Looks like we are closing in on a 30mil+ youth player deal to sign Radja Nainggolan. Hopefully this goes through, his a terrific player, adds quality and experience.

On other news, Milan Badelj agents confirmed that Badelj will either sign with Inter or Milan next season. Hopefully UCL football is attractive to him, I know Spa has been wanting him for a while now. The MF will look real good with both Nainggolan and Badelj.

This will be interesting as Brozo agent recently said that Brozo feels at home at Inter, so I don't know if Spa will sell him after all. Feels like he wants to stay and fight at Inter. A MF with Nain, Badelj, Vecino, Gagli and Brozo looks pretty damn good tbh.
Nain is known to be a player with disciplinary problems, a clubber that smokes, how many more years does he have it in him to perform in the highest level? also what will become of him when Spa for some odd reason decides to quit or is fired!? I didn't mind the days Inter paid Roma a huge sum for players like Chivu or Samuel but 30 mil for Nain?!? Whilst they get Cristante for the same sum!?! I'd offer at most 15 mil, we'd be doing them a favour by taking Nain off their hands... Also would love to see Gagli get some more playing time but I won't guess who will arrive as I was waiting and hoping for Di Maria and Vidal last time and we got Vecino and Borja... also how ridiculous would a midfield of Nain-Dembele-Vidal look like!?!
The money is a lot but I would still take Nainggolan any day of the week. His a beast in MF and coupled with the right players, he will be a big role to play for the next 2-3 seasons. I mean if Spa can get something out of Borja Valero, his going to get a lot out of Nain. If the club sign Dembele as well, awesome. We really would have a hell of a MF.

The club really needs to take care of the Rafinha situation. He must return next season for us.

Vidal would be a great attacking opposition in RB/RWB and not to mention he can operate as a winger as well. Hell, Spa can finally operate a 3 man back line with Asamoah and Vidal in the wing-back. Mira-Skrin-DeVrij at the back.
So they club still trying to figure out what happens with Rafinha and Cancelo. Barca won't budge until we pay the 35mil for him and Cancelo isn't going to be cheap either. I honestly believe the club will purse Rafinha but not Cancelo. I'm hearing that EPL new boys Wolves, are willing to pay 35mil for him. We need a cheaper alternative.
both of them cost 70 mil but so did Barbosa and J. Mario? Cancelo to juve will be tough to accept but he really is techincally gifted and was a joy to watch him with the ball on his feet and the ease he had with dribbling past players, he was lacking in defensive ability and had loved to see him get more goals but nowadays a winger of his caliber won't come cheap, hope Inter can unhearth another gem as for Rafinah, he'd be a steal for 35 mil, had great work ethic and there isn't a single player at Inter that is as good as him with the ball in tight spots, his brother Thiago would also be a welcome addition if it's true Bayern are interested in Icardi...
Oh ffs! I did not want Cancelo to go to Juve! That sucks. Hopefully we can find a suitable player. Although Rafinha for me, is more important. We really need to sign him.

I have feeling Spa wants either Moussa Dembele (Spurs) or Radja Nanaingolan to add into the team. Both are 30 but provide lots of experience going into UCL. Not sure what happened to the Barella deal but Cagli aren't willing to let him go.

Also, Idk if Icardi will be sold just yet. Ausi did stat that neither Handa or Icardi will be leaving and that Icardi is getting a brand new contract.

Also seems like where closing in on Matteo Politano from Sass. Apprently Napoli ended their interest as their close to signing Simeone Verdi. Politano has been doing well for Sass lately and is a good alternative out-wide on the right side. Also would be awesome if we can add Bernad from Shakthar for free considering he can play on the left. He was really good against us in UCL last season and managed to bag a goal. We need at least 4 wingers to rotate between them. Canderva and Perisic just run out of steam mind way through the season. We need other options.
Barella woud've been an exciting addition to the team but considering what players are going for no wonder Cagli won't let him that easily, specially with his potential and the fact that he can only get better, they'll do well to hold on to him and hope for a bidding war to start much like as it is with Chiesa and no matter how much Inter will offer, they know other big teams with bigger budget can offer more... as Poli, he reminds me a bit of Brozo, I'd imagen he can be a frustrating figure if he isn't fit or isn't playing to his best... as for Nain or Dembele, hard to pick one but overall I'd say Dembele due to his technical ability and strength but I know Nain can offer more with his stamina and work rate... if Inter can sell Brozo and get enough money to get both players, I'd rather sign up for that option...
^ Damn right. I can't pick between both because their both top quality players. It would be insane if we signed both but that is wishful lol.

Hearing that Inter are going to turn their attention to Zappacosta for the RB position. I think Zappa would prefer a move back to Italy as his been second fiddle to Moses and his a damn good crosses and contributes in attack. Not Cancelo per say but not a bad option at all.

As for Poli, part of me doesn't want the deal to go through. 25mil for him, I think his a good player but for 25mil, we can sign someone else.
If rumours are true and big clubs are eyeing Icardi, I really hope we do get Verdi and Balo as the combo of those two would do wonders for Inter upfront, add a free Bernard to it and Inter could be all set for up front, I'd even be willing to sacrifice Candreva and Peri to land Rafinah on a permanent bases... with the money from Icardi going to land another inter favourite in the form of Kovacic and keeping Cancelo, furthermore having enough to get Barella... just hope they can get atleast 150 for Icardi...
I like the sound of that. Although if Icardi decides to stay, I don't know if the club would be willing to let him go but for that kind of money, I would take sell him to build a strong team.

In fact I would see all three front players to sign Bernard, Verdi, Balotelli, Kova and Barella join our team. If Spurs are willing to take Perisic for Lamela, then I'm in! Also, who knows that new boy Martinez could just turn into the new gem we need. Although I find it unlikely for Spa to make that many changes right before going into UCL but part of me wants this club to take full advantage to build a strong team, rather than keep strong players.
It'll be the same as it was with the treble team, inter took a nosedive, when Rafa arrived they had the chance to sign Sanchez and Marchisio and they opted to keep their star men and Inter went on a slope with their attempts at milking that team... besides Balo and Verdi aren't exactly the most quickest of players and having Peri and Candreva might be what they need to support them... if Lazio aren't that pissed off about losing a cl spot to Inter, I'd go for Luis Alberto as I thought he had a stand out season for Lazio and was one of the main reasons they did so well alongside Immo and Savic... however considering they're asking 100 mil for Savic I doubt they'd release Luis for anything less than 70 mil... but in all honesty, they could still stick with their first chose 11 and only strengthen their bench by bringing players that are better than those on it now and it should help with getting the most out of this team...
If Icardi decides he wants to go and we can sell him for big money, we might not have to lose any other big players but its important to bring in versatile strikers to replace him and Eder up top and back up wingers as we've seen that Peri and Canderva can't play every single game of the season.

As for Luis Alberto, you can dream about it lol! Lazio is not going to let him go, his such a quality player but no way are they going to let us have another big player after De Vrij just for us for free and Savic is on everyone radar.

Crazy to think that players like Balotelli and Bernard of Donetsk are free agents this summer. Would love to add a winger of Bernard's quality, even if he can come off the bench.
Having those two come in would fill up the gaps Spa was talking about but having Cancelo and Rafinah leave will further widen those gaps in techincal terms than compared to now, even if the likes of Badelj would arrive, however Cancelo can be outweighted with giving Dalbert more of a chance to play and push D'Ambro into the right hand side... and if D'Ambro can step up his game, even more, and be given the chance to attack more upfront, inter can have decent FBs fill those positions, they're more defensive units but I would've preferred to have another attackminded LB alongside Cancelo and doubled down on the holding midfield position instead... and if it's true Spurs are interested in getting Peri than a trade with Lamela and have either Balotelli or Bernard fill up the wide left side...

Icardi/Martinez

Balo/Verdi - Rafinah/Borja - Lamela/Candreva

Gagli/Vecino - Brozo/Barella

Asamaoh/Dalbert - Skriniar/Ranoch - Miranda/De Vrij - D'Ambro/Cancelo

Handa
Wow, Icardi doesn't make the WC team? Really? He outscored both Higuain and Dybala in Serie A this season yet can't even make the WC cup? I really feel for him, that's gotta suck big time. He really deserves better than that.

He really should just leave the team and play for the azzurri. At least he'd get a lot more love than Argentina.
+1
If I were him I would but I can understand how frustrating it must be for him, Icardi is a pure goal scorer whilst the likes of Augo and Dybala do have other repertoires in their lockeroom of skills but as for Higu, he hasn't had the most prolific season and neither has Augo had a consistent season, this might perhaps be their last WC, I'd rate Icardi over Dybala but it was too bad Inter missed out on him as he coudl've striken a great partnership with Icardi at Inter... eitherway the future is Icardi's if he can carry his goalscoring form over to the european stage and make himself even more undisposable upfront for Inter, he just might make it to the next WC for Argentina by default...
Lazio really did undo themselves but I think it had to do with Fatigue, because after the 70 min many of their players stopped running and were cramping up all over the place, also luckly Immo still haven't shaken off his injury... not to mention poor Inzaghi not forseeing firstly a penalty and than a red card!?! all within the span of 5 min!?! however, huge kudos to Inter that didn't let their heads drop untill the final whistle, very unlike them... if Kwa and De Vrij arrive for next season it'll bolster an already strong backline as I thought Handanovic was the man of the match for me, if it weren't for his saves Inter would've had a huge mountain to climb, as for the offensive department, I think even Icardi hinted at the need for strenghening, they can't continue to rely on Icardi solely to score the goals, with his misses of lately I thought he'd fail with his penalty but also he will have draughts, injuries, bad form and other unforseen circumstances, the likes of Eder and Karamaoh won't do any big differences for the span of next campaign and it wouldn't hurt having another class midfeilder coming in to rotate with Vecino-Gagli-Brozo, haven't seen much of Barella but I've read and seen a few clips of him having a stunner of a season...
Tough for Lazio, they had a great season tbf but so happy for Inter. For the first time in a long time, our boys really came through. They just didn't give up and I'm so proud so see this team take the next step. I just jumped off my the sofa as Vecino scored the winner. Honestly was one hell of a match and an ending to a great Serie A season.

With UCL next season, I think we can manage to hold on to Icardi for another year. As for future incoming players, looks like De Vrij and Kwa Asamoah joined on free deals BTW! That's two great picks up. From what I'm hearing we also are signing the talented Argentine, Lautaro Martinez. Only 20 year old and highly rated. I've never seen him play but to get into Argentina pre world cup team, you gotta be pretty damn good. Other rumors are Viola's Milan Badelj to add into the MF, so would be welcomed. Personally I would like to see Lamela join us if that can happen. Lets see how it plays out.
^Asamoah joining us for free???? That's a deal. Don't feel much about Lautaro Martinez since we had Gabi Barbosa and so many liked him and it never worked out in Inter.
^ From the number of Argentine attacks Inter has had over the years from Milito to Rodrigo and Icardi, lets just hope this Martinez kid is just as good.

Barbosa Idk what to make of. Seemed like a big waste of money.
I miss the days when we had Adriano and Zlatan at top!?!? not to mention certain argentines in the form of Cruz and Crespo, Inter were spoiled for attarctive attacking players when Moratti and Serie A was at it peak but also saw their share of expensive flops, remember Mancini of Roma and Quaresma?!? not to mention my all time favourite player Ronaldo! Icardi was a gamble but so was Arnatu, Castaign and Belfodil and the number of primavera players brought up through the rank, which makes me think of a certain Balo!

I'd hope for the likes of Di Maria but Badelj would be welcome specially if he arrives as a free agent, if any of the rumours about Kovacic are true, he'd also get a huge standing ovation on his return as he hasn't yet blossomed into the player he had the potential to become but after winning so much at Real he might just be hungry enough to leave a legacy at Inter? eitherway, didn't see Cancelo, Skriniar and Rafinah deals coming and they've proven to be genius moves, just hope it wasn't down to the work of Sab and that Inter will regret losing him after having started so promising on the january market....
Wow...What a real drama. We shouldn't let things get out of our hand and then wait till the last 10 min of the league to qualify for CL. Let's see how we will use that extra 40 Million to strengthen our squad.
Stefan De Vrij giving us a helping hand for that PK lol! LETS GOOOOOO INTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE just might!
Inter never step up when we need them to. Another one bites the f**** dust. Our only save and grace would be if Crotone beat Lazio but that's just wishful thinking. This is so pathetic.

I know both of Sassuolo's goals were unstoppable but we couldn't get back into it.
Did you read what Icardi had to say after the game? or Peri ending in argument with a fan? It goes to show the state of the players at that time, I would've thought Inter were lacking in the areas Spa substitutet but even after croto drew against Lazio, I'm not sure if Inter can mentally courage up the must to take on Lazio as they already went through the emotions of defeat and opened a flood gate that could be hard to close for their final match of the season... Savic is a stand out player and any team that gets him will get a world class player but Inter looked broken and it will be hard for many to look each other in the eyes and risk going through what they did against Sassu, they might even implode on themselves against Lazio, that game could be over before it even finishes... Sassu got under their skin when they frustated them with time wasting imagen a team that are fighting for a cl spot, higher in caliber and only needs a draw?
I did read about it. This is freaking sad. Some of these guys I can't see leading Inter in the near future. We need to start over. I'm done. Honestly, mentally some of these guys aren't prepared. We don't deserve UCL.
A saving grace would be that in their previous game, it finished 0-0 so it all comes down to win or bust in their final season end game, Lazio are falling of their pace, in all honestly I don't think they expected that draw against Inter so coming into the game, both teams will start of shaky but if they can cancel out Peri and Icardi, they'll have this game in the bag as for Inter, they've got a solid backline but Brozo has been running on empty tank and Vecino looked out of shape but atleast Borja had some sprint in his legs and looked fresh but as per usuall it'll come down to those three upfront and if they can manage to get atleast 2 goals between themselves...
