Götze HAS to play.
Also did anyone else see that foul throw? I literally lol'd

Robben injured...
What?!"?!??!?!?!?!

God, time for Coman and Costa I guess...
Yeah looks like a groin problem. So expect him to be out for 2-3 weeks.
wow, somethings telling me that we should forget about Ribery/Robben all in general .. sigh
Sadly this is probably going to be there last year at bayern. Ether they will retire or they will choose to leave.
what a surprise!
Ribery must end his career at bayern. There is just no other way that I could handle :(
robben too
At least they won a champs league! I'll miss this team that robbery schweini lahm were the core of. They've spoiled me for the last 8 years but we have a f*****g raw team now, the evolution makes it easier to say goodbye.
😢

god damn it... always the same story!!
Hey guys!!
Who is better for dreamfooty Lewa or Muller ??
Right now Muller is on fire, scoring 5 goals in 3 matches, but I'm pretty sure Lewa will score many goals too. I think both are safe

Bayern Transfer Update:

so we finally signed the Juventus starlet Kingsley Coman on a two year loan deal Bayern would be able to make the winger's move permanent for €21m at any stage up to April 30, 2017 - Amazing!

Dante joined Wolfsburg from bayern - All the best and thank you for your services

and finally
Bayern Munich in Shock Move for Everton Star Seamus Coleman?

we are preparing €18m bid for the Everton right back, PSG are also interested
Is it really necessary to sign a right back? I mean we have Rafinha, the worlds best rb who took the place from Lahm himself. We will see, there is about 30 min left till the transfer window is closed.

Looks like Wolfsburg has made a great deal signing Draxler to replace De bruyne.

much activity today on the transfer market!
Draxler to wolfsburg is a done deal,
chicharito to leverkusen,
Januzaj to dortmund.
@Fabius yes sir, remember that the transfer window closes today
if you read/hear "preparing bid" it's almost always bs.
Calhanoglu is one of the best freekick takers in the world if not the best
+2
Without a doubt... he's unreal!
+2
the consistency and accuracy of his free kicks are mind blowing .. I've never seen any one being so consistent with their freekicks

Müller.

We reached an agreement with juve over Kingsley Coman apparently.
Don't know much about the guy tbh but seems to be a huge talent. Let's see how he can contribute to our first team this season
He's gonna be our new Ribery. He is also french.
Nice! I heard about him before, looks very talented indeed.
Good draw for you guys.... represent the bundesliga well....hopefully bvb can do the same in the EL

UEFA coefficients rank Germany or bundesliga as 2nd. BPL / England are now third.
I'm curious about how English clubs will deal in CL this year with all that money spent.
I beg them to not to say something like " yeah we didn't reach the semis/ quarterfinals because our league is just too strong " if they don't succeed this year

Ps: 30 m for heung-min Son. That's just utterly ridiculous
+3
The best players have already been ripped out of our league and even with all the money being spent epl teams just haven't been able to replace the quality that has been lost which is why we have seen a bit of a decline in champions league performances in my opinion
I actually don't think so. If you compare Chelsea's team from 2008 or 2012 with the team they have now I find it hard to say that their quality has declined. They had drogba lampard etc in their primes but now they have hazard, Diego costa and so on. Doesn't look like a loss of quality to me.
Or arsenal: their squad surely is better now than three or four years ago
I think it's more some kind of mixture of complacency and mismanagement.
English clubs are desperate, they got the money from TV deals and it feels like they want to get rid off it buy trying to sign players they have no chances of signing and when they realise that they cant, then they overpay it on average players.
only chelsea was strong last year. liverpool was poor, they lost suarez to barca. arsenal were poor, just arsenal imploding as usual, naive defending in europe. city drew barca too early; they were never going to beat the treble winners. chelsea got psg early, knocked out on goal difference even though imo they are a better side than psg, they were in poor form second half of last season and carried it into the first couple of games this season imo. i mean they got beat by west brom 3-0 for goodness sakes!

lets see what happens this time around, maybe the english get more luck in the r16. i think all four will go at least to the KO rounds. after that will depend on luck in avoiding barca/madrid/bayern.
No offence but the only STRONG German team is Bayern. Rest are average.
+2
lol look at who is talking! The only reason people think PL is the best or the most competitive is because each teams are on the same level, the level of below average.
I wonder which level do you rate United if you think teams like Dortmund and Wolfsburg are average teams?
+4
Dortmund?
Came further than any other English team over the last years in UCL
+4
BVB being in form and in the EL is better for the Bundesliga. If they stay in form and go far then it's just as good as having a second team going deep in to the KO rounds in the UCL. Spain's performance in the UCL is incredible, but they've been able to stretch the gap because their teams also have performed well in the EL... which as we know is worth the same as far as the coefficient is concerned. Same reason why Serie A has been able to not drop too far off. They've been god awful in the UCL since Inter beat us in the final, but their EL teams have been solid.
it doesnt matter which way you dress it up, bundesliga (non bayern and dortmund) teams are nowhere near as competitive as epl teams and have been undressed by epl teams in the group stages over and over again in recent years, lots of heavy defeats 3, 4, 5 goals. dortmund and bayern are great. i dont think dortmund is anything beside top 4 in england, not title favorites or dominant. only bayern truly stand out in bundesliga. yes wolfsberg did well but now look at whats left of their squad. besides, werent they beaten up by everton last season in EL group stages home and away?
Haha top 4 in england, I dont know about Chelsea, but are u really saying that United or Arsenal can beat Dortmund? City might have become stronger, but they have been humiliated in CL in the last couple of years.
In the CL group stages Dortmund claimed the first place in the group with Real and Ajax while Shity where in the last place, So did Schalke, beating Arsenal. Wolfsburg may have lost they key player, but they replaced him with Draxler and Dante.
of course they can beat dortmund, you need to wake up and realize this team finished outside CL spots in germany last season. they have proved absolutely nothing this season and already you are on their jock. while their attack looks good, their defense looks absolute shambles at the moment in europe. they have a good team but it's not as if they are suddenly CL finalists because they've scored some goals in europa and in the first few league games.

there is a lot more space in german football, as there is in general in europe, than there is in england. and the style of play is more physically demanding (high intensity, end to end football). i seriously doubt they would just waltz in and challenge for the title, i think they would just be fighting for top 4. they play fairly similarly to arsenal, and i don't think their defense is any better than arsenal - certainly not their goalkeeper.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hfYJsQAhl0
Wait, Is this the same Dortmund that didn't even qualify for UCL last season? lol.
Like I said Bayern are the only strong German team.
Wolfsburg ain't strong and now they have lose De Bruyne doesn't help either. Watch when United will beat them both home & away.
Dortmund are starting to show good form again but lets see how long it'll last before judging them.

End of the day, when Pep leaves Bundesliga for the Prem. Bundesliga will go down hill again.
Wolfsburg is a strong team.
You really have to get off from your high horse man... Even without de Bruyne, they're still working well together as a team and are still able to pull off great performances. Just because some of the EPL teams are now full of top players, doesn't mean they're playing as a team.
Just look at your national team. Bunch of good players you have there but they don't work as a team.
Look at the numbers- bundesliga has been better in Europe, stats don't lie
there's not a single team in germany that has the same type of star power roster as bayern. i already said dortmund has a great attacking unit, but their defense imo is not very good. i think there are much stronger teams overall in england than germany. this is evident when teams meet head to head, even if epl is lackluster in recent KO games in CL.

wolfsberg did great last season especially in the league. i only pointed out that they got stomped on by everton home and away, so my question is why are you so convinced english teams are so poor? they have been beating all the german teams, minus dortmund and bayern, fairly convincingly for the past few years with some mega scorelines. i also dont see how you think dortmund would be invincible vs arsenal or man utd, i think that's wishful thinking. both teams are well capable of beating dortmund.
+1
Exactly^
The thing is, there isn't a single team in England in the same category as Bayern either.
Don't mention City, they aren't. We beat them when we want and every time when we have to, we managed to turn the match around with 10 men in their own home only to gift them 2 free goals. They did bought good players, but buying dont solve everything. You just have to look at Real, with all the money they spent, Real only managed to make 1 CL final appearance since 2002.

I just can't see United beating Dortmund, not right now. United has been s**t since SAF left. You dont have the same team as you had before, you can buy all the mediocre players with all that money, but your team is still average with LVG lol. you have to be kidding yourself if you think you can beat Dortmund, maybe in a lucky day.

Arsenal? I feel sorry for Arsenal especially their fans. I never feel threatened by Arsenal, every year same result the 4th place and round of 16. And PL fans keep mentioning them as PL title contenders, that is bs and every one knows that.

It is funny when you mentioned that there is more space in europe in general than in england haha. Do you understand football at all? The problem of many epl fans are that they only watch epl and think its the best league in the world, when in reality its in number 3. Space isn't necessary defined by parking the bus infront of the 16 meters, its how one team occupies the space working together and pressing the opposition. Wake up dude! Every player from La Liga shits on your so called "little space" and becomes one of the best players, when in Spain they couldnt do a s**t.
We always draw Arsenal or City. Or both. One in group stage and the other in knockout stage. Pathetic
I wanted something new...
Group D is nice.
Group H a joke
