dafuq's happening, boys?
3 at the back
The spirit of Van Gaal possessed Pep.
Fcuk this, Pep is so arrogant.

Why he played Zabaleta in the center midfield and KdB on the wing when we have Sterling and Sane on the bench.
Just play Fernando and Gundagon in CM, Silva and KdB behind strikers and Sterling/Sane on the wing.
+1
is sterling injured or something? why is he suddenly not starting games
He was sligthly injured against Burnley
your problem is at the back...he has many attacking options to sub in 2nd half
Our problem is arrogance of the manager, his overthinking and not creating and playing stable team.

The title's gone. I don't think our poor record against the big team is improving at all.
+1
Exactly, today was all Pep's doing. Playing a back 3 against a side with so much pace is an awful game plan. The only reason we got a away with it at times was because we had Fernandinho controlling the MF, now his not here, why are we still playing a back 3???? They had so much space in MF it was shocking, the team had no idea how to cope with the pace of the Leicester boys.
U gotta be kidding me! Playing a back 3 and we don't even having Fernandinho? What da f**k are you thinking Pep?????
+3
Are y'all watching this?
+15
its a massacre.
Too much pace for City's defense.
come on city..u can do it
Really hoping we can avoid Dortmund in R16. Tough team, very pacy and can tear even the best defensive up.
Defenders:
LB) Kolarov (X), Clichy, Angelino (WE Buy Christian Rodriguez)
CB) Stones, Otamendi, Kompany (X), Mangala (X), Adarabioyo, Denayer, Humphries,
(We BUy Virgil Van Dyke)
RB) Zabaleta, Sanga (X), Maffeo,

CM) Fernandinho, De Bruyne, Fernando, Gundogan, Yaya (X), Silva, Aleix Garcia,
Delph.

Wing) Sterling, Navas (X), Nolito, Sane, Jesus, Moreno, Nasri (X), Patrick Roberts

Forward) Aguero, Iheanacho, Enes Unal

So I feel like we only just gotten a taste of Peps revolution and were are beginning to notice the lack of quality in our team. This list is to remind everyone of what we got and Then I would like to comment on how I hope things change or what I expect. The (X) is next to players i feel will be cut from the squad going into next season. I Will also include who I hope we will target.

WING BACKS: At this position I see a lot of age and reduction is quality. I believe we will cut the players I mentioned above because Zaba is a leader to the team and Clichy is still a defensive stalwart. I also like the idea of are young guys getting a chance. I think Maffeo is more ready to step up to a full backup RB and so I expect us to buy a stud LB.

CENTER BACK: We have good youth Here and I pray to god that we give Denayer a nod to the first team. I feel We will cut Kompany as he cannot overcome injury and also Mangala cuz he is booty. I expect an older CB to come in. (Hopefully Van Dyke)

CENTRAL MID: I love the way our midfield can shape up. Dinho and Gundogan are another class at CM and De bruyne is the future of CAM. Silva is still a fantastic maestro still. I think its clear the Pep has found his Busquets in Aleix Garcia, the kid is class. I can't tell if Fernando will survive the purge but My guess is he stays for continuity. Biggest change is no yaya, Old and ready for a change.

WINGERS: Sterling SAne and Jesus are the future young talents. Nolito I believe will be our new old head in wide play. Moreno, is an interesting possibility for future. Its time for NAVAS TO GO. NAsri I think has found his place in Sevilla. I think Are youth team products in the next two years will be Roberts and Brahim Diaz. I can't figure out who we will buy but it seems we will be chasing Isco, maybe a passing of the torch from silva.

FORWARDS: AGuero is our Star, Iheanacho has well displayed he has the ability to be our number two. My hope is that Unal is good enough, and all signs point toward yes, to be our third string.
Two Things,

1.) Sorry for how long this is but Im Studying for finals, Im on adderall, and im procrastinating.

2.) Our attacking furute is the brightest in england.
Under 22 city players: Sterling, Sane, Jesus, Moreno, Roberts, Iheanacho, Unal, Brahim Diaz.
First off, welcome back. Long time buddy!

From the way I have seen things. I would like to see a CB come in January at the very least. I know January is kind of tricky to get new players but another top quality CB is needed badly. Kompany just can't stay fit anymore. I just heard Valencia won't take the option to sign Mangala on permanent basis because we set the price too high but Mangala can't be the man coming in to cover, his bloody awful. Pep keeps pushing for this back 3 formation and it doesn't seem like his going to drop that formatin any time soon. If that is to happen we need another quality CB to play alongside Stones and Otamendi. Van Dijk would be an amazing addition in January, I can't see another back line with Kolarov starting.

Our future certainly looks bright. We've got so many top young players but the one that I believe will get more and more time is Maffeo. His showing his quality in both attack and defense, really impressed me during the Celtic game and the game against Utd during the EFL cup.

As for Isco, I've wanted this guy when MP first took the job in 2013. His very undervalued at Madrid and honestly I would love to see him play at City, his world class. Considering how hard he works on the field as well, his a Pep type of player for sure. A much quicker David Silva.
Zabaleta in MF today, did a pretty good job, even created some goal-scoring chances.

Btw, Patrick Roberts is the future! We paid 11mil for from Fulham and I questioned it at first but his looking really good at Celtic. His grown a lot since he left us and looked to prove himself today. You can tell he wants to be back with City soon.

As for the youngsters, Tosin got a good game in him but looked pretty nervous on the ball. Although at 6'5, he needs to hit the gym and put on some muscle, his too skinny to start a PL game. Maffeo but on another good game at RWB, his got plenty of energy and isn't afraid to supply in attack. Sane looked better today but his delivery is not good at all, needs to work on it. Nolito looked pissed off because their were so many chances we could have scored but Sane's final delivery failed.
Why is Aguero not starting. He will rest for the next 4 weeks! We need Iheanacho for league games
Ihenacho hasn't played a game since long time so he needs game to be match fit.

Augero, why he is on the bench? He should have been sent to prison for 2-3 weeks with some fine and no salary.
+2
Nacho looked pretty good today tbh. Sure it was another game of missed chances for City but Nacho has the potential to be big one day, his ability to get behind defenders and also go on the counter attack from the other end of the field with speed is something special. Where we fail is when we get into the box but where we unlucky one some chances as well.

Glad Pep is rotating and giving others players time.
