Would sacking Trapattoni really fix everything? I don't think so. The problem is the players. They're not good enough. Ward, O'Dea, Fahey, Keogh, McShane, McClean, McCarthy, Cox, Green and Whelan are all terrible. They should be playing in the league of Ireland. No composure, poor first touch, too slow, no footballing intelligence, unable to play as a team, unable to read the game, bad positional awareness, often play the wrong pass. I could go on.

The only problem with the manager for me is his pidgin English. The real problem are the afore mentioned, weak football players.

Surprised that Trapattoni continues to overlook Shane Long. Jon Walters is a good player, but Long is in sparkling form atm.
