Thank you Floyd
Out boxed Pacman. Not a fan of him but he looked very comfortable.
Boring most overhyped match ever. Should've let them box until one of them drop
+6
Should throw Fellaini into the ring as well.
+2
lol this made laugh

Statistics:
Pacman: 240 hits and 30 successful
Floyd: 256 hugs and 45 kilometres running.
+5
booo @ cheshirecatt: manny should've won that game this fights is always rigged thats why I hate sports sometimes ;(
^ why should have Manny won? A million shots, only a few hits. Floyd 'parked thr bus' maybe, but he landed a lot of good jabs in Manny's face and has a much better match overall. He was smarter and deserved the win
Soooo.... how about we finish the season 4th before we start making fun of Liverpool again?
+3
Its like a habit to some of our fans have. They just cant seem to resist.
+1
Agree, mouth zipped.
So who is going to win?
mayfeather most likely.
Are you guys able to find links?
I bet the cable companies will be out like bloodhounds to shut down any free streams tonight.
If you find one post it on my wall.
Try the one I posted on your wall Yaldho. Might need to go incognito if you have ad-block enabled.
Hmm when was the last time we lost 3 league games in a row ?
2001
Pulis never won against us... until today

And we will be breaking another record if we lose the next game.
Chill guys. This means nothing
Ah shiatt... another point for Lutheaven to use for his Moyes > LVG crusade >__

sorry @2Class4u ,i have to disappoint you.i've retired of doing that now.but still, feel free to think that i'm a genius thought.hahah
Lift the curse please
It so dreaded to think we play crystal palace next and they will apply the same tactics we faced in our last 3 games
Van Gaal found a decent plan A but he doesn't have a plan B against teams who just sit back and park the bus. We failed to win away against plenty of midtable and relegation side this season which is shocking.

And its in those type of games where Van Gaal loses it completly and plays players way out of position and brings on weird substitutions.
The average possession we had in our last 3 games was atleast 70%. Most of our possession stats come from sideway passes and backpasses which our opponents allow us to do. Having possession doesn't mean you're the better team it's what you do with the possession that counts.

When you have a midfielder who prefers doing the safe pass and longball passes to wing instead of looking for the striker you know there's a problem. I saw in todays game where van Persie started a run but Rooney would constantly ping the ball out to the wing where we'll watch Valencia fail to put in a cross time after time. It didn't help when di Maria came on and put in worse crosses than Valencia did.

We need atleast 2 decent wingers who can consistently put in a good cross and atleast 2 midfielders who won't be afraid to try a risky forward pass instead of opting for the safe long ball or sideway pass
+1
Di Maria actually had a half decent game, much better than his recent outings imo. He put in the corner which resulted in the free header for McNair and also the low driven freekick which somehow didn't go in. He also had a shot saved by that keeper.

LVG needs to up his management game big time, I hope he realizes that the EPL is much more competitive than his other club management experiences like Bayern/AZ/Barcelona. This is not a league where 2 teams dominate the proceedings while the other teams can be undone by possession football. Traditional English teams are always going to prefer to play with a packed defence while facing us, simply because of the amount of attacking talent we have at our disposal. We need to be able to attack directly instead of sideways, and split defenses with our passing and movement.

LVG can't keep playing Mata in the wings when it obviously isn't working. Mata waiting for Valencia to overlap him? FFS. Mata has no real pace, but instead has great ball control technique and the ability to play through passes and spot runs by strikers. All of that is getting wasted playing him on the wings.

He really needs to work on that plan B when plan A (Fellaini) fails. If we keep playing the possession+long ball+crosses game, we are never going to be able to unlock packed defences. If Carrick isn't available, Di Maria should start on the right wing, Mata must play more centrally with either 1 or 2 strikers. Although he has been good in parts for us this season, Fellaini should be an option of the bench and not a regular starter.
One word. Carrot. Our team is clueless without him.
+2
Anyone know when he's due back from injury?
Carrot? is that autocorrect or a nickname you have for carrick lol
+4
Van Gaal says carrick like carrot :P
this is Sturridge all over again. One player, a holding midfielder at that, isn't the problem when you have 80% possession.

you have 26 shots. What's Carrick going to do in this case? It's not like West Brom broke on you again and again. they scored a deflected shot.

RVP missed a penalty, and McNair missed a header when he was unmarked. You can't put missing penalties and missing free headers down to Carrick.
+9
@CJ- van gaal calls him carrrot :D
@moeb Carrick just being there is enough to change the team, the players needed someone to rely on when they make mistakes, someone who will offer them support anytime. The reliability in Carrick gives the players easiness therefore they can do better in every aspect. Indeed we could have won without Carrcik, but if we had him, it would be way easier.

A leader was needed, what exactly did Rooney contribute as a captain?

(I finally calmed down...)
+2
Today had nothing to do with Carrick. Just bad finishing.
+5
Playing Carrick allows Herrera to push forward instead of sitting back. This makes a lot of difference, Herrera is able to work well with Mata on the wing and play a few 1-2 passes. Mata also cuts inside offering more support. Today he was a shadow of his own self, shunned on the right wing with Valencia. Without Carrick our football is mostly crosses and long balls.

Wtf? Us missing Carrick is somehow simillar to the Sturridge situation ? What did I just read?
I have no clue what you guys are watching at Stamford bus but it is nowhere near good football. Congrats on the title.
We've had more posession and more shots
+2
You mean more busses and bus drivers?
+15
A goal drought in 3 games, oh Carrick...
+1
In a way today showed that football is not the be all and end all. It was touching to see the fans pay their respect to Rio and his family. There are more things to this world than just 3 points.
+9
Been traveling and busy so I didn't hear about this till just now. Sad news. :(
I still cannot believe we have allowed the scousers a route back into the Champions League race. A bad result next week and the alarms will definitely go off, if it hasn't already.

Hope LvG prepares better after these 3 defeats, not too difficult to assess which players are to be blamed. And hope the blame doesn't fall on the wrong player either.

And finally hope Lord Carrick, the Guardian of Manchester returns. We've missed him miserably.
+1
lol. i just hope we focus on our own team now. I saw some of us laughing at liverpool over the week about their last game. (maybe karma lol)

really hope LVG finds a quick answer quickly. I don't care how we win, but we have to win the last 3 matches. 1 season out of champions league has already done enough damage. another season out could see us lose DDG and spiral downwards even more. cannot imagine us doing that.
+1
No more laughing at Liverpool, we can laugh all we want this summer after everything's done.
+1
Doesn't Liverpool face to face Chelsea away next week?
