lol Hull 1-0
Off topic:

DRAGON BALL IS BACK f*****g GET IN!!!!
Messi 1 goal, 2 assists. Neymar 1 goal, 1 assist. Suarez 1 goal, 1 assist. And it's only half time lol.

Most OP attack I've seen in years.
They are simply at a different class.
So I'm playing career mode with Dortmund and just bought Super Frank from City for 200k euros. And the headline was

"Manchester City accepted big offer for Frank Lampard"

LOL
Fifa is so f*cked up
it is so annoying Oscar goes to City
Chelsea buys Suarez and sells Hazard
Every time I coach Chelsea, Hazard be like "I'm leaving"
Let me guess, homesick?
+1
Homesick, yet they join another team in the same freaking league. Tevez-esque.
Marin >>>>>>>> Oscar in fifa
Mourinho is interested in yet another Atletico player, this time Griezmann.

Pedro from Barca is also an option.
what about Cuadrado? Willian?
Mandzukic, Thiago, Gabi and Turan could leave as well, if there if a good offer. I doubt Atletico will let go of Griezmann, they are doing much better financially and are nearly break-even. So they might fight us this time, unlike with Costa. His release clause is something like 43m which is too much imo. He has been Atletico's best player hands down, scored the bulk of their goals.

Pedro has always been underrated, you think Suarez Neymar and Messi is a good trio, i think they were much much more destructive when they had Pedro, Villa and Messi. I'd love to get Pedro, great finisher, passer and works hard for the team.
Pedro is exactly the kind of player that mou likes. He will run till he's dead in attack as well as defense. Mou likes hard working players.
+1
I don't normally like to compliment Barca players but Pedro is one of the players I always liked. Hard worker, never complains and is good at what he does.

He's just always surrounded by superstars to get any solid recognition. I think he and Alexis are close to the same level. He could easily displace Willian and Cuadrado on the right wing if he were to come to Chelsea.
Will Jose turn Cuadrado into a RB??
There is a transfer rumor saying Bamford might go on loan to Aston Villa
Chelsea will play NY Red bulls, PSG and Barcelona in preseason in the USA.

Final preseason game will be at home against Fiorentina.
No! This is the second time they are coming to the US but not anywhere even slightly near LA.

:(
Barcelona...that should be fun.
Playing in which US cities ?

wtf both games east coast :(
Sampdoria president Massimo Ferro was asked whether Rafa Benitez would be considered as a potential replacement for his club, his response:

"I could take Benitez, but I'd have to take him to see a dietitian first"

LOL
That is brutal, Poor rafa
Clearly Massimo should be fined for this. This is an insult and humiliation.
He could have just said no...
Goddamn.
So Roman Abramovich was Im attendance fr our FA Youth Cup final. I bet Roman would want Mou to bring our young talent to the first team next season!
I think we all do, BUT I bring up the question again, if we bring in youth, are the fans willing to forgive and accept the risk of moderate team performances?

There is 1 player they should look to, and that is Cesar, he was given one chance in that COC match vs Arsenal, and he took that one chance and is now one of the first names on the team sheet.

It is a testament to his ability because Mourinho does not like short defenders, but he is just too good to not play, I actually will say hes borderline world class.

Mourinho will give chances but they have to take them like they were gold. I just can't see it tbh, maybe RLC but thats probably it, if they don't work hard for the team they won't play.

I just can't say. I wouldn't be too optimistic. But i personally would sacrifice the next season to try and incorporate some youth into the team, would be fantastic, who doesn't love seeing local talent doing well?
+4
We may not have a choice. The rules for homegrown players are being implemented soon. We must integrate atleast 2 players. We may be risking success in the short term but i think it is necessary.

Mourinho should have taken the chance to give time to our youngsters in the first half of the season when we were on top of our game. There were some games i felt were suitable to give them time but instead he gave them to Mikel and Drogba.
Jose is never going to give youth a chance. he'll only throw them out in the early rounds of league cup and FA cup games, and then if the league is won or lost.

people need to get over this idea of Jose playing youth. He will play an experienced average player over a promising youth every day of the week.
This season Mourinho had to win something, he knew it, and he was brutal with his team selections, he only picked players he trusted (and he massively trusts DD and Mikel). He is never going to jeopardize his job to please fans by playing inexperienced youngsters in big games, thats not him and never was.

Look, if a player meets his standard then they will play, no doubt about it. If those youngsters are prepared to put in a shift then they will get game time. We probably need 2 strikers in the summer because I think Remy is too injury prone and ofcourse Drogba. So thats one spot that could be potentially filled with a homegrown player. The other being RCL (hopefully). Outside those two, i can't see anything else opening up.
Agreed. Im just concerned. This bunch are some of the most talented youngsters in England (arguably europe). They are probably the best youngsters we've ever had. We will be lucky to have another golden generation of kids. This is our chance and I hope we dont waste it.

Also, I just hope to see Mourinho rotate the squad more efficiently next season. We are having it easier this season because of early cup exits. Imagine if we had to deal with a CL game last week, that would have been challenging.
2 seasons ago Terry only made 11 starts under Rafa saying he can't play 2 games in a week .

This season,

34 years old, Played 90mins week in week out. Undropable. Consistent. Team of the tear.
On course to make 38 PL apps out of 38
28 Blocks (League best fr CB)
199 clearances (league best CB)
86% passing accuracy (League best CB)

He's fantastic.

But he's also been aided by Jose changing the style of play. No more high line, Azpi to LB to provide protection, Matic in front.

If you revert back to a high-line and to a Lampard-Ramires midfield, lol, Terry is toast.

Which is why I'm conflicted about his stay next season. If we replace Terry with a CB that has pace, we can be much more aggressive in terms of play.

But that probably means we aren't as stout defensively as Terry is the best CB in the penalty box.
+3
His reading of the game is amazing. Look at the countless of times he read crosses and get in front of the opposition. This dude just loves to defend with passion. Much respect to his commitment week in week out
I think he should win Chelsea's players player of the season, the obvious choice is Hazard but I feel the likes of Azpi, Matic and Terry have put in incredible shifts this season.

You can fault a few things with Brana, but you can never fault his passion and commitment for the team, he deserves an award for that alone.
there is a reason why we call him leader
its a shame people wont recognize how good Teryy is
