Foden is going to be in top five best players in the league in the next five years.

I really hope you're right, so many English players have been hyped up and then became so average, right now seeing Sterling perform the way he does for an English player is a breath of fresh air.
@mysticsergio - where is the premier league going to end up this season? :P

That’s one outcome even a clairvoyant can’t predict. What a season. Will be massive heartbreak for one side

^^English is producing some talent on par with other big European teams now.

Most notable ones,
Kane, Sterling, Taa, Gomez,Sancho, Rashford, Stones, Alli.
Trust me he will be the best if not one of the top elite players in the league. His touch, his range of passing is all of a elite player, if he was playing under Klopp I feel like he would have been playing first team already as he fits that coutinho sort of role. He reminds me so much of ineista its unreal... Yes it's really early to hype a player up but I haven't seen talent like him in a long time. If he was a Spanish or Argentinan player every journo would have hyped him up.
Sergio, you're telling me they hype up foreign players more than English players? An English player can fart and the English media will praise them lol
That's true... But in that case why is the foden hype not huge then.. Or am I the only one who sees how amazing he is for his age
Yeah that's one thing I don't get. Maybe because Pep has been careful with him and doesn't let him play too much and let the media get into his head? Whatever it is, he is a gem.

Big win for us, damn shame about KDBs injury. This season has just been really tough for him but big goal for young Foden.

Lets keep it going boys!
If Foden can be consistent I can see him replacing Silva.
+1
we just gotta make sure we avoid another Jadon like situation with Foden
Great, I hope we use our hurt from being knocked out the UCL to steam roll our last games. I saw a lot of hateful comments from the Liverpool and Spurs fans, I hope they win a trophy because for the first time I feel like trolling after I saw those comments, I'll have my say at the end of everything Lol.
If Liverpool doesn't win the CL or PL this season they 100% deserve some severe trolling. People think I am anti Liverpool which is far from the act, the way some fans acting makes me wanna see them fail just to rub salt in the wound. I mean be humble until you win then talk s**t?
+4
A lot of fans talk s**t. And if you talk s**t then trolling is fair game. Don't really think it matters if you've won anything or not.
Oh it matters, cause in the end you'll be left with egg on your face. I don't need to troll or s**t talk someone else's team cause I'm quite happy with mines and that's all I really care about.
+1
Regardless of the outcome in the league both teams deserve a lot of respect and should feel proud of their accomplishments. This title race has been amazing.
+1
^ there’s so little separating the two sides this season. It is sort of like the Messi Ronaldo situation. Both teams outdoing each other every week. At the end of the day you can’t hide the admiration for the two. Only one can win the league and that’s what it is
+1
Finally Foden starts in a big game!!
Congrats on winning the league..🥇🤔🙄😒😒😒
Yep- thats it
You guys be on top again :D
Nice to see our page being used once again. I kind fell back to footytube, wish some more people would return.
+2
Hopefully more people will come back. We lost a lot of what little ppl we had when the website crapped out on us
Yeah honestly this is the best platform for me
People woulr come back if you had any ;)
Never said we had a lot but we had a decent few but after footytube crashed for a bit, the few we had didn't really come back.
We all are glad that atleast one of you has not come back- you know who

Harsh way to go out. Although tbh, we simply have been not good enough in UCl this season. in The PL we have found the formula but in the UCL we have conceded too many goals.

Losing to Spurs imo, is unacceptable. Not saying that they are a bad team but on paper we should have not lost considering they lost Kane and Sissiko went out injured (one of their better players). We had pretty much everyone playing and we still lost. We do really lack the luck in UCl but we need to be preforming much better. We need to use this defeat as motivation to win the PL title and do much better in UCl next season.
+3
Honestly as good of a player as Kane is, the team seems to be better without him. Laporte had an off game which hasn't really been seen much this season. Lots of contributing factors went into it. Sad to see you guys go out.
+2
They really do play well without him.
4 goals conceded. We cannot win like this, no matter what.

Brilliant, brilliant work from Bernardo, KdB, Sterling, Gundogan (who missed a glorious chance though in the end) Aguero and and pretty much everyone. Laporte had a bad day but he's our best, we have to let him off this one.

I thought KDB had won this game for you after going 2-1 down. He was just magnificent. I always thought you have the best attack in the world but a bit unreliable defense and the defense indeed let you down.
Also VAR coming at the wrong time for you. Imagine if there was VAR last season. The whole tie against liverpool would have been different.
@tomi...that said I still don't think our defense is solid enough to win the UCL without being lucky, but I believe Liverpool defense is.

I think Allison is a better shot stopper than Ederson, Van Dijk is more Sold than Laporte etc, overall they defend as a solid unit better than us in my opinion.
Well it's not about individual quality that makes liverpool's defense better than city this season. It's how we set up, Pep plays a lot of cam's and only Fernandinho as the cdm, we instead play with three hard-working mids and leave the job to score and create to the front three and the full backs. And it's just a fundamental difference in the style of play, no style is better than the other but we play quite conservative with our passes, but city's always trying to play between the lines and lose the ball that way more. And this is not something you can ask pep to change as well, that guy is a football purist and loves attacking football so he won't change his philosophy that easily, atleast that's what I think.
City and Liverpool both are playing very different brand of football this season, having said that the defensive stats are:
PL conceeded: City 22, Liverpool: 20
CL conceeded: City 12, Liverpool: 9

So defence of both teams has been terrific in premiere league but terrible in champions league.

Very little difference to choose a better one.
Tbf I'm not sad you lost but it's a horrible way to go out of a tournament and feel for you there. My stomach actually turned a bit seeing guardiola after the goal was reversed. You guys gotta use this hurt and turn it into fuel to win the league..stop Liverpool lol.
+1
Exactly. Apart from two horrible mistakes for the first two goals, we played very good attacking football. This can happen. Have to totally use that to take revenge on the league now :D
Seems like Manchester United fans, themselves are not too much interested in getting into top 4 lol.
We cannot concede 4 over two legs and hope to win. Forget it.

We really need to get that vengeance out in the coming PL games. That's the only way to respond.

Spurs deserve to go through. We shone all night though. Proud of our team.
+2
Don't understand how Laporte played so badly. He was involved in 3 of the conceded goals.
now we can focus on pl ...liverpool can focus on cl
