Ok so a massive thankyou to the stupid trolls from this page who created a mess for me to clean up at 5:30am...

For the few of you that thought it was a smart idea, let this be a serious warning, DO NOT troll your rivals. Anyone who's caught doing so in what can be construed as a consistent manner will find themselves on Status or worse. Now that I've cleaned up both pages we can return to healthy discussion about football.

Madummer, check your wall regarding our earlier conversation mate.

Wait, Joey Barton is back in the EPL?!

Still better than Pogba
I know all of us have been over it again and again, but my God was the officiating bad in that game! I just watched the first half because I missed it live. It was like Oliver felt guilty about awarding the penalty and was making up for it the rest of the game. The way some fans (you know who) were talking about it, I thought I was going to watch Liverpool get played off the park. When I actually watched the first half, Liverpool played pretty well, got into some good positions but failed to really test De Gea. United had a few good chances, forcing Migs to make a few good stops. Glad to see him in good form.

I just can't believe how bad that offside call was, he was like 2 yards off. Linesman was not even close to being in line with the defenders but it was so blatantly offside. Was pissed off at the time but nothing can be done now, just frustrating to know that we had all 3 points until that BS.

Thanks for letting me rant, now on to the FA Cup! Hope to see some of the youngsters get some more game time.

Top three best managers in the league? Mine in no particular order

Wenger
Klopp
Conte

All three have won league titles before in there respective leagues. Experienced in European competitions (poor Arsenal always get Bayern or Barca lol) respected by other top managers around Europe. Was thinking of putting Pep in there which he is one of the best but you can see he's struggling a little when he doesn't have super star studded squads like Bayern and Barca.

Your guys top 3?
Klopp
Conte
Pochettino

What Mourinho is doing with United deserves credit too considering how crap they were under LVG and Moyes.
+3
Hmm really difficult to pick top 3. Are we just picking this season or overall? If it's overall then mine would be:

In no particular order
Mourinho
Klopp
Conte

Mou has proven himself in EPL twice now and won the league every time he came here. Klopp because he took an unknown Dortmund side and won the league as well as CL final and is doing amazing with Liverpool. Conte because he did the invincible with Juve and took a struggling Chelsea side back to the top.

I didn't pick Wenger because even though he's consistent, he still hasn't won the league in over a decade. Honourable mentions: Poch, Pep, Wenger and Raneiri.
+3
I suppose overall makes it a bit broader, thus more variations I'm sure some people will have. If it was just this season alone I'd put Poch in there no question.
it's interesting to note that none of your top three has won a european title, dan.

i think it should be noted, there is a major distinction between a coach and a manager. I don't know that klopp or conte are actually managers. I know not ever chelsea boss has been given that title, and I know brendan rodgers was a coach and not the manager. there are some additional big responsibilities a manager has over a coach. most notably, pochetino was promoted from coach to manager last season at spurs when they extended his contract, it gives him power over more than just the first team. Things like oversight of the youth team structure/development and transfer policies come to mind in that distinction.
SoccerIsFootbal

Depends what way you look at it. I personally judge managers on everything and not on what TV pundits or even what a CV might say.
The amount off cups a manager wins doesn't always show the ability of a manager...

The size and pressure off the club, The change of tactics and subs, the current players and youth player ability development and mostly the money spent and the overall gains from it.

So my top 3 this season

Pochettino 1st because Consistent all season
Klopp 2nd because still hasn't sorted out the defense
Wenger takes third for me because vital subs and use of youth

WEll Matip could be out up to 6 games!! FML!

http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/38638651

Cameroon has to alow him to play for LFC, which they do not want to.. Sigh..
+1
Had a reply from FIFA to say that Matip's eligibility for #LFC is being investigated by their disciplinary committee. No time frame given.

- James Pearce (LivEcho)

This smells awfully like the fiasco Sakho had last season with these fuckers FIFA. Maybe we should hand them a brown envelope to speed up the process the dirty bastards!

Can Matip switch his allegiance to the German national team or just retire from Cameroon?
+3
i think he already retired.. but no proven fact.
+1
First Sakho and now this -_- lol where is our luck with having a good center back
+2
According to the Echo looks like we are going to take the risk and play him in the Plymouth replay.
Alexander Arnold was so composed yesterday. Very impressive. Not sure Flanagan has a place in this squad anymore.
+1
I think klopp doesn't like his attacking game Becouse defensively he was brilliant. And that injury really affected his fitness level.
+1
For a 18 year old being put into that position in such a high pressure situation at a ground like Old Trafford with 60,000 cockney's crying out for fouls every two seconds he did himself very proud imo. Any idea how Flano has been doing on loan?
+1
Flanno's loan hasn't been great. He hasn't really gotten any game time at Burnley - warms the bench.

Unfortunate to go from an England Intn'l with high potential to where he is right now.
+1
Is he injured? Because if he isn't why the hell did we send him on loan to Burnley and he's not going to play?
Flanno is finished sadly
+1
Well time to move on from that match and progress further into the FA Cup lads!

What's everyone thoughts on the match? Are the young lads going to be given another chance to redeem themselves? Think a few more senior players should be involved this time around!
Field the kids + Sturridge :D

As a neutral party here I'm going to ask that nobody from this page fuels the fire on the united page anymore. If you decide to do so, you will be placed on status for as long as I see fit, could be a day, could be a month.
+3
Booooooooooooooo

As a neutral I found it highly entertaining, and cannot wait for the next derby game...

Serious note tho... Stopppppppp itttttt
+8
Shh you :)
+4
Also all those who have trolled on the united page check your walls, I left a warning... Next time you do this there will be much worse consequences
+2
Talking about status, can someone remove me from that list? I posted a sarcastic comment once that got misinterpreted. Now my comments won't show up until someone approves them, I guess. :)
+1
At least they are making the site active again hahah
+2
Madummer that's not status mate, it's a precautionary system we use for any user who's comments can be considered volatile at times. Status means you can't comment anywhere but on your own wall and the Status Appeals page. I know you fairly well, let me look into yhe2 cause of this and I'll get back to you with a verdict.
+1
Cheers Zilch. I used a dumb word once, I know. But not beig able to post real-time takes the fun away to be honest..
+1
After work I'll check it for you mate and thanks for admitting that. Yeh I agree it's mainly used for consistent trouble makers who's comments are likely to start a fire.
