Its frustrating to see what MP is doing? His not learning from his past mistakes. Maybe dropping Yaya just like Hart was dropped last season will get the fire burning back in him. He needs that kind of treatment at this point because he showed once again no desire on the field, this just makes Fernando's job even harder. Fernandinho is B2B MF and we know he can push up and help the attack and having him play that role along with Fernando playing that DM role will even things out. Silva is no use in the wide position, his always cutting inside, he clearly wants to play in that CAM role behind the striker. Why is MP not doing that? Were clearly not getting better by using the same formation/players every week? Also why did Jovetic not start today? Dzeko looked burned out, Jovetic should have just started the game as the team looked better in the second half.
That's not our level :( not even close

Start jovetic and Aguero then see how that goes, play fernando and Fernandinho together let Milner start games instead of yaya and see how that works out pellegrini.
Sorry, Pellegrini has no balls to drop players who are not performing for example Yaya
I'm afraid so, MP does not want to drop Yaya at all even if his under preforming. If Yaya doesn't improve and MP keeps playing him then we are going to keep losing valuable points throughout the season. He was just not showing any desire anymore which makes Fernando's job even harder.
That kinda contradicts his theory of dropping players who are under performing and replacing them with another, maybe he's biased towards yaya and if that's the case at least play yaya upfront he has more chances to score than to play defensively
What is the purpose of Navas having in the team, attacking, defending? I don't know what he contributes to the team being a winger.
Silva seriously needs to start playing as CAM. Did you see how effective he was once he moved positions?

Zap--Kompany--Mangala--Kolarov
------Fernandinho--Yaya------
Navas-------Silva---Jovetic
----------Aguero------------

Play that formation and you'll dominate EPL like your suppose to! FORGET 4-4-2...
+1
I will replace Navas by Milner/Nasri and Yaya by Fernando.
Same, I would take Navas off and play Milner and drop Toure for Fernando. Having Fernandinho play a B2B MF position while Silva plays in his favorite CAM position.
West Ham deserved win.
Wtf, if we continue same way we will surrender our title hope by the end of March.
We slept till 70 minutes then tried to wake up which was too little to less.
they sure know how to buy time xD
That post is saving West Ham. Ffs
I want a smashing come back and... no more f*****g bubbles
I think we didn't have a single meaning full shot on target till hour mark.
I'm happy with the second half, we were just unlucky
I counted, Dzeko completed 2 passes in whole first half. Please get Jovetic/Milner/Fernandinho for Navas and Dzeko.
Forget about it, Pellegrini never learn
Agree. This formation is not working. To top it off West Ham play well, strange but true
Why is Milner not starting? It won't be pretty but at least he'll be that hard graft midfielder that your lacking.
James Milner needs to change his last name to Gonzalez to get into first starting eleven.
+1
Hamez Milninho
+1
Dzeko is not good at passing/dribbling/working hard
We cannot complete few passes together. How much time Alex Song is allowed in West Ham midfield is allowed to create a pass. They are closing us very fast.
You're not winning the knock downs either. Every ball that gets lumped forward by West Ham is either being won by a Hammers player or the second ball is. Back to basics for City in the second half.
