We had the ball, we had corners, shots, good passing, But nothing converted. We need to rebuild this team, and I believe it's going to happen whether anyone likes it or not. I for one can not wait for summer!

Fulham spent a few million quid on transfers and borrowed almost a full squad of players. The joke (that you seemed to miss) was that Jol spent so much money that he could not afford to pay the stadium's electrical bill. This is also called sarcasm.
