Mane-----------Firmino----------Salah

------Coutinho---------Gini/Can------

------------------Keita-------------------

New LB----VVD/De Vrij----Matip----Clyne

-----------------Mignuts-------------------

I would be happy if we sign VVD/ De Vrij, a LB ( hopefully one that can over throw Milly because he is bossing at LB), and Keita. We will also have players like Firmino and Lallana who can play multiple positions, which in a way adds depth to the squad.
Reds fan Grant Portman said: “If Aubameyang is available for £63m as reported (and would come) please get him! You would recoup most of the money in shirts.”

To which Moore replied: “All the profits would disappear with the cost of lettering the shirts…”

I see why he was CEO of EA.

Poor Joe Gomez. Was a top England prospect then this injury really screwed him. Missed out on both U20 and U21 tournaments this summer which he would have been in contention for (or even a shoe-in)

Haha I posted on lovrens pick of his brother saying good luck and if your good come to lfc

And lovrens Little brother liked it, I could be the next Ian ayre

I just want to share my opinion.

I personally do not agree at all with the idea to buy CB for 70M and MF for 70M. Its madness. That is the price for goal scorer that sure to score +25 goals a season.

We should not overpay otherwise the next and next transfer windows we also need to pay huge sum for a player. Look at MU after Ferguson left they broke their transfer record for several players and now each time they want to buy a player the price sky rocketed.

In my opinion there are plenty good CB and MF out there for much better price.

And...if you try to look at different angle. Our defensive problem is not totally because lack of quality in defense but due to our playing style. We intent to focused more on attack with no real balance between defence and attack. From King Kenny to BR to Klopp its the same.

Chelsea with Gary Cahill, David Luiz (the one that everybody mocked because lack of defensivr duty), makeshift CB Azpi, makeshift wingback Moses can made good defensive unit? Why?

Arsenal looks good on defense after their manager tweak their favorite system.

MU also have a good defensive record despite no actual starter for both side for fullback.

I think our problem can not be solve just by buying one CB. What will happen if we buy this CB then he injure? We back to square one? Depend much on one player as we always do?

Since pogba and Higuin deals everyone is made to over pay, it's s**t but I think football is now changed forever.
+3
Depends on the player and impact really. VVD and Keita would have a huge impact on the first team. Prices are insane, but it would change the team from fighting for top 4-5 to top 3 in my opinion.
That kind of change doesn't come cheap, especially in the Premier League were teams are spending 30M on championship players.
+2
Yeah it sad.

VVD good since his first season in EPL means he is already that good during his day at Celtic.

Kante good at LC during their winning season mean he is already that good before.

Boateng MC reject now one of the best CB in the world.

Harerra before this had a so-so season after season finally having a wonderful season after been deploy in much suited roles then become MU best player.

Liverpool need to widen their search for talent and a suitable talent for our playing style.
Impact on the team is something not guaranteed. ADM Falcao for MU, Saldado Paulinho for Spurs, Mangala and someone I forgot the name for MC were the impact signing but could not deliver.
That's true, nothing is 100%. But I think what you are asking is what Liverpool have been trying the last 7 years or so. Sign less established players that are cheaper and have potential to get better. I think that has been tried and Liverpool has failed at it. It's time they spent a lot of money on a few great players, instead of small sums on several players hoping one or two will become great.
+1
Great point Fromv. There are billions of people in this world. I'm sure we're able to find someone with the same like capabilities of those two players.

No. I am not asking Liverpool to do the sme pattern. What I am trying to say is there are other players out there that also good with much better price

Keita is not yet a established and great player. Only played a season in top flight league (German). Before this in Austrian league.

VVD you can say is established EPL player after 2 season of consistent performance but the idea of buying this 70m CB really can solve our defensive problem?
Emre can playing sick for Germany, sign the Fking contract pls
+2
I've read he wants to be ensured he gets max playing time. If we ARE signing Keita I could see why he might not want to sign.

Captain = undroppable when healthy (despite that I think Can is better)
70mill signing = undroppable.

Not sure where he fits in.
I think can is better player but Henderson is smarter
Emre Can has to stay. Simple.
Does he have a cold again?!
It kind of frustrates me that he wants to have a cemented position in the squad and who doesn't, but the whole point of this is to fight for your position and show why you belong. If there's someone else fighting for the same position, then show the guy up every time during training sessions. Show the boss why you should be playing and that no one else can do it better. This is just my kind of mentality on the subject.
I understand what you're saying but he's also young and with his desire to grow and progress he NEEDS to be playing.

He left Bayern Munich for Bayer Leverkusen so that he could get game time and progress as a player rather than rot on the bench/academy and I think that decision was respectable and helped him out.

Well guys it was my birthday last week and I must share with you lads the excitement of being gifted a Klopp to the Kop T-shirt with a huge Klopp smiling face in the middle and his biography (among other things) :D Some way to stay in touch with football in the otherwise barren summer. You can go ahead and wish me belated :D
HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOOTSTER! If I had the power I would get the Kop to sing you Hbday like they did with King Kenny!

All the best m8 I hope you had a fantastic day!
Happy bday mate
Blayzie, you wont believe it I got an email from LFC where there was a Video and Klopp actually sang Happy Birthday :D It wasn't specific to me and probably they send it to every registered member on their birthday but I was delighted nonetheless.
+2
That's awesome! Nice little touch from lfc tv
Happy Birthday mate! People born in June are the best... mine is on the 29th :)
Kieta has a 50mill release clause that comes into effect next summer, agghhhffssfckyouliepzig
But Klopp needs him this season. CL and PL together will be too much for this squad.
+1
Exactly why I am so mad
And not to mention that next summer we are not going to be the only club interested in signing him next summer.
Lot of clubs know abt the release clause, that's why they aren't making a move this summer.
If we want him, we have to get him this summer for 70m,or risk a war between a multitude of clubs like Bayern, etc...
VVD £70m, Keita £70m, What the f**k is this ridiculous bullshit?
+2
Motherfuckers know we have money
+3
It's a joke but I'm hoping if we unsettle both players we can get van dijk for 60 and kieta for 50. With some add ons that won't affect us this season
+1
This is what happens when other clubs put ridiculous price tags on players.
+1
it aint your money relax. I for one am tired of us not winning shite for years i want a trophy and i want it now!!!
+2
Other clubs have always put ridiculous price tags on players. Southampton is now richer than they were due to cash infusion from Chinese investors. So I'd think they are less pressed to sell by putting higher price tags on players in demand like VVD.
Pewpew "It ain't your money relax" Oh thanks man, heres me thinking Liverpool were using my bank account to finance their transfers, I appreciate you setting me straight, I can definitely relax now.

I said the price tags of these players are ridiculous, the current financial climate in football is ridiculous (not that it hasn't been forever). At no point did I say we shouldn't break the bank in order to compete with the big boys. I just think the jump in price tags for players is insane, these players would have been max £45m a few transfer windows ago. You joker.
Good news - Liverpool will not face any action from the @premierleague over allegedly tapping up Virgil Van Dijk.- AnfieldHQ
