Inter never step up when we need them to. Another one bites the f**** dust. Our only save and grace would be if Crotone beat Lazio but that's just wishful thinking. This is so pathetic.

I know both of Sassuolo's goals were unstoppable but we couldn't get back into it.
Did you read what Icardi had to say after the game? or Peri ending in argument with a fan? It goes to show the state of the players at that time, I would've thought Inter were lacking in the areas Spa substitutet but even after croto drew against Lazio, I'm not sure if Inter can mentally courage up the must to take on Lazio as they already went through the emotions of defeat and opened a flood gate that could be hard to close for their final match of the season... Savic is a stand out player and any team that gets him will get a world class player but Inter looked broken and it will be hard for many to look each other in the eyes and risk going through what they did against Sassu, they might even implode on themselves against Lazio, that game could be over before it even finishes... Sassu got under their skin when they frustated them with time wasting imagen a team that are fighting for a cl spot, higher in caliber and only needs a draw?
I did read about it. This is freaking sad. Some of these guys I can't see leading Inter in the near future. We need to start over. I'm done. Honestly, mentally some of these guys aren't prepared. We don't deserve UCL.
A saving grace would be that in their previous game, it finished 0-0 so it all comes down to win or bust in their final season end game, Lazio are falling of their pace, in all honestly I don't think they expected that draw against Inter so coming into the game, both teams will start of shaky but if they can cancel out Peri and Icardi, they'll have this game in the bag as for Inter, they've got a solid backline but Brozo has been running on empty tank and Vecino looked out of shape but atleast Borja had some sprint in his legs and looked fresh but as per usuall it'll come down to those three upfront and if they can manage to get atleast 2 goals between themselves...
Udi are in deep rot, if they lost 3-0 against Bene it says alot about them than Inters result against them on the day, however with Lasagna coming close to scoring in three or two occassions Inter can count themselves fortunate to get a win, as in any other day they could've been punished, Brozo was running on empty fumes, poor Candreva can't score even if his life depended on it and Karamoh has to be less selfish and play for his captain in games like these, it'll only improve their understanding and relationship on the field... luckly, with some class finishing of Rafinah and Icardi it'll be a game of serie A survival against Sassu and Inter would do well to know they'll be going for a draw taking advantage of Inter pushing for the win, it would'nt surprise me if Sassu won 2-1 on the day with a last minute goal... Sassu will be their biggest game of the season...

also really happy for Rafinah, his first goal for Inter and hopefully many more, read he was happy with the affection he has recieved from the fans but really no one at Inter can offer what he does on the field, his on ball movements and quick change of tempo and not to mention his close ball controll, I'd imagen he is a joy to watch during practice also he gives of more determination and joy playing for Inter rather than Cancelo but that's only the impression you get from watching them play for 90 mins and reading comments about them...
I was so nervous for this game. Haven't watched Udi at all, so didn't know what to expect. Glad we finished them off. Although I was hoping Canderva would get a goal, he really is trying lol! I happy with Rafinha, his really impressed me thus far and the quality he brings every time his on the pitch is so valuable for us right now. Although what surprised me is a work ethic, Rafinha is playing for our cause and is determined asf, love him already. Hope we get him in a permeate deal.

The Sasu game should be interesting. Their either going to be really good or really sh*t but lately, they've been a torn on our side. Lets just hope we can win, were going to need everyone to step up. I don't expect Lazio to drop points against Curtone but hoping for a upset to happen. Its going to be a hell of a finish.
I haven't followed them but they've been on the recieving end of goals, 7-0 against Juve and just lately 4-0 against Cruto but Napolitano has been on form for them in thier last games and they've won plenty of enough points to stay in Serie A, with them being safe, will they play the game of the season for them or already start day dreaming about their vacations? since EDF left, the club took a nose dive in its ambitions and lost some of that momentum that pushed them to do well in EL and in Serie A, the question is do they still have that in thwm and is it enough to trouble Inter? I believe so, Inter will come out guns blazing but as the game goes on it might have a heavy effect on Inter considering what the game means to their chance of qualifying for CL...
I was about to give this team credit for their second half performance however the difference in night were down to Dybala and Bernadeschi coming on for Juve and Inter having played 10 men for almost 70 min, to have Santon and Valero come on?... also they have to learn to play a game or in a league where they're on top and not buckle under their weight, it's such a shame that this team does so well to a point and then implodes on itself, as soon as they went 2-1 you could feel how nervous got the best of them, suddenly Peri and Candreva were no show, with Peri losing the ball too often and Brozo not so assured on the ball, eitherway they need to bounce back and face Udi with the aim of collecting three points and put this loss to the side as the season isn't over yet...
I was so happy when we went up 2-1, the team was playing with 10 men for so long, I thought we were going to lose, especially with how Juve began the game and when I thought they went up 2-0 until VAR disallowed it.

Either way, I don't know how we are going to come back from this. If Lazio win tomorrow I don't see a way back.
These games can happen, but as of now Roma still have Juve to play and Lazio still have to face Inter, the difference is -1 and now untill the end of the season anything can happen so Inter just have to make sure to take advantage of any slip ups and finish the season in the best possible way and if it means finishing -1 just before a cl spot, than be it rather than letting their whole season go down the drain just because of a loss? Besides I'd be worried if they won last night because that'll mean their last minute crumbling would've eventually come sooner or later whether against Udi, Sassu or Lazio but if they can channel that desire of fighting from behind in such odds till the end of the season? than this team might finally have realised what made them so good at the start of the season and something to work on for next season...
Lets just see how it goes. I'm hoping but we really do shoot ourselves in the foot.

We have Udi, Sass and Lazio. Lets try to get the max. Hope this team just fires on all cyclinders for the last 3 games.
Juve, Udi, Sasu, Lazio are the final 4 teams to play. What are our chances?

Hopefully Roma drop points with European games left to play for them and Lazio are just unstoppable atm. I don't feel so good about it but I'm going to stay optimistic.
Eitherway I'm hoping it'll be a fun game, I think Juve will play it smart and considering their depth in squad and them having won in the last years, they'll be better prepared and more accsustomed to these kind of games than this Inter... I'll be curious as to who will take the lead, if Juve are left to dictate the tempo, Inter will have their work cut out for them, if Inter start off on the offensive foot, Juve will hit them on the counter so whether Inter attack or defend, Juve will be able to respond adequately, the question will be if Inter can trouble Juve enough for them to think twice about attacking Inter and shaking them up in defence to make simple mistakes... I'm really hoping for a classic derby d'italia, been such a long time we Inter fans have enjoyed a great game night against a rival...
I hope Lazio and Roma drop points today lol!
+1
Roma are flying high after their cl win against Barca, that form will see them qualify specially lookin at their fixture compared to Inter and Lazio however Lazio would be worthy of CL with their league performance thus far and their run in EL, if only they didn't collapse against Salzburg, they'd also be favourites for a spot but than again would they still have the energy left for the league?... as for Inter, it's hard to tell, having seen them throw away points at Atalanta and Torino, it'll come down to if Inter can stay within reach of Lazio and how Inter will play against Juve, a draw would be a good result if they than can win against Udi after that they'll have Sassu as the make and break game before coming up against Lazio... but I think Inter will lose the Juve game and go -4 and the team implodes on itself with slip up against Udi and Lazio will get the final cl spot without having to worry too much about their end of season match...
inter could've played untill tomorrow and they would still be behind a step or two, Torino were fresher on the day albeit inter were lucky Belotti is beside himself as he also looked completely drained, he shouldn't let alone be on the field as he was invicible in almost the whole 90 min but so was Icardi except for those times he chased down balls... really? he should've conserved his energy, if Candreva goes bust than you can only imagen how the rest of the team felt, however Gagli was really below pair today, he'd do well to take something good from the match and without Rafinah on the field, it was really frustrating to watch this team in the first half...
Just an awful game all around. So freaking frustrating to watch this team.

Its not like we are lacking of chances, we just couldnt score ffs. Next Atalanta. I really don't see it, Roma and Lazio will shore up 3rd and 4th as I don't see us beating out Juve and Lazio in the latter matches.
This is Pazza inter after all but I think squad depth has worked against them, no real substitutions for Candreva, Peri and Borja having a dip in performance has really hurt them not to mention a viable alternative to Icardi, hope to see the likes of Jankto and Chiesa at Inter next season, two players of high pedgree but without any experience of european football albeit they've already been introduced to the international scene...
We could easily win he game but Spa came out very cautious keeping both fullback back. We could easily made more chances but it is what it is.
Lazio are two points behind us and Roma are a point above us. We cannot afford any loses at this point. I can see why he played it safe.
I know what you mean but I think nervous got the best out of this team, usually they perform well when coming up against big teams but when they're favourites nervous get the best out of them and they get jelly legs... if Milan had scored a goal early on I'd bet my house on that they'd sit back and defend the whole game, I think Inter did well, just goes to show you how important it is to have depth in a squad as after 75 min the milan players looked tired, dull and zombie-like, their legs could barely keep them up, it wouldn't surprise me if they fall out of pace for a EL place... with inter it's a huge advantage for them to have a free scoring striker just it is for Torino and Lazio but big teams like Roma, Napoli and Juve are sitting where they are thanks to them being able to call upon that many of players upfront for them to score goals, Eder looked out of place when he came on and Borja will need a couple of more games under his belt to reach full form, I'd imagen a player like him thrives more on the field rather than on the training ground... also Skriniar had an awful game, didn't get much sleep or did nervous also get the best out of him? he will need to get used to it if he is to step up to the big stage...
^ I see your point, I've seen it one too many times. Although lack of depth has been a big problem for us. We really don't have many options, more importantly in attack. Eder isn't good enough and we should be lucky Icardi is back for the last few games of the season. Had he been out, we would fall off the latter so fast.

Although I would have loved for us to steal it at the end as Icardi had his chances but he missed but a point isn't so bad.
Time for Inter to put its s**t together. Italy needs a new representative in Europe. Juve is an embarrassment to Italian football. What a total s**t show by old witch.
Didn't watch the game but I'd like a doping test on those Real players, it isn't easy troubling the likes of Chiel, Barza and Buffon and the way Juve looked all over the place in defence was shocking to see, that game will perhaps give Alleg a few headaches over the coming days about the way he has read Reals game and the way his team played but I wouldn't count them out just yet, there is another game to be played... and I'm sure we won't see the likes of De Scig or Khedira defending at the back...
I thought Allegri did find with his selection as his players did look good but the defense was wack as hell and Real's defending was class.

As for Inter, we are a long way from that my friend.
Lets just keep pegging away.

Btw, Lazio is another level. Why can't they lose!
Savic is a stand out but I thought they'd hit the woodworks once Immo got injured but they played through that crisis but overall I'd have to Say Alberto has been on a level similarly close to Silva, I won't say anywhere near but if he has another consistent season like this one, he'd be just a class below D. Silva for me... Lazio aside, I wonder how Inter will manage Icardi now untill the end of the season, as he has shown just how vital he is with his goals... an injury or fatigue, specially with Borja losing form and Epic Brozo now having a good set of games under his belt, which makes you worry with his history... perhaps the last hope will be Vecino and for him to be ready to come on... as for Dalbert? what's going on with him? and poor Candreva, just can't manage to score but I hope he'd be fired up to score against Milan, he'll work his socks off but as long as he doesn't just go on wild shooting spree and acts selfish in situations he'd be better off passing, just hope he can be persistent enough to trouble Milans wingers and get into great positions...
So rumors are Inter have an agreement in place to sign De Vrijl on a 5 year 70k a week deal. Seems like its true as Ausi has been following him for a year or more now. Nevertheless great signing.

Would love to see Asamoah from Juve join us as well. Great signing for us.Still only 29 years old.
Well it's Pazza Inter after all, Sabatini leaving, Spa saying it's chaos within the club, newspapers talking about the owners wanting to sell the club, players only able to performe well only half a season with it's former owner describing the club like a highmaintenance woman and Asamoah aside, now Cancelo is being linked with Juve? might as well throw in the towel, it'll be a miracle if they qualify for CL and even if they did, they'd be embarrassed in group stage with people talking about how Inter as a club has fallen in rank...
http://www.calciomercato.com/en/news/spalletti-in-trouble-for-bashing-inter-milan-totti-and-pallotta-82293

I think this was the article where he talked about the ownership not wanting to spend. I know their where some pending issues regarding FFP in January, not sure if those requirements have been meet but if Inter manage to scrape into the UCL and the ownership isn't going to spend, where going to have a real problem.

UCl attracts players all over Europe, we need to take full advantage. Even if we crash out, I just want to see some improvement. We've had two new owners in less than 6 years with promises that Inter will rise back to the top. I can't stand such bullsh*t anymore.
They've done really well this season with Skriniar, Rafinah and Cancelo, which goes to show you can get good players that can turn into great players in the right environment, same of that and Inter should be good, they don't have to spend 100 mil to get a player but atleast enough quality players to compete for a whole season and not just a half and most Inter fans will be happy...
