Wow, loving the 2nd and 3rd kit.
Dzeko to Roma is close, only fee between the two clubs are needed.
Its a good move for him tbh. I think our best chance is playing a 4-2-3-1 formation next season, its proven to work and has aided us in our end of the season wining form. Aguero is 1st choice with Bony being the rotation, he can be just as deadly when he plays as well. Now the last spot should go for a young gun making his way up, most likely Iheanacho who stands at 6'1, who plays with lots of confidence for an 18 year old. Has ways to go but his going to benefit a lot from being with the first team all the type.

I like Dzeko but I don't think he can compete with Bony or Aguero. Also, his 29 and still playing at his peak, he shouldn't settle for a place on the bench, Roma really need a striker, so really adds up.
Balo's father died. As if Mario's life wasn't difficult enough at the moment..
Always forza Balo!
My thoughts go out to Mario and his family.
What are your thoughts of Delph? 8mil for a good energetic CM who's proven his quality in the PL. Already hearing about how people think his going to be warming the bench but I doubt it. With Milner and Lampard gone, that's 2 MF that we lost. Apart from Yaya who's shown time and time again his not capable of playing CM and should play CAM, we really don't have a CM. Fernando/Fernandinho are DMs, unless were trying to shut a game out, don't understand why both should be on the pitch together when playing a 4-2-3-1 formation.
If not for the HG quota, would you buy him? Maybe. Bench
welcome to the bench?haha
If his able to prove himself, why not? I think our expectation on English players are low just because of the lack of quality England has produced and their inflated price tags but I want to give him a chance. Last time I checked he gave us some trouble when we faced Villa. I really hope he doesn't end up like Sinclair.
I admit my post was harsh. Honestly, full form Delph is quite a beast
Man City young gun Thierry Ambrose signs big new deal

Ambrose has so much potential, him and Iheanacho are scary good! Both 18 but play with so much confidence, well beyond their years. Now Enter Enes Unal, who I've seen few clips of, seems very talent and has already gotten called up for Turkey senior side.

I like the new kits. I've always preferred white and blue rather then black and blue.
Tight is the trend, getting close to the Arsenal kit haha

I like it, sleek, no frills/freaky stuff
Looks like Enes Unal will be our first signing of this transfer window. He has safely arrived in Manchester.

I read a story him and his family cheered for City when Aguero won us the title.
I like him already
Our first game of the season is on Monday 10th August, I miss all week day games. It's really hard to miss live broadcast of first game of the season.

Our pursuit of Sterling Pogba and debuyne if true makes city look so dumb. I feel like city management see us city fans as chelsea fans who just like the big number and player we all know. Id say city fans are on average more educated and knowledgable of football than chelsea fans.
I'd like our club to follow somewhat of Wenger's football tradition. He build a core English and academy products in their first team, then he went off signing big players to further strengthen the team. That's what we need, forget the title even, I don't care, I would throw away a PL title to see a team with many youth/eds products taking part.

Well, it's your forum, but that description of us Chelsea fans tho.

We've bought players like Azpi and Courtois for peanuts, Matic for £17m, Fabregas for £27m. Oscar wasn't nearly as famous until we got him.
+1
You had Abramavich long before those players just saying.
Also I'm from the U.S. and trust me when I say that If someone says they are a fan of an EPL team its either United Chelsea or Liverpool and they usually know as much about their teams as I know about West Brom.
That description defines United fans, especially since they are so gagging for making it back to glory as soon as possible, talk about selling your soul to the devil
Good news for us

UEFA lift Man City's FFP spending, wages and squad restrictions

But doesn't it feel good to be on the path to debt free and being run like a proper responsible club??? :D would be a shame to undo all that good work and confirm you couldn't care less about financial stability.
@SIF - yes, very much.

If you notice more and more fans are calling for more academy youth and more practical signings. However, looks like the club mgmt. is not completely on board with that yet. The whole philosophy of sustainability will make sense once we stop buying senselessly (i.e. Pogba and Sterling)

The uproar against FFP is a different topic from being debt free though. We can be debt free with a different cash flow schedule. FFP is Platini forcing his crap on us on his terms - hampering our plans in the first place. Blatant violations of fair play in the first place.

I think in the long run this might definitely help City has we are forced to think about sustainability more seriously - but the fact that it was not done on our own terms is what hurts. Someone from outside telling you how to spend your own money is sort of ridiculous.
