"I thought we deserved something from the game, particularly with the second-half performance,” said Canaries manager Neil Adams to Sky Sports.

"We had that belief we could go on and do something against a top side and the key message from that is that we've got three key games coming up. The second-half performance is what we need in those three and if we can do that we're still very confident we can get enough points to stay in the division."

“Brendan Rodgers has been generous enough to say what a second-half performance [it was] from us, and he means it as well,” added Adams in his news conference.

96 goals, we need 8 to break Chelsea's 09/10 record of 103.
I hate to be pessimistic, but I personally think we won't be able to do it with the 2 upcoming games being against the best defensive teams in the league right now.
But tehre is some hope, we're bringing Newcastle to Anfield. (last season result and their form is the worst in the league right now)
fk it. I'd be fine with scraping 3 1-0 wins.
Everton leading 2-0! LOL
Who everton united !!

44 GOALS AGAINST?!!

FCK! If Reina was our 'keeper, he'd never hear the end of it.

That first Norwich goal was such a stupid mistake from Mignolet. He fks up every other week ... always comes off his line when it's clearly not needed.
To be fair Reina's form has been dipping for the last 2, 3 seasons and he ain't gonna get any younger, it was a good move for Liverpool to replace him either ways.

Anyhow, Mignolet may not be the best shot stopper but once he adapts more into the Brendan Tiki Taka style he will be one of the few GK's to be able to play at this level and also have the same foot skills as a field player.
It's probably the first time scoring goals both wins you games and silverware.
To be fair, during Reina reign.. how many golden gloves did he win? He was right up there with the best goal keeper in the league. The squad were solid defensively, down to him or not, we were doing good at the back. Sadly, during his reign we had only two Torres and Gerrard to rely on our attack, thus it costed us many points that we could have won.. apart from the mentality.

Reina played a huge role during his reign, even during the darkest days, he was firm about staying.. until well, Barcelona came calling. Hey, look at Alonso and Mascherano? I mean look at even Zidane? It is hard to stay when these clubs come calling.

We had one certain player amongst many that prevented us from going way down to relegation zone during Roy Hodgson, and personally, I'd single out Reina for that.

I feel sorry that he's not with us this season, but good luck and all the best Pepe Reina!
Everton to win?
Everton anyday over Manchester United.

really envious of you guys having sterling, he's always been the standout player in the games i've watched for england u21 teams but now he's really becoming efficient at the senior level. hopefully he will be playing for england this summer in the world cup in similar vein of form (even though i think england will go straight out lol).

GUYS!stop underestimating England.

Lol you think they will knock out uruguay or italy? im not sure about that. they always seem to turn up tired to these tournaments.
Rub the face has not a clue how to get the best out of his players. but at the same though they have enough pace and talent to hurt both Italy and Uruguay defenders.

Sterling has been immense this season. Even at a young age he's not afraid at all to take defenders on and beat them with pace. Adding goals and upgraded passing to his repertoire has made him pretty complete.
