D'Ambro
I would take Balotelli if the chance came in a deal for Medel, they need a DM, destroyer type of player and we need a striker. They literally have no use for Balotelli at this point, not to mention he can't even be worth much but considering we bought Medel for 10mil and they bought Balo for 16, 6mil plus Medel is a good deal.

If were talking about an SS/AM player, that has to be Jovetic. The reason why Inter are in for Perisic is probably to add more options to the wide area. I would have prefer Song-Kondo-Kova in the MF, since Barca were offering him for 5mil. I would have given Barca 6-7mil and tied down the deal, don't understand why Inter didn't move for him.
i think it has to do with the non-eu spot, unless song has another passport, but i also read he was more interested in the bpl and therefore maybe asked inter for a high wage to come to serie a?... Guarin and Brozo could work out having as DM's and Herna being an option for the AM position and a direct competition for Kova but it could be troublesome if Kondo gets injured... not for 20 mil? had Jovetic and Peri been at Inter, there is no way another team would pay that much for them!
I'm jealous of Roma's stadium plans. They are building an entire village with collaboration with Nike. It looks fantastic. I really hope the City of Milan can be as collaborative as that of Rome and let the Milan teams develop their stadiums and create jobs.

Never mind the stadium, I love the way they get quality young players. Now their about to sign Baba Rahman from Augsburg. Their really are doing well and building themselves back up. Juve and Roma are setting the standards, Inter and Milan are pushing their way up. Serie A will return to the top of Europe!
