Lol I feel as though if they do that people who get knocked out in the group stages of the CL cannot and should not drop to the knockout stages of the Europa League.
this should have been done long ago... Europe league will turn into a competition and a half... but i also agree that CL teams shouldn't drop to Europa League... really takes away the competition's value...
Well if there is a good time to change this it is now. It would have been totally depressing to have won the Europa League and not qualified for Champions League only to have UEFA make that announcement this year.
Jose Mourinho Agrees Four Year Chelsea Deal: ‘Special One’ to Receive £250k a Week
Outgoing Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has agreed terms on a £250k a week deal to become Chelsea’s next permanent manager according to the Daily Star.
The 50 year old Portuguese manager is due to officially return to Stamford Bridge on June 2nd, the day after his final game in charge of Real Madrid, and will put pen to paper on a four year deal that will net him a cool £52m.
Mourinho brings to an end a troubled spell in Spain and will be welcomed back with open arms by the Chelsea faithful who fondly remember the success the former FC Porto and Inter Milan boss brought to the club in his three and a half year spell at the club.
Roman Abramovich has seemingly patched up his differences with Mourinho and is apparently ready to hand his returning manager a hefty transfer war-chest as he looks to improve a squad that is still some way off the Premier League title pace.
Mourinho will be followed to Chelsea by his fitness coach Rui Faria and goalkeeping coach Silvino Louro.

There should be a rule that you cant post any rumours without a source. It's frustrating seeing garbage posts as below. It just spams the page.
i prefer to sleep after the season ends and wake up 10th of August to focus on the new season, i cant stand all the fake rumors for for three months.
