Fifa` setting up a development academy here in Bangalore. It's a start. If we manage to develop the grassroots considering how kids are switching to football especially in metros, things can happen.

indian football seriously needs some rigorous developments in every areas....firstly we must explain the masses the importance of the game, the level to which football has reached...people here are crazy about cricket..they should watch football, which i must say has been started by some of the masses....our national team dint have a proper training ground to practice,so we trained at camp nou, sich is the state of indian football....in 1948 we had qualified for thw world cup but since we din't have footwear to wear we were not allowed to participate in the world cup...from then we have not qualified for the world cup...to overcome this we need good coaches, training centres or the academies....fifa should help develop the sport i feel,we should encourage more and more of young talent..if we set up all the things well we can achieve our goal...
