shame about the scumbags calling out racial slurs to sterling. in the replay huuge props to raheem for handling it like a professional, keeping his cool and getting on with the game.
Fooooty

I went too far calling you a fool and low life.

Just passion getting the better of me and tbh we all have been friendly more than normal and it was only a matter of time before the rivalry becomes real. We need to stop kidding ourselves lo9l. But I was wrong to use the words (fool, low life)

Yes! People around the world not just footytube if you are reading this comment, you are witnessing a real Man in this modern day unapologetic age we live in. It takes a real man to apologize. Respect.
Imagine being someone who didn’t already think there was a legitimate title race.
Stop trolling this page, non-City fans.

Seriously, not the time to come in here and start calling out City and their fans. Keep it to your team pages.

Honestly guys chill the f@#% out, city have been on top all season and not a single time did I see them troll on our page. We ain't even been top for 24 hours and I'm already seeing such stupidity from members from our page. Any more and i will be considering warnings etc

Ps. City and lfc fans been so chill for so long, don't ruin it for everyone
WOW Liverpool fans were so nice and friendly when they were shooting for top 4 every season now that they are first in the league for the first time in ages the cockiness thats coming from them all is insane

What the hell is happening. Silva Maestro, where are you mate. Calm things down.
"Manchester City in Premier League Since 8th April 2017:
Games: 61
Wins: 50
Draws: 8
Losses: 3
GF: 174
GA: 42
GD: 132"

We're only 1pt behind a Slippy G team with our best player, best striker and LB out injured - so nothing to worry!!
+3
Why even bring up Gerrard? You sound a bit too salty for someone not worried relax...And yes when City full starting lineup is back no worries, but this is the epl s**t happens.
+8
Money spent: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Fooooty

We all have important players out and unlike other seasons we don't have to be in 5th gear to win.

Pep was singing "I Hear That Train A Comin' since the start of the season. You should become a Johnny Cash fan too lol.
+2
@Lordjaggi, I posted that for people who may think after 1 loss is doom and gloom, it's to show how incredible this team has been. LOL...and no, there's nothing salty about it, I think Chelsea won it today fair and square, in fact I even congratulated them in their forum.

I brought up Slippy G because they were literally, like 3 games away from winning it, they even printed out shirts with Liverpool champions LOL, so this is to show that we have that psychological advantage over them as we've done it already, just like they have it over us in the CL.

@Kop4Ever, again the purpose of this post was to show how incredible this team has been even in the absence of 3 important starting 11. True that "we all have important players out" but please consider for a moment Liverpool without 3 its best starting 11, like Salah, Firmino and VVD or take out your best player (Salah's) contribution and where do you think Liverpool will be, so for this team to achieve the above is pretty remarkable. Oh and I don't know what you mean by your last paragraph about Pep hearing train thing lol...

P.S. Liverpool fans, please take a screenshot of the table just in case of a "SLIP" :D

Mate, you could open your own salt factory.

I'll take a screen for whenever you win a European Cup or even get to a final of 1. I tried to be nice but mate your banter is of a Red turn Blue. And another thing there is no guarantee that with all players fit either of us be doing better. We had a lot of top players missing today and we actually played better than we had when they were here. So point being it is not a fact that both be doing better. That's all just hope with no time machine with didn't situations to prove it so technically it is irrelevant.

Your banter is a Stevie G broken record joke. 100% original lol

Come banter when your glorified Championship club reaches the heights of my club. You could dominate for years and still, you'll never reach the heights of my club so until you do keep looking up at us.

Sorry to all other city fans but this Fooooty guy is a fool.
"you'll NEVER reach the heights of my club" - careful this might come back and bite your ass. Remember, Liverpool in the 80's never thought they'll be overtaken by another team or go without winning a title and what happened? SAF happened to them lol. Remember what SAF in turn said about City not winning the title in that famous quote "not in my life time" and what happened, ah?

If you had read my comment properly, I actually gave you credit for the CL and said you've the advantage over us. However STRICTLY speaking about EPL, "come banter when your glorified Championship club reaches the heights of my club," so until you win it, "KEEP LOOKING UP AT US". :D

"fool" you say, eh? - resorting to name calling, how mature LOL...

P.S. By the way, although I completely disagree with your views, you WERE one of the few Liverpool fans here that I respectED for his passionate comments.

nice trolling Ehtisham ... don't forget we were without our 2 best players today KdB and Aguero .... imagine your team playing against Chelsea at Stanford Bridge without Salah and Mane
Well. Mean no disrespect at all. And I do not believe the issue is with your attack. Its really your untested defense. Dont think aguero coming back can fix that nor can KDB completely. Left side seems to be a constant issue for u. Even after watching u guys play Lyon, it’s obvious that the defense is not as good as the PL record would have u believe. But like I said, nothing that some FFP rule bending and a few 100 million cannot solve.
FootballisCity

We had Milner playing RB today and our 4th choice CB from the defensive injury crisis we have and Mane was out also.
Plus OX that is very important to our team and helping Salah.
That aside it is going to jump frog like it has for a while.
KDB has been out for a while. Till now it wasnt an issue? Suddenly you lose one and Jesus is s**t, and Aguero not being there is the reason? Didnt see u miss them so much when you were romping home 4-1 and 3-0 etc..? Just say we lost today to Chelsea who played better.. thats all
Nah if you listen to Pep's post match conference City played much better than Chelsea especially first half we had a dozen chances to score to Chelsea's just 1 chance and they got lucky....how often do you see Kante score? almost never!

We also played Fernandinho as right back at times we are deficient in the striker department...you have Sturrige Firminho Solanke and Origi as #9 we only have Aguero and Jesus Gabriel ... one is injured most of the time the other is Bony 2.0 ... we are also deficient at left back we only have Mendy as a natural left back but he was injured ALL of last season and we had to play a midfielder Delph as a left back and this season seems to be the same story...everyone talks about how "stacked" our squad is but really we only have one LB one defensive central midfielder in Fernandinho ... we still gotta sign 3 more players a striker a left back to cover for Mendy when he's injured and a CDM to cover for Fernandinho ... and speaking of "call up arabs" how much did we spend this summer? 60mil and how much did you spend? well over 200mil
And ur avg spending in the last 3-5 seasons?
Ehtisham, a grown up man moaning about how a club owner spending his money on its own club LOL...It must be annoying as f**k to be kept out of the PL title by one Manchester team and now by another. Can't believe I'm saying this but I can't wait to see Mou replicate his famous slippy G win when you all thought will win the title.

Oh and I hope we spend 2x as much as we've already spent just to see the moaning of people like you :D

P.S. Mods: if you don't consider the 1st comment as trolling, I hope everyone will get the same treatment when posting on Looserpool page about slippy G and their failure of never winning PL.
+6
It was certainly flame-baiting.
+3
I actually think our attack is as the problem today not defense. Bloody useless today. Mahrez and Bernardo don’t play well in attack together. This game showed that we really don’t have much depth. KDB is a real important game changer we miss. But we couldn’t play between the lines at all today. That hurt us the most and that’s an attacking issue
Gabriel Jesus has officially become Bony 2.0 what a useless player 1 goal in 13 premier league games add cup games to that it gets even worse ...considering Aguero's injury record we need to sign a proper striker, we can't always depend on goals from our wingers.
+1
Am I surprised we lost? Absolutely not. It was coking we’ve been s**t recently and we didn’t even start a striker this game. Honestly at this point it’s a procession until Liverpool win. We’re absolutely useless
You have to hand it to Chelsea they defended well and the physicality of their players is crazy they are way bigger than us, it doesn't make any sense to put corners into the air lol they will win it 90% of the time. I think Chelsea did well and deserved the win, credit to them.

To be honest we barely beat them last season, it took a wonder strike from KDB last year to beat them 1-0, I wish we had him today.
+1
Did you even watch the game?
+2
I would be more worried about Chelsea than Looserpool because we know Looserpool will "SLIP" at some point and it'll be "next year their year again," just like it has been happening since the inception of EPL lol...
+1
^Please stop with those comments. It can't possibly make you feel better to say "Looserpool will 'SLIP' at some point".

It's a tough loss. I didn't watch the game and I certainly expected City to win it with Chelsea's recent drop in form, but losses like that happen to everyone. Liverpool are having some good luck this season in terms of winning games despite injuries, but I still think City is the better team in terms of current form. I only watched the highlights and it definitely seemed like City had the better chances and much more of them. Props to Chelsea for brilliant defending of course. Despite losing to Wolves, they could never be underestimated. They did go toe to toe with Liverpool after all. Keep your heads up! City still has a ways to go if they're winning the PL this season. The home fixture against Liverpool will be huge.
