Aah man we miss Mancini. The one who started the revolution. This was when Aguero sunk the yellow submarine wasn't it!
Oh man, I remember that game. Sucks that after City, he still hasn't settle at a club. He went to Galatasary left them and then signed for Inter and left them after a season and a half.
man..even if city won everything this season..it just feel wrong without hart in the team..why?why?why?
i hope by some magic he can join juve to learn from buffon...i hate to see him with the likes of liverpool and strengthen them
He will play with city, lets wait and watch.! i think it will be a mistake, after all the glory he brought, its a shame. I am upset seeing him on that pitch in the last match.

i know he was not consistent lately, but his clean sheet is more on that note.
Do you guys really think we have the group of death? I don't I mean Juve, Sevilla, Gladbach I think was a tougher group. I know Barca is in it but I do think we can beat Gladbach and Celtic.
You are right, but I'd say this current group is tougher only because we had a better chance of defeating Juve than we have with Barcelona. Not to mention that Juve screwed up in their other games which allowed us to top the group. We have to strive to get some points against Barca, but the focus should be to demolish the other two to be sure of qualifying.

One good thing is - we are not meeting Barca in the 16 stage lol.

How is Juve, Sevilla and Gladbach a tougher group...Sevilla don't do jack s**t in CL and always go down to Europa. While in our group it's Barca and City.
+1
Is Patrick Roberts allowed to play against us? I know we have worked these types of bans into our loan deals in the past
He is going to play against us. We just allowed him to do so once the draw was finalized
@SA, We lost to Juve twice, Gladbach gave us a run for our money and Sevilla forced us to play a defensive game, which is something we hardly did with Pellegrini. It was a tough group.
of coz this time is tougher city got to face messi and other monsters with barca and english messi (patrick robert) and scott sinclair and kolo toure and legendary coach brendan with celtic
United & Chelsea fans joined Liverpool fans to watch the CL draw:

Lol! Its perfect!

Must say, it is so weird to see the English teams in there. Tottenham and Leicester. Respect where due, of course, but the glaring absence of Chelsea and United. I am hoping English teams do better this time.

To think that we also almost did not make it.

Lol this is the second time we've beaten United at goal difference. I can imagine how annoying that must be for them
+1
It's a little less annoying when you have 20 titles lol jk I'm done #crying :D

But in all seriousness it is strange. Never anyone to blame but ourselves though: going gung-ho when you beat us 6-1, not fixing the CM position until recently, and not having enough goals in the squad last year after moving Chicharito and RvP on
I hear ya Joey :D

I don't trust in Mou to be the long lasting United mgr but he is doing all the rights that were supposed to be done in the last 2-3 years. I did not like LvG at all right from the start. He just did not fit United. Well to be plain honest it is going to be very difficult to replace SAF so I should hold my thoughts until a couple seasons unfold. For now, you must be really happy with the developments~!
LvG's mindset fit United, just not his footballing philosophy. As of now, yes I am loving life under Mourinho- and this coming from a person who was not exactly a huge fan of his previously (never hated him, just always preferred Pep or Klopp... LOL look at how things work out). And honestly he is saying/doing all the right things right now which suggests that maybe he learned a thing or two during his months out of football. Perhaps he has mellowed, or at the least promised the United board that he will behave himself (to the extent that SAF did at least). Only time will tell but maybe Mourinho has turned a leaf and will be more than the "three years and done" manager that we've seen of him recently.
Home is where the heart is, but where is hart's new home? Anything yet?
Nothing yet, it rumored Everton might sign him on a loan deal but they just confirmed that their not after him.

Knew our team would get a s**t draw. Watch us get "the group of death"
City
Barcelona
Celtic
Monchengladbach

Pep must be quaking in his shoes to be facing deluded Brendan :D
It's a tough draw but as City fans we're used to seeing our club always doing it the hard way, so bring it on Barca & Mr. character!!

P.S. Lordjaggi, seems like you're a City fan too - welcome to supporting the 1st team!:D
The boos during the CL anthem may never stop haha
Really pisses me off when people who don't watch much of Joe Hart, say his error prone or just not good enough. He was a standout against some of the best teams such as Madrid and Barca. He had a terrible Euro but every England player did as well and because of some passing stats, his awful? Did people forget about our back line or our MF that consisted of no defending Toure or our short front line that didn't have a chance of getting the 2nd ball. Why do people think we like to keep the ball at our feet? How many corners have we scored from?
+1
I'm bewildered by how people don't care. The half hearted tribute to him was pathetic last night.

England Boy, 1st choice for the 3 Lions, gets tossed aside lack an old rag.
Thank Pep for that
@Kayslay - how do people not care? Everyone was supporting Hart last night. Including Pep himself.
+1
It's absolutely heartbreaking as a City fan not to see Harty in the goal but as the best manager said, "I am here to make difficult decisions."

As far as "the half hearted tribute to him was pathetic last night," this is what Harty himself said:

"I appreciate the people of Manchester City and it turns out they appreciate me. So it's a nice feeling."

"It was a special night for me...I've had a lot of good nights in football but that was really nice night."
Nasri loaned to Besiktas.
That was a sad show, Jo played and the whole crowd supported him through out, at 65th min they had a if you love Hart moment and all stood up and clapped. he was very emotional.
+1
Sad day. I still hope Joe stays.
I felt a bit teary eyed, no lie. His been around for a long time at City. If you watch the Inside City vids since the first one, you feel even closer to the players and he was quite character in the team. A citizen through and through.
The problem is he cannot be without playing sitting on the bench, as he is England's No.1, and not to loose that too, so no choice but to leave to some other team where he gets full playing time.

The old gang was a happy lot, i saw Vincent Kompany, Lescott and Mica in the stadium having a laugh during the game.
^ Miss the old gang of Man City, they were to funny.
