The OX is fully healed but Klopp said he is going to rest him for 2 to 4 weeks.

Nice Oneeeeeeee
+1
This will be a great boost for us. I just hope he gets into the groove quickly.
No way, I am so looking forward to his return. The interview he did with lfc TV was really good but also it shows in some parts what his knee looks like now, his got a massive scar going right across it. I hope we don't rush him back, huge boost!!!
Wasn't he supposed to be out for the season? Damn that's fantastic for the lad. Great to have him back.

Those screamers against City are still fresh in memory :P
Salah scores last minute winner for Egypt

Okay lovren is my hero now

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/13950/11555642/dejan-lovren-appears-to-taunt-sergio-ramos-after-croatia-win

Ps. f**k ramos
+2
Classy guy Lovren, being the bigger man and all that ...
+1
His salahs best mate, I don't expect anything less lmao
+7
Always been my hero :)
+2
f**k Ramos the filthy little twat
+3
f**k Ramos
+3
Oh yeah, I forgot Ramos "intentionally" injured Salah and bragged about it later lmao
+1
I don't buy every time he injures a opposition player it's a 'accident', the guy is pure scum.

Laughing when salah was going off was what pissed me off the most, no normal person does that, matter of fact if a liverpool player did that I would despise him completely. But just becouse he scores a header every now and then his a top bloke by some real fans.
+3
Nah, most of Real fans, if not all of us, have a love and mostly hate relationship with Ramos. Yeah, he scored headers that are gonna remain legendary for us, but mostly he's an overrated defender, undisciplined and a very bad player to look up to for calmness and guidance and follow as a captain.

But he didn't injure Salah on purpose and he didn't laugh at him coming off, that's for sure. Like I said before and now speaking for myself, I'm not a fan of Ramos at all, I wanted him gone from Madrid years ago and I still do, but I gotta defend him on this one. It was an accident, it happens. Lovren should get over it, what he's been doing (mostly his constant stupid quotes and now elbowing him and bragging for 2 days about it) since then in regards with Ramos is stooping a level beneath Ramos.
+4
Definitely you were watching a different game as Ramos had a huge grin on his face when Salah was leaving the field. On the other hand we are very proud of our boy Lovren of elbowing him as revenge and bragging about it.
+2
Yes, because there is absolutely no other possibility why he was grinning, right? Like him talking with another person and grinning as the conversation goes? Was he supposed to cry? lol

Sure, be proud of Lovren, but don't moan about Ramos at the same time, that's hypocrisy.
+1
@pejvl, check this out and tell me again how it is an accident and he didn't intend to injure Salah.

youtube.com/watch?v=AiGSYtfXKv4

He knew exactly what he was doing. That move is banned in Judo for a reason.
Pejvl

It was a judo move mate and I often did one or 2 of them myself in self-defense.
Nobody said he didn't bring him down intentionally, but he didn't want to hurt him intentionally. There is a difference between and intentional foul and an intent to injure. Ramos is irresponsible and reckless, but he doesn't go around and injure players to take them out of the game on purpose. Also, he doesn't have a track record of injuring players. For all the reds and yellows he got I don't think it ever ended in an injury.
+1
Regardless, still a twat. Him and Pepe truly deserved each other
+3
@pejvl - I can go around kicking random people with the Intent of not seriously hurting or injuring them when I play football I'll still be a twat lol but The fact is, he knew what he was doing. If he was not Intending to injure salah he would have let go and used his arms, hands to break his own fall. That's human instinct to use your body to stop any impact in a fall, he continues to hold on... Its obvious what he wanted to accomplish.
+1
KevMo

He is a twat, and Lovren is just as much a twat if not worst for bragging lol
+1
Well its Sir Kenny Dalglish Now....

What a legend
+6
Sir KING KENNY!

Take a bow!
+4
Have you been living under a rock for the past year???? 😕
+1
TAA got a goal! Granted it was a friendly against USA but still.
+2
There is still lot of scope of improvement in his play.
Looks like he had a good game.

All of Liverpool’s Premier League games since the start of the season:

✅ 4-0 West Ham
✅ 0-2 Crystal Palace
✅ 1-0 Brighton
✅ 1-2 Leicester
✅ 1-2 Tottenham
✅ 3-0 Southampton
➖1-1 Chelsea
➖0-0 Man City
✅ 0-1 Huddersfield
✅ 4-1 Cardiff
➖ 1-1 Arsenal
✅ 2-0 Fulham

Tbh that is very consistent compared to other years.
keep this up and take more points of the big teams and we are good to go.
+2
Its just a shame that city seem to have the best squad in epl history, they do have a tricky fixture list in February, and if they progress far in the champions league this may be the period where they drop a few points
Not gonna happen:)
Which part Moe? The dropping points or progressing far in CL? ;)
+3
BOTH!

j.k, I think theirs a chance we do dip but I feel pretty confident. We still have a whole lot of players who have yet to play many games this season.
+2
we got enough depth in our squad to fight on all fronts
Pulisic has stated his dream move would be to the epl.

Is there a more perfect team for him then us? Also his contract is slowly running up. Perfect time to snap him up will be this summer. I'm sure Klopp and fsg are both desperate to make this deal happen
+3
Makes sense for your American owner to sign a young and talented American player but is he going to start? Not really. As much as he might want to leave, it might be smarter to stay at Dortmund a few more seasons. Become an established player and then make the move then, his still only 19.
^yeah that'd be like if some team had bernardo silva, sterling, sané, mahrez, and david silva all fighting for starting spots on the wing.

i kid i kid, you may be right, but if he wants to fight salah and mané for a spot, power to him. he will get time if he's the player he thinks he is.
+3
There is still a coutinho shaped hole in the squad, need one more attacking mid/winger. Pulisic would be perfect for the rotation.

LIVERPOOL TRANSFER RUMOURS ~ Virgil van Dijk believes highly-rated Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt is already on Liverpool's radar – but insists he hasn't told Jurgen Klopp to sign

*Wink - Wink* Just tap it in lol
pleeeaaase.
Great, great player and prospect. But we really need him atm?
VVD and Gomez are strong together. Lovren a good back up imo.

There are more serious issues in the park like striker or coutinhoesque guy...
He will replace matip. As for needing them other players, I think Klopp knows that also.
He would want lovrens position,
Well let them fight it out and sell Matip
+2
Imagine van dijk and de ligt in CB, gomez in right back

Trent trained to play midfield

😍😍😍😍
Sergio

We would have a great back 5 that can defend well and play a little footy(passing and comfortable on the ball)
I was thinking about the betting situation with Sturridge, if it's against the rules to bet can't managers or player use someone close to them to make the bets?
Yes they can, and then they will get caught.

Same principle as insider trading (where it is conflict of interest). If your friend trades based on information from you because of your inside knowledge on the firm, he/she will be finally caught and lead back to you.
The mad thing is that the bookies are much more corrupted then the punter yet the punter is the one that can't get away with it.
+3
I thought to get a quick general opinion on who would be your most likeable reds player in last decade or so. Can't pick SG08 as I know he would still be on top of the charts.

I think Andy Robertson must be one.

AGGER!!! Hands Down

Kuyt for me

AGGER> LUCAS> KUYT> Xabi Alonso

Man i loved Suarez even tho he was mental somethimes.
His hunger (se what i did there?) in games. Relentless focus on victory and never give up attitude..
Not mentioning he was just lethal.

Agger and Xabi the next ones.
+1
For me Skrtel, he was a warrior in defense, he reminded me of a skin head Russian mafia that shouldn't be taken lightly, loved Flanagan and wanted him to be successful, but injuries:( Gerrard and Sir Countinho.
+2
Who remembers maxi, he was a decent signing, wish we had gotten him younger though
+1
Nabil Eh Zahr, Adriy Voronin and Christian Poulsen :D :D
I loved Louis Gracia
+2
Sami Hyypia, he even had two y in his name.
