I think BR gave balo a set number of games to perform and he will most likely be dropped now.
+3
If we continue like this he has to be.
The performance from Balo has been laughable, for a man who has played in the PL with Man.City and won a title it really is shocking.
We need a center forward who knows what it means to be central and in the oppositions box balo positioning is no good not to mention his eye for a pass , he almost never sees the obvious passes , poor coutinho , played his socks off but had no one in front him to pass to because ballotelli always on the outside !!
((( IMO ))) I don't think Balo cares, you are correct certain players are working to make plays. Balo is a very sensitive person who only looks out for himself, it must be very frustrating playing along side him. BR must bench him and give others a chance for the next few weeks.

To think I thought we had a chance in this game. Off with Brenden Rodgers' head. He is not good enough to manage a top 4 team. He signed sh*t players and now we are suffering the consequences. Spent over £115M and we don't have one good attacking player.
Ha, nothing wrong with BR other than his unwillingness to drop Balotelli for some unexplained reason.
No mate we never had chance, BR needs to really get his act together A.S.A.P. A few more months and we will no for certain if he is the man for the job, his signings are now proving to be huge mistakes and they are all confused and lost on the pitch. Balotelli was a panic buy and BR knows his team have lost confidence.
That's so true , the team on a hold is lacking confidence , this is now a Liverpool team that's more worried about loosing vs the team last season who were worried about will they score more than the previous match !!
Sh*t team selection, tactics, and signings. Ya I think it has everything to do with BR.
+2
Mario Balotelli had two shots in the first half, but both were blocked

He completed the joint lowest amount of passes with 17 - the same as Lazar Markovic who was on the pitch for 23 minutes

Balotelli had 23 touches - only Markovic had fewer
Why in the f was Balotelli even on the field after the QPR match? Did BR not have use of his eyes during that game?
Am I the only one that get's pissed about Brendan's post match inteviews? Like he's always praising the players and stuff, instead of just admitting that he might have been wrong and the players might have been s**t?
+1
I stopped watching them post game 5 of the premier league.

Stop looking into it. BR has always been off topic in his interviews, not many questioned him when he was winning almost every game thats all.
Positives from today:

i think gerrard refuses to swap the shirt with with arbeloa because of the balotelli incidents.. he just simply pointed to the tunnel.. perhaps to do it there... and i hope he did, it would mean a lot for arbeloa...and i hope gerrard knock some sense into balotelli
+1
Hope it's true. Also deserves to be on the bench against Hull. Didn't even sit with his teammates after he's subbed off? My god Mario stop being a sulky bitch AND MAN UP.

He has always been a sulky bitch, he is not a man.

wait..

anyone here play as a keeper?

which one is more difficult.. having a good reflect or coordinating your box?

i thought reflex is much more harder to train.. and something subconscious.. u act before u possibly think, pure instinct.. but commanding your box are judgement making process.. you have time to consider all factors..and decide

i find it somehow hard to digest that mignolet can save near impossible shots and miss a blunder...
Mignolet is a poor Keeper.

last season Bruce Grobbelaar said " Mignolet is a good shot- stopper, but by no means the best all round Keeper. A good Keeper should be easy on his feet, plays from the back and commands himself in the penalty box. A keeper should never be beaten by a header from 3 yards out, Mignolet does not command." that was Bruce from last season.
Mignolet is a good shot stopper, but his distribution and commanding of the defense is terrible. But the real question is: why do we keep playing the ball to him?

Our defenders will pass the back to Mignolet, instead of just kicking it forward. In most cases, Mignolet just ends up kicking it forward himself, usually giving the ball away.

So our tactics are wrong. I get that we want to play passing football, but why risk it when we mostly give the ball away anyways?
Liverpool have no confidence at this very moment, our defenders need a keeper who can dictate from the back. Our defenders are in serious trouble mate- our tactics are a joke.
