Thoughts about the Icardi & Dybala swap? I know its unlikely tbh, I just don't see Dybala leaving Juve for Inter.

With James Rodriguez also in the market, interested to see how this plays. I really do like James when his playing for Colombia, as the n10, everything runs through him, brilliant player. I could see him working at Inter and in Serie A but I have feeling Juve will sign him before Inter would get anywhere near him. I think its better to invest big on young talent like Cheisa, Barella, Savic and I would pay big bucks on the young striker Luka Jovic. Kind of reminds me of Luis Surarez but everyone else wants a piece of him as well.
I doubt Dybala will take less wages to come to Inter and also manage to score the same amount of goals as Icardi did for them... however, Dybala is a better outbox player and has other aspects to his game rather than just being a goal poacher but let's be honest, no team in the world will come in with 120 for Dybala, for that matter Mertens and Insigne are better in those roles than Dybala whilst Icardi is undisputed compared to Dzeko and Immo, at the same time, Ronaldo has clearly thrown him off the throne this season, I would've relished to see who could score more goals between Icardi vs Ronaldo...

as for Juve, they can clearly offer higher wages and even a chance at winning the CL, meantime Inter are struggling to get into CL spot... you could always find some gems here and there, that are showing potential but at the same time are capable of going beyond expectations set upon them... or even worse, they sometimes fail to live up to the hype... as for Jovic, I haven't seen him play not even against Inter as I couldn't stomach watching those games... but I heard he is having a breakthrough season in the bundesliga, in that case there is no chance of Inter landing him...

eitherway, I hope Inter do sell off Nain, Peri, Poli, Candreva, Keita and have a complete overhaul at the top, if Icardi leaves than why not start anew?
So Milan and Lazio next? Ok....this should be good.
I was surprised by tonight performance, Asa and Skrin were solid at the back, Handa equally so and in midfield Brozo did well... however, I'm clearly surprised by the performance of the widemen tonight, they put in a shift and allowed the likes of Vecino to thrive... I thought Milan played below pair but Inter were rentless in the first half, had Musac, Rodi and Calab scrambling for the ball, Romag stood out tall but he wasn't enough... Lauto with an assist and a goal? only wish he had a bit more Serie A experience as that would've added to his already impressive strength and technique, it surely would've given him that extra bit of edge to outsmart his opponents and set himself up for a chance at goal or even win a penalty or a freekick for his teammates...
Today performance was good. Inter needed that. Had Inter been more clinical, we would have been 4 goals up in the first half alone. Peri put in a shift today, really step up and Poli is always causing trouble on the flank. Both where constantly going at Inter fullbacks, giving Vecino who's been hot and cold, the license to cause trouble down the middle. Also credit to Gagli, thought he would have been subbed after the rough challenge but he stepped up today. Continuously pushed the ball forward throughout the game. Lau had a great game, but his still so young and needs time to develope.

Milan was supbar but nearly got back in it but with a bit of luck and a last ditch tackle from D'Ambro we survived. The 2 goals we conceded should have been dealt with much better, felt like Inter was too slow to react. Either way, I hope this give the boys the boost they need to show up and start strong in the same fashion against Lazio.
The only good news is that most of these shitheads are on loan. Except 2-3 players, the rest are not Inter material.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Chiesa and Barella for next season, those two plus Savic would make tune in for all of Inters games with excitement... if it's true Juve are willing to do a swap of Dybala-Icardi than personally I'd take Bernad and a sum of cash however Dybala plus cash can offset the differences, let's not forget Icardi is a proven capo winner whilst Dybala is better at playing as second fiddle and their contribution to their respective teams clearly shows their true value...
God I can't watch this anymore. Someone sack him now please!
@Moe66....Didn't they move to Reddit?
Looks like the site is now working again lol
wait, what? what is happening to footy? I know it's been quite, don't even see the mods here anymore but are they doing away with the site?
Not sure about that but Footytube seems to be working now. People couldn't reply to comments a few days ago, caused a panic. Not sure what the deal is, although I can see people returning to footytube for now, while Reddit is continues to be improved.
@Moe66....Didn't they move to Reddit?
Just saw that. Reddit is nice, you can easily reply to threads, but discord is more user friendly in a way. I'm going to bounce around both and see which one people tend to go towards. Tbh, you can use both really.
To Nera and Blackstyle88, pretty sure you guys heard people are starting to move away from footytube. The new footytube space is going to be on discord. They have a page for Inter fans as well.

Spaletti needs to go ASAP. Can't take his bullshits anymore. He has no balls to sub those clown and let our youngsters show their talent and ambition. We have had a fantastic Youth team, won Primavera last year. They gotta play!!
Really? a primavera team against a top 5 bundesliga team? do you honestly want to throw away the match? Spa is just unfortunate, with the Icardi saga, Naian playing below pair for most of the season and Keita being injured... add to the fact that Brozo missed a golden opportunity, however, there is still the second leg to play for and not to mention teams like Sevilla, Valencia, Arsenal, Chelsea, Zenit and Napoli are all within a chance of winning this competition... eitherway, Poli or Peri can play as a striker for Inter and Asamoah can be pushed up a bit higher the field to support them alongside Dalbert... come summer than if they do sell Icardi, you'd hope that big money is spend on the likes of Savic and Chiesa, they ship off Keita, Nain, Candreva, Peri, Poli and perhaps add Barella and Berardi to the squad
Yes, really!
How come United can play with 3 17 year old players from their youth team against PSG and Inter can't???
And no Spa is not unfortunate, he just doesn't have a clue what he is doing.As I said couple of posts below, his teams are relatively good with defense, but when it comes to attack, they are like bunch of individuals with no plans and tactic whatsoever with no game plans.
Spa is managing Inter for almost 2 years already, and I don't remember 1 single game where we did more than crossing the ball for Icardi and hoping he scores.
PS. and a 18 year old scored a brace for Juve in Serie A.
Spa might be unfortunate but at the same token, he doesn't have a plan B. I don't think I've seen any sort of fluid attacking football that showed some consistency in the 2 seasons his been at Inter. The defense is good no doubt but Inter are toothless in attack.

As for the primavera boys, its a bit of joke, Inter really do have one of the best primavera squads in Serie A, they continue on winning, yet how many of them actually came into the first team in the last 3-4 seasons? Inter need to make bringing up young players a priority. Hurts seeing Zaniolo play for Roma, the kid looks like quality.
Keane of Juve and the Man U's second team players, whome all have had a go for a start in the first team, it pales in compares to the type of players that sorround them whilst Inter doesn't have that many quality players to be comparable to them... going back to when Mou left and Benitez arrived, since than Inter haven't had a coach to leave their mark on the team, no one came close except for perhaps Mancini that changed the trend a bit but Spa has been able to deliver on the result of atleast getting back to CL, as for the game style and game play, I'd give him another season and perhaps hope for better players in attack to arrive than Poli, Keita and Laut?

as far as coaches goes I'm hugely impressed by this coach named Ralf that has somehow managed to not only save Southamptons season but also make them play some decent attacking football... if it's true he turned down Bayern, he must be of a certain class and has the balls to start anew in a unfamiliar league...
Their no denying Spa needs goal scoring wingers. At Roma he had a top striker in Dzeko, Salah and El Sharaway on both wings. Inter really doesn't have one winger with that has contributed at least 8-10 goals. I do think Spa is really unfortunate in that case but I question weather the board will come him if they want to spend big and is a bigger manager in the market. One can Inter find a spark to get their sh*t together and clinch a UCL place.

As for Ralf, yeah the man is pretty bad***, I really thought the Saints where finished but his turning things around and getting them to play some good football. I won't be surprised if Saints stay up and another big club snaps him up.
We can't create 1 single chance on their goal. It's behind embarrassing.
HORRIBLE!!!!
Interesting game in the EL, away game against a strong and inform team, could be a way for inter to step back and rely on playing with a strong back and bouncing on the counter but that will require of them to read the game well, also will be interesting to see Ante Rebic again as I rated him highly during the WC and was surprised no big team stepped in for him... I'd personally take him in instead of Keita, could strike up a good partnership with Peri...
