According to the Brand Finance, we are now the 4th most valuable football brand:

We had 12 youth players called up by England in August, which is the 2nd highest number of players behind only Chelsea (17):

Future looks bright and blue!!:)
Kelechi is axed from CL squad.
No surprise and probably the best possible thing not to piss off anyone like we did with Jovetic. Maybe MP assured Kelechi more playing time and probably Fa/League cup games or so I hope.

^Word.
Will he eventually qualify as homegrown?
So Aston Villa have signed Lescott. Now the beautiful relationship of Micah and Lescott has been brought back together.
+2
Niice...missed the stuff that they were doing at City...always challenging each other in those videos lol...hope they both do well there.
Jose Angel Pozo has joined Unión Deportiva Almería on a permanent deal.
+1
yikes
Could they not have possibly loaned him?
Good luck to him, but I don't think he was going to make it here, he was nowhere near Lopes's quality whom I hope we have some sort of buy-back clause.
Sooo nice to see all our signings done and now watch teams around us panic buy. :D
+1
Man united continues to make us laugh
+1
Haha...yeah and long may that continue.
Both Arsenal and Utd out for a striker, Mourinho wants some reinforcements after Cheslea's start to the season. What a great start to the season its been for us.
The only martial thing I know is Bruce Lee
Deneyer joins Galatasaray on loan
+1
Good luck to him!!
+1
Wished we loaned him to a another club in the BPL...... I wish him the best and to return fired up for next season.
I'm so disappointed by the Denayer situation, I'm a fan of the guy already. Somebody tell me the Otamendi signing was really necessary
De Bruyne is our next jovetic at twice the price. you heard it here first
+2
I will remember to message you about how wrong you were. All he has to do is be a better winger than navas. Pretty god damn simple.
+1
G&S His not injury prone like Jovetic, look at his number of apps for Genk or when he was at Bremen and Wolfsburg.
+1
I hope I'm wrong too
@GoldandSilva - what's the logic in your statement about KdB being Jovetic?
+1
For the money spent on him I highly doubt it.
Just think he's going to be a big disappointment. I don't see 54M£ in him
dont mean to compare how they struggle. I just think of the latest attacking player we've bought to not meet expectations and jovetic comes to mind
Aah I see. I don't think that will happen to be honest. Jovetic never gained fitness when he was here and lost Pellegrini's trust after a year. One year is more than enough for someone of KdB's calibre to cement a place.
+1
@GoldandSilva......... I don't think De Bruyne's injury prone comparing to Jovetic. De Bruyne broke the record for the most assist in the Bundesliga history, ending his goal tally in double digits, and also crowned Bundesliga player of the year. It's hard to see this as a flopped deal at the moment. Its a world class signing from City, I could see us on another level now competing for the C.L. trophy.
i hv to disagree i'm jovetic fan but they are too different type of player to compare i think kdb is more suited in city than jovetic are
Dzeko and Jovetic are tearing it apart in Serie A

Dzeko scored for Roma, winning 2-1 against Juventus
Jovetic scored a brace for Inter
+1
No surprise both are quality players. Jovetic was a star before he left Serie A, that's his turf. Dzeko is big target man that Roma needed considering how much speed they have in MF.
+2
Jovetic, Icardi and Perisic is a pretty good front three.
Any guess, are we going to sell one player by Tuesday? I think, we have one extra international player than allowed in CL.
maybe fernando
Nasri and Fernando are surplus right now
I'd keep Fernando. In case Fernandinho is injuried, we don't really have another DM. Nasri on the other-hand has shown that wants to fight but I don't see him starting over KDB or even Navas. Might be forced to sell him and bring up Patrick Roberts.
