Let us win the next game! These days I am only looking at one game at a time. Want to finish third.

This week against Villa can be tricky.
Villa have momentum, but if we don't win this one we simply don't deserve the top 3

What is Pellegrini still doing at the club. Villa changed manager and got confidence back into the team. Is changing manager only effective for relegation teams?
Here are the players I want out & players id like to see come in for next season!

OUT: Nasri, Yaya, Navas, Fernando

IN: Rues/Candreva, Kondogbia, Miranda/Hummels

I'd love to see next seasons formation look like this:

--------------Hart------------
Zaba---Komp---Miranda--Clichy
-----Fernandinho---Kondog-----
---------------Silva---------------
----Rues----Dzeko-----Aguero-

Manager: J. Klopp!
The media continuously links us with Guardiola but that is not something I want. I think he is an egomaniac who has coached two of the best teams in the world and thats it, nothing else to show except that he has a bad temperament. I can't understand why clop is not being sought.
Actually Guardiola would be a perfect manager. Although his attitude is off at times, his a passionate manager on the field and urges his players to give everything they have. Not to mention if a player is not playing well, Pep doesn't hold back, he'll give certain players the harsh truth and the reality check they need. If they don't play well, he'll bench them and not to mention he promotes youth players and gives them chances. If you've seen Pep with Bayern in training videos, you'll see the dude doesn't joke around and takes training really seriously, always yelling out instructions and individually giving players advice. If anything our players need a guy like Pep. If he was at City, our players would play like their positions were on the line every single week.

Many also say that Pepe landed with two amazing teams. Sure Bayern was great when he got them but when he took the reins at Barca, it was a different story. Barca finished 3rd the prior season and were struggling. He made a bold moves to sell Ronaldinho, Deco, Zambortta etc and brought in guys like Pique and Dani Alves and promoted youth players like Busquets and Pedro who are now some of the best players in their positions. His first season they won la liga, copa del rey and UCL and were known as one of the best teams in history. After that, Barca ruled everything, they were amazing during his spell with the club that he really build to being one of the best.

I don't care about Guardiola's attitude, if he comes to City, expectations are going to be very high and if anyone can help us in UCL, its gotta be Guardiola. I rate him above Klopp and City is a mess that needs a new philosophy.
I just think we could use a northern european's tactics and connections. For instance with Klopp our recruitment of germany's impressive youth players would be very plausible.
I do agree Klopp has brought up some young talented from Dortmund and turned them into star players, he emphasis on youth players and could very well do the same for our youngsters like Pozo, Lopes, Iheanacho, Zuculini, Angelino, Denayer, Rekik etc.
So if MP does stay, are we going to see much change in the summer? I know we all want specific types of players but with MP tactics and favoritism on specific players, its worry because I don't want a repeat of this season.

For me the problem is the CM and the back-line. We need a quality CM like Pjanic, Gundogan or Andre Gomes. Players who are good with the ball and provide quality service, with a energy to drop back and defend .I don't want to see Yaya go but he can't start every game. He needs someone to rotate with. We need LB, AM and possibly a center-back.

I just feel like MP is going to trust the older players once again and we might have another season of lack-luster football.
If he stays i bet change is minimal but again I really hope he leaves.
Remind me what the budget is under FFP rules. Prob is players go on a free or for peanuts, and this year Milner goes free. Maybe Nasri or Dzeko can bring some income
If we can sell off Nasri and Dzeko to make some money and promote players like Pozo and Marco Lopes than we won't need to spend any money on replacements. Although we do need another AM like De Bruyne and a CM like Gundogan or Pjanic and possibly a FB.

Its just so f*****g ridiculous, the amount of youth quality we possess and we won't use them. Denis Suarez should have been promote earlier or else maybe he wouldn't have left. Look at him now starting for Sevilla.
So after watching the game, its nice to finally get a win. We were lucky in a way to take on a terrible West Ham side who beat us on their best day and we know what they are capable of. We kept possession really well and played with a higher tempo and West Ham couldn't really push back. Although we did get complacent and started to play a bit lazy during periods in the game were our passes were off and nearly cost us 2 or more goals. If we did take on a better side, we could have been buried today with loss. The players need to play with more focus, its just not good enough when were helping West Ham with goal-scoring chances.

Individually, I know we all give Navas a hard time but the combo of Navas, Aguero and Silva on counter-attacks is dangerous. Navas works well for us because despite his bad crossing ability, his able to push the ball with speed and never stops running, he just constantly keeps pressuring and starts counter attacks. If anything he provides lots of energy for this team.

Hoping for another 3 points, next weekend! CTID:)
With 2 now being 2 points behind Arsenal and 1 point behind Man utd, second place is in our grasp. If Chelsea do us a favor and beat Arsenal than we have to win the rest of our games and hope utd lose a few.
Really hoping Silva is okay
I hope we broke the spell today and back to winning times :)

I missed the game, looking forward to MOTD on soon! Some great Aguero goal to treasure
hope silva is ok
navas is starting
