We should try looking at Khedira. An experienced player at the highest level and will give us some steel in the middle. We can get him for cheap but his wages could be astronomical.
+1
Seems more likely to end up in Arsenal or Man city. However, if they don't want him we might have a chance
According to Guillem Balague whose about 75% reliable, he's already signed a contract with a German club, most likely Bayern or Schalke.
+2
Why is it always a Manc that comes here with the bad news!
On google, Sturridge injury is a more famous search than Sturridge.
+5
Sturridge and injury...like peas and carrots

ffs...
+1
Why doesn't markovic let me follow him on insta!

=(
+2
he doesn't like Sergio Ramos or Madrid
+3
Creep alert :P lol
+1
I don't know all the signs of the apocalypse off hand, but Nicklas Bendtner scored a hat-trick against the USA. That has to be one of them ;)
+2
Nah, Bendtner always does good for Denmark. =) No apocalypse for you

Anyone else seeing this stuff about Studge being put for a month? Seriously... i hope it's just all a shite joke!
+1
I THINK THE REAL STUDGE GOT ABDUCTED, AND NOW WE HAVE A INJURY PRONE REPLICA FROM SOME OTHER PLANET. ;(
+3
Sturridge? I can't really say much, I'm done. Balotelli's Last chance to prove he's not an ordinary player. Lovren as well if he fucks up the Arsenal game, he's done for good. I'm very happy Lucas is back, he was so much for us before he got injured. Sterling you can suck my D. He won't sniff the striker position until he signs the contract, that's why Rodgers is playing him in the RWB. Next game, I'd play this:

---------------------Migs---
--------------can------lovren-----Sakho--
Sterling-----------------------------------moren0
--------------Lucas----------Henderson-------
-------------------Coutinho-------------------
----------Lallana-----------Balotelli--------
+2
Lallana, sterling and migs are out couple with sturridge and skrtle...
+1

----ward--
can------kolo-----Sakho--
Manquillo-----------------------------------moren0
--------------Lucas/Allen----------Henderson-------
-------------------Coutinho-------------------
----------marko-----------Balotelli--------
+1
Yeah I'd almost want Kolo over Lovren in the lineup
+1
I'd put Sakho middle of the D. He's the most solid defensively and that has to be the priority for someone in that position.

Even tho France let in 3 goals today none of them were near Sakho and he was a beast.

He's also the best leader of the 3.

All in all, though, I think it's time to go back to 442 daimond to throw opponents off. They've sorta figured out the 343

I miss it when Rafa and Wenger would field young talent when Arsenal and Liverpool played each other.
+5
good luck to Jack Dunn and Kevin Stewart in their one month loan at burton

YNWA young reds!
+2
Jack Dunn is a player I look forward to seeing in our first team squad next season. Scouser, great on the ball, powerful shot, and a whole lot more to offer. I've been following him since, and he looks very promising.

i think i know why we lost against united...

did anyone else notice Phillip didn't post a line up before the united game....

#phillipforassistantcoach
+5
The man is a legend.... always posting lineups!

BR checks this site before every match, digging through the comments to find the legendary (mysterious) Phillfc7 for tactical advice.

I say burn him at the stake for forgetting to post one before our most important game this year!
If selected the match against Arsenal could be the most important game lovren has played in a liverpool shirt. He will have to beat his best and put i a performance that reflects his price tag and why Brendan went through all this trouble to get him.
Without skertl to shadow him, he will be in the limelight, responsible for keeping it tight at the back.
A great chance for him to show his leadership and stomp his mark on the team. Looking forward to the game.

Woy you shite
