Zap--Kompany--Demichelis--Kolarov
------Fernandinho--Fernando------
Navas-------Yaya---Milner
----------Aguero------------

Pls use this on Sunday MP
Tbh, how effective would Aguero be playing as a lone striker? We need height in that position because crosses coming from Navas and Milner would be useless if Aguero is up top alone and Yaya is slow. I don't know how fast he would get into the 18 yard box for headers. I'd replace Yaya with Aguero and play Dzeko up top. Have Nasri, Jovetic and Lampard come off the bench.
I would rather Dzeko come off the bench.. he is more effective then..
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/manchester-citys-david-silva-out-4538343

Looks like Silva is out for 3 weeks. What a f*****g bummer! MP can use whatever excuse he wants but knowing the fact that a big game was coming up this weekend and Silva is our most creative outlet on the field, their was no reason for him to start him in a midweek game against Newcastle.
Any updates on Silva?
BEin sports news came Silva is out for 4 weeks
Where is Nastasic.... !!!!!!!
I don't get it, Mangala is not playing so well because his still trying to adjust to the league. Demichelis is a good alternative and Kompany is our star man. Together its simply not enough. We need 4 CBs to alternate from game to game, not just have 3. Especially when Mangala is transitioning. Last season we had Lescott, Demichelis, Nastasic and Kompany, so we were solid. Problem now, MP stopped using his head. Nastasic is a 21 year old with so much potential, he even adjusted to the PL way faster then Mangala and Demichelis did. Things have been unfair for the young guy, was out injured so long during 13/14 season and isn't given a shot to fight for his spot this season. Its such bullshit thinking! His not injured, yet he can't even make the 18. I don't know what the hell is going on.
^Maybe he's injured again? Either way, Lescott and solidity does not go in a sentence :P
Lescott provided as a good rotation player and played in all our league cup matches expect the final and most of the fa cup games. He was a good rotation player that provided that solidarity in the back. He might not have been the best CB but he did a good job and worked his ass off. Nastasic can play those games to regain his starting position, I'd take in form Nastasic any day of the week.
I thought Mangala was suppose to be a beast of a cb.. The guy is horrible. This season of football no fun for me, Arsenal, City and Liverpool all under performing. If Mp doesn't win anything he probably getting sacked because he not even showing any emotion on the sideline.

oh dear god
What to say... MP is making every other managers look like football geniuses..! Everyone knows how we play, our weaknesses.

The sad part is none of the players looked they give a toss..after we loose each time!
At least the guy in your dp was a tactician. I didn't mind 3-5-2 and other stuff, sometimes it worked other times not, yayyyy who cares we have holistic now.
Pellegrini is a good man but it's all boring, I'm saying f**k holistic

Can't remember the last time we lost to Newcastle wtf, now we have to see that gobshite Pardew all pumped up
The team MP got were the real champions, brilliant, Silva, Yaya all became big names after coming to City. I used to enjoy watching during that time, but the day the management started sympathizing with the players just to get rid of the manager, the game started goin down..! Last season's trophy was Gerrard's gift to us..!

MP is a gentleman, agreed, but I would rather see a manager standing at the touchline and showing the passion we all feel, shouting and screaming, even waving an yellow card... lol!! also give them a good shouting when needed.

^Mancini did that, oooh Mancini oooh passionate Mancini.
What the hell is up with MP? Why start Dzeko, Milner, Silva, Kolarov? Should be benched today and I want to see youngsters taking the field, even if we lost with the derby coming up we need to have everyone healthy and rested.

On the other hand I'm glad were out, players won't be bothered by it and can focus on getting 3 points in every PL match. That is the most important thing. Cup games are nice but if MP is using a strong line-up then whats the point? On the other hand Mangala should not be anywhere near the derby, he just can't pass the ball and just doesn't look comfortable with it.
Mangala looks like he's worse than Demichelis. Pelle has no tactical awareness what's so ever....... I mean f**k, even a city fan would be more tactical than him its really a shame.OK you take off Nasri for Aguero, You take Milner off the f*****g wing, and you tuck him in with Fernandinho in the middle and put Jovectic out wide. WTF is wrong with this mans tactics nowadays he plays the same formation, and the same tactics its really annoying!!!!.

When Dzeko starts we never play well. He should only be a substitute.
I think we should bring up some youth players and give them a shot. Send a message to the first team that their fallibility is all to real.
I want to see more of Pozo, Bytyqi, Fofona or even the young FB Shay Facey. Their all doing great with the EDS but I mean why not play them more with the first team.
First time New Castle beating us, that too at home... frightens me to even think of the derby....!
