I see the fans who were writing us off before the match are either calling the win lucky, pretending they never wrote us off or have completely disappeared 🤔
Just get behind your team next time guys 😂
But we're not Liverpool, so what's the point ;)
It's just a defense mechanism to cope....
That's the trend I have been noticing, some guys only show up when we lose and disappear when we win. On the other note Lustatue what a waste of money and space yet again?
This was the United that I was worried about.
i was practically shouting in the bedroom when sanchez missed that glorious chance. needless to say, the missus was not amused lol

The final goal is still repeating itself in my head. That visionary long pass from McTommy, then that pin-point cross from Lustatue, and finally the clinical header from Lingard to finish it off. Wish we have more of those moments, because so often we would screw up one of those steps and end up wasting chances. Execution was great leading to that great goal, love it!
Almost seems like the team and Mourinho went through this thread, lol.
The things I personally complained about - Pogba not in midfield 3, Martial starting on the left, Sanchez on the right, more urgency by the players...

This win actually makes me so happy.
Now lets hope we try to nail down a formation and starting xi.
+1
Martial and Lukaku played as Strikers and Sanchez played as a CAM. We won't play like that often imo. It was more to do with Chelsea formation. We let our wing backs play Chelsea wing backs 1 on 1. Don't think Jose will take that risk against teams that play wingers.

-----Martial-----Lukak
----------Sanchez
------Pogba------McTominay
----------Matic
+1
good win, lucky i gues... didnt think they had it in them to beat chelsea

mctominay is proving himself among other epl teams. pretty awesome

and ddg smh you could see he was so pissed at letting that shot through. willian is on one hell of a lucky streak.
The equalizer was the key imo. We picked up the momentum from that goal and never looked back.
Man City haven't given Arsenal any breathing room. Leagues apart.
+1
Rather, Arsenal haven't given City any room to try and make something happen. They did it all themselves and handed it over on a plate
+2
Arsenal were switched off during a goal kick. Typical Arsenal . They were actually playing good.
+1
Wasn't thar a foul on Mustafi?

Edit: No, smart plat by Kun
+1
For me it wasn't a foul; Mustafi knows he's out of position and tries to get a 'free' foul. Arsenal have been poor so far it has to be said.
+1
Switched off again for the corner. 2-0

Edit: And it's over. Class from Silva.
Arsenal started well, but have been downhill since that first goal. Third goal was a joke. Its been so bad that I don't even feel like celebrating lol
+2
I was hoping Arsenal could do something but I guess ArsenalFanTV and chill...
+1
Good to see Chelsea fans gracious even after a deafeat. Class act lads!!
+10
Excellent second half. We were lackluster most of the game, but we took our chances that's the difference. Back to top-2. Lets stay there Folks!!

LUKAAAAAAAAA FINALLLYYYY KILLED IT....so happy. Mou got his sub on point and we killed it.

I miss Rashford a lot...is he falling out? man he's such a talent.

When Conte took off Hazard I was jumping up and down...it was not even a goal lollllll - Conte is simply outclassed in words and in the game.
+1
I think if we stick to the 4222, there's a place for Rashford to play his way into the forward 2. His runs in the channel and on the back shoulder can relieve pressure from midfield and create more space for Sanchez and Pogba to work behind. But Lingard is also playing really well with the same effect.

It's just the question of if the setup today was a one-off.
+2
I hope Mourinho doesn't go back to the s**t 4231 and first half like defensive approach ever again....
Excellent second half by you guys. Matic had one of his best games and Lukakau finaaly performed in a big game. Morata was bad as usual. I was happy we got Morata but now it’s clear Lukaku > Morata.
+8
Good first half by you guys.. hazard and william killing us on the wings. I tot the morata goal offside was close. but just not morata's day today. he missed few chances and had a few decisions against him defensively.
Ironically the knock on Lukaku was that his holdup play was going to be a problem. Whereas in reality his holdup play, passing, etc. has been consistently good all season. Today he found the goal against a top side that he needed
+1
Lukaku was causing AC many problems, AC has been one of our better defenders but Lukaku destroyed him, but Morata vs Lukaku is a tidy battle to look for next season
+1
Yeah it was nice to see a big performance from Lukaku, Matic and Pogba.

I didn't understand the omission of Fabregas?
he doesn't have the legs to play in a 2 man midfield and is very slow in general
Fairpoint there, but he does pull the strings in midfield and to give him only ten minutes in the game was a strange decision from Conte?
Morata a bit unlucky, could've had 2 goals on another night. They are both great players and goal scorers.
