What a forehead he had. More like a five head. We will never see his kind again

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/12691/11724098/gareth-bale-does-not-fit-in-real-madrid-team-says-zinedine-zidane

After winning the champions league almost single handingly (bit of help from ramos and karius) I don't understand how bale gets treated like this. Still a top player even with the injuries he had
+1
That's how it is at Real as soon as you are injured long term, look at Kaka, hope Hazard knows what he's doing, right now he's loved at his club and even in the PL overall as a great player if he goes to real he could just be another star, could even end up being a Coutinho situation if he doesn't live up to expectations, you never know, you heard it here first.
real won't play hazard out of position (and then blame it on the player) like barça and he's very rarely injured.
If you watch Madrid games with him starting you'd realize how poor he is. Fans shouldn't be booing him and does get undeserved hate but he's not the player he was at Spurs and won't get us far. Especially when you factor in how much he's earning. He was supposed to be CR's replacement but hasn't lived up to the expectations at all.

I'm all for selling Bale but why would he want to go with the wages he's currently earning? His agent even said he'll fuflill his contract despite Zidane making it very clear he's not in his plans. He's clearly more interested in golf anyway

+1
Just one good game in the Champions League final doesn't define a player. He's been pretty poor over the last couple years. He would have 1 off good game here and there but overall piss poor. Zidane knows what he's doing.
+1
I'll be honest I ain't seen a single real game in like 3 years so I guess it makes sence reading that

Ziyech
Tagliafico
De ligt
Van de beek
David neres

Hmm which one can we nab lol

Watch how we just get a random player from a team thats been relegated and turn him into a superstar.
+1
Only one that seems worth investment from relegated English teams is sessegnon but I don’t really know much about Cardiff or Huddersfield.
I've been saying we should buy Ziyech for 2 seasons now. But I've got a feeling Klopp will disregard him with the Ox coming back, and Tottenham will gobble him up for ~£20m just like they did Eriksen. I think it's gonna be a bit of a tedious window lads I must say. Hope I'm wrong
Wilson had the best loan spell anybody could have. He is an academy graduate and I would like us to give him a chance before we go and spend money on another midfielder tbh. He would be just replacing Lallana anyway.
+3
He'd be replacing Coutinho, which we never actually got round to doing. Most of those draws this season came down to a lack of creative options in the midfield. Ox is great but injury prone. Shaq obviously has some issue playing centrally. No disrespect but we can't challenge City with Wilson. Replacing Lallana with Ziyech would be title-winning business anyhow
I like Wilson and would love us to keep him, atleast as a super sub for next season. He has something different to all our other midfielders but I just think he is not versatile enough to play in any of the 8 positions and a little too slow to play on the wings. Maybe I'm wrong, I hope I am.

Ziyech would be perfect, can play in the attacking mid and winger roles. I'm sure he could fill in at false 9 if needed too.
+1
we need to start bulking up in depth. that's the only big difference between us and City is they don't worry about who's going to get playing time, they sign good-to-great players for their bench and to cover for injuries.
Even if Wilson comes back, it doesn't mean there's no place for Ziyech, just because we have Gomez/Matip/Lovren, doesn't mean there's no need (or space) for De Ligt.
+1
Every morning I feel more and more proud of our team. Boys really gave it their all. Thats all tou can ask for as a fan

Firmino and Alisson named in the Brazil squad, Gini Wijnaldum on Instagram “Fabinho ?” #norespect
+2
I thought he wasn't going to make CL Final.

As for Fabinho i rather he wasing doing them long trips acoss the world.
+4
Apparently ziyech has a release clause of just 25mill..its a no brainer

I've never watched GoT and felt so freaking bored apart from the night king episode.
So you have never seen a single episode of GOT previously to season 8, and then you complain about being bored? Hmmm, that's a bit dumb dude.
+3
yeap, like those ppl who never watched any of the MCU movies and then just go to the cinema and watched Endgame and called it "boring" XD
Would y’all take coutinho back this summer (obviously for a smaller fee than he left for) if you knew that he’d go to another premier league team if Liverpool didn’t sign him
Ofc we would. Kinda felt sorry for him with his head down against us.
I take him in a heartbeat
I’d take him with or without the knowledge of an impending move to another club. I’m glad his head was down against us, but Barcelona are Morons for playing him on the left wing.
I wouldn't only becouse I trust Klopp to bring in a better player if they are available
+2
Knowing what he’s capable in the premier league, I don’t know that there are better players in his natural position. People talk about Dybala who is a great player I’m sure but the move from Italy doesn’t always work out like it did for salah. We know exactly what we’d be getting and we wouldn’t be fool enough to waste his talent on the wing.

I think it would take a little while to re-integrate him into the team, klopp would treat him like a new signing like he did for fab/keita
edit f**k that. deleted a long insightful piece of input and can't be bothered to do it again
+3
^i shall assume that you agreed with my every point then :D
Do you guys think we'll need an attacking option with Adam lallana, Ox coming back?
Both of them seem like Jurgen Klopp players, ready to work hard for the team.
[edit] - Lallana (31) plans to move on to Southampton for more game time!
Anyone remembers what happened to Torres when he signed for Chelsea? Coutinho is on the the same boat.
Liverpool won't rebuy a player and even if it is Coutinho.
^Agreed, but that wasn’t the question
FŰCK HIM.. I don't even feel sorry for him, I'm actually happy he got struck by karma.
+2
Won't lie.. I got over him real quick lol thanks to salah
