So Cesc could be out as well for Chelsea.
Hi, Whats the probable line up vs Chelsea? Do u guys think Milner play CM or RW
Most likely on the wings.
+1
I think we will call back zuccilini and play him alongside Dinho with milner on the right, Dennis Suarez on the left, and aguero up top with Iheanacho. In the back Kompany and Jerome Boateng in the back with Zabaman on the right and Lescott at left back
+1
Iheanacho is out injured. We just bought back Adebayor to start up top with King Jo.

On a serious note. Milner must play in the wings with Fernando/Fernandinho in the CM/DM positions.

1:35pm EST US Time - yaya toure already yellow card for a frustrated tackle.

C'mon Cameroon - we are counting on you to win!

EDIT: FML Ivory Coast score a blinder

19:45 Dublin time - Ivory Coast are going through, yaya is not coming back to us

Really hope you guys manage to beat Chelsea
We hope so too. In fact, beating Chelsea is our only hope really.
http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/man-city-can-beat-chelsea-8520244

I hope its true, Fernando/Fernandinho have played a lot better during away games but the biggest issue for me is Matic. Matic is just to good to deal with and Fabregas is assist king right now. Chelsea have one hell of a MF duo going on right now and both our Brazilian boys better bring their A game.
Better bring their A+ game. But I really hope we get our game together and perform well, we need this right now.
Hi Manchester City fans,
Don't we have anyone except Moe, SilvaMastero ,Tomikato, ManOntheMoon, Rustic, Wisesaint out of 2855 fans at footytube to comment on what's going on with Manchester city around the globe? Let's please keep our forum active.

I apologize in advance if I miss any regular contributor of our city forum.

what happened to Snitch?
^ He said he was leaving to somewhere and last season was he last time coming on footytube or something like that. He was lively character on and well known around footytube but I guess his really just gone.

@ManCityBlue, this page has actually looked really empty this season. Last season everything was going well for us and our page was active but I guess with things not going our way this season and us stumbling along the way has slowed things down in our page. Although don't let those numbers fool you, we always did have a small community of active member who constantly showed up.
Tomikato
I am also an active member of this forum and the only issue I have is that, I post once a year ;)
SilvaMastero lol. Oh it's SilvaMastero to save the day:)
@DrSouleater, why don't you post here more often? We'd love to have more active members.

O...........M..............G!
Wow haven't seen an elastico as good as that since the Ronaldinho days.
my neck hurts just watching
@SIF - also about your theory that a player's ratings rise when they join big clubs - Bony is up to 83 from 81 already after joining City lol. This elastico was on the 23rd - it may have helped.
How good we're at the moment?
- 1 goal from 54 attempts in the last three games.
Let's hope we don't get hammered by Chelsea.

*brofist*
*Brogue kick* :)
We played our best football of this season so far in December when Augero, Kompany, Kolarov, Dzeko, Jovetic etc. were out. So we really need some humble players from EDS.

I am very disappointed with Kompany, he just complains with referee, lacks pace, makes mistakes, doesn't encourage teammates etc. If MP choose players based on merit he should not be in the starting eleven, Demichelis and Mangala should be in the starting eleven. Boyota played better than him today.

It seems MP may leave City but he will not leave Navas from the starting eleven.
you have to consider he may be getting rushed back to be fit and in form for the big league games and your CL games.

might not be at his best but he needs games and he's still your best defender despite form.
+1
^ I agree, Kompany was rushed back into the eleven at the Arsenal game then flew out to Dubai right afterwards and flew back to City for an FA Cup game. Not really the best of weeks for a player trying to get back to a normal routine form injury and is flying all over the place. What he needed was rest not to be out and about in Dubai. His going to need a few more games under his belt before we can get the best out of him but for now I have to give him the benefit of the doubt and tbh we rely heavily on him and the pressure isn't easy.

Also as much as I'd like to see EDS players, none of them are PL ready. Even Pozo struggled to insert himself into the team so throwing them out there isn't going to help against PL opposition. They have to be slowly brought into the fold.Although I wanted to see EDS players playing today like Pozo (ST), Facey (FB), Iheanacho (ST), Bossaerts (CB), Barker (MF) or Ambrose (FW) get a shot today considering many of our first team players are coming back from Dubai. I don't even care if we had lost, at least throw on youngsters who would bring on some energy and would be buzzing at the opportunity to start.
+2
I am not talking about performance of Kompany only for last week, whole season he is playing worse than Demichalis maybe even worse or equal to Mangala.
Regarding EDS player, give them the chance to play in their best position. Pozo plays as secondary striker in attacking midfield position in EDS, let him play there and then we will come to know is he ready or not for PL?
I do agree that Kompany hasn't been his best this season but when it matters he steps up. I expect him to show up against Chelsea like he did the last time around and keep Costa at bay. Demichelis has been our unsung hero with his consistency in the back-line.

On Pozo I can see him playing alongside or behind a big striker, like Dzeko or Bony. He can handle the ball a lot better then Dzeko but he needs to bulk up if he expects to keep possession of the ball. His small stature helps him drift into space and if we can get a big guy next to him that can pull defenders with him Pozo can be a real threat to have.
