Ghan12, let's play our fifa game bro
@ success, I'm ready
Oscar scores for Brazil vs France.

Willian assist for the 2nd and 3rd goal.
While Oscar is not good enough for CFC, he always score for
National team..sighhhhhh
If you watch closely both of them were playing very freely, unlike at Chelsea Willian always has to cover for Ivanovic.

Kalou scored for Ivory coast. :D

Barcelona midfielder Xavi Hernandez is poised to sign a three-year contract with Qatari club Al Sadd, according to reports in Spain.

The Spain playmaker will join Al Sadd at the end of the season and replace former Real Madrid star Raul in the side, according to AS.

Xavi, 35, is set to receive a salary of €10 million and will study for his coaching licences during his time in Qatar at the Aspire Academy, the reports say.

The money...

And whats so surprising ? He was not gonna ride the barca bench for long and most players at this stage of career do same .

Roughly the same reason why drogba went to china
Not surprised. That's why I didn't use a single exclamation mark

JT's expected 1 year extension, confirmed:

(Mourinho is up next for a new contract)

To be honest, except Pogba, I dont know any other central midfielder to have more talent than Andre Gomez. Great in defense and attack aswell, ball control, dribbling, short and long passing, strenght and speed + creativity. This guy has it all. And he is freaking 21 only!! Frightening future ahead of this guy. Its a joy to watch him play. Uncle Abramovitch Sign Him Up!!!!
We were linked to Moussa Sissoko in the Jan TW. He's not young but he's a tank in midfield. Great energy and covers the entire pitch. I'd take Sissoko over Mikel any day of the week.

Other good CM's (young) Kondogbia/Monaco, Gundogan/Dortmund, Draxler/Schalke, Strootman/Roma, Witsel/Zenit.

CM's lready owned by Chelsea but on loan; MVG/Milan, Ake/Reading, Chalobah/Reading.

I have no doubts that we'll be in for at least one major purchase this summer. Jose is always looking to improve the squad and we have to wrap our heads around his way of thinking. We had by far the best summer TW maybe since Jose's first stint. Let's wait and see what this summer brings.

The goal will be to have another amazing window because the prize money goes up by 40% next season. The winner of next seasons PL will take home £163 mil! That kind of prize money will change a team overnight. Jose will buy big, he always has. Prepare yourself for more big names to don Chelsea Blue in the near future. :)

I really hope MVG gets a chance
^ I seriously doubt it. He had a glorious chance, and injury killed it.
The Guardian's team of the season. 6 Blues!

One of the best i've seen. Only doubt is Alderweireld, but really there hasn't been many other standouts at CB.
I'd replace Kane with Aguero. Then I'd love to see this team play Bundesliga's, La Liga's, and Serie A's best XI
Fonte instead of Alderweireld
Come at us City :)
Khedira is leaving Real for free in the summer. If he hasn't already agreed to a deal with Bayern, I'm sure Mourinho will go after him.

Oh and Mourinho also wants Andre Gomes from Valencia:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/chelsea/11496060/Chelsea-transfer-news-Jose-Mourinho-makes-his-move-for-midfielder-Andre-Gomes.html
Buying Andre Gomes translates to RLC sitting on the bench next season.
He's already going to sit on the bench, Mourinho just means he'll be part of the rotation. So instead of this season when we had Mikel-Ramires in cup games, RLC will play. And he'll also come off the bench when the game is safe(r)
If Andre Gomes comes then Oscar will sit on the bench for sure. He is a great box-to-box midfielder I have to admit.
Damn id trade Khedira fr Ramires to real even if it means hes free in the summer.

And pls get andre gomez. Or at least another creative number 10 . cant see fab as a CAM next season. With that i hope RLC might play regularly
It looks like Jose is moving towards a squad more suited to playing a 4-3-3. But don't get too excited by early rumours guys. This could be a distraction from our real targets.
My votes for RLC. The kid is ready man
Gotta say, i'm really excited for the charity match on Sunday, getting to see the likes of Gerrard, Suarez, Torres, Alonso, Henry, Drogba, Terry, Kuyt and especially Babel, Kevin Nolan and Jonjo Shelvey all play on the same pitch will be incredible.

I reccomend that you guys buy the LFCTV GO 24-hour pass to view this game, its only about $2-3.
Streammmmmmm
1) might not be any
2) may not show pre/post game
3) wrong
4) illegal

still deciding though :D
I'm sure proceeds are for a good cause. Fork up the $3 lol
Footytube officially welcomes its newest member to the Mod Squad, Sergio Ramos!
+2
Damn, i guess things didn't quite work out with Madrid huh?
+5
Yeah quite a career change
+3
He was attracted to our compensation package. I mean, RM's employees are no paupers...but he thought it time to really start raking in the big bucks!
+4
Lol! You guys know him. He's one of the nicest LFC supporters on the site. Fun fact, he played in the Chelsea youth squad as a young lad. Give him your respect. He's earned it.
+1
LOL guys and thank you very much fellow mods for such a kind introduction into Modhood. i seem to be getting more congrats then i feel like i deserve.

And yeah true fact i played for chelsea at youth level but due to weird consequences i had to leave the team. i still got my footy kit somewhere in the attic in a bag full of stuff i failed to achieve like karate lol

Pavel Nedved profile picture with Sergio Ramos name is a Liverpool supporter.

I'm gonna need sometimes to compute that.
LOOOL Hahahaha , that sort of confusion just makes me want to shorten my username to just 'Sergio'.

I love Nedved, One of my favorite players to ever play. Luckily growing up he was in his prime and i could enjoy him and Del piero at their best.

As for Ramos, i loved him at Servilla, i don't quite follow him much anymore but still a player i respect a lot.
Congrats Sergio! hope you won't ban Chelsea fans..lol
Hey Sergio, how'd you go from playing for Chelsea youth to supporting Liverpool? curious.

And congrats
Thank you Lettyar , i dont want to Ban anyone and to be honest i dont even have the power to do so lmao!

@bluff - i was always a Liverpool fan. even in my younger years i followed my uncles and my cousins, their love for football grew on me. but i did like watching Chelsea play, in fact my earliest memory i can remember is watching Zola play for you guys. Funny enough i used to be named Bengali Zola from lot of people who watched me play...sadly i did not live up to the hype lmao
I guess ur uncles and cousins must have some liverpool connection? Or live there?
I think we should go a tad easy on the squad, it lacks mental strength but for good reason. Apart from Brana and Terry no other regular has won a league title. And nearly most of the team don't really have trophy pedigree with Chelsea. I know we won the COC but its still a cup, which any team can win, but the league is something only a really good side can win.

This team and Jose are clearly feeling the pressure, so are the fans, which explains why we are shitting ourselves every game, 5 years is a long time. Jose knows that it won't be easy and that he will need to coach this young team to the title, a team that lacks the great personalities and leaders he had when he was here before (Ballack, Essien and co.).

I feel that if we win this title (whether we crawl to it, motor to it or win it on goal difference), this team will gain such mental fortitude that in our next season we may potentially be unstoppable.

Excellent points. We had several international captains/senior players during Mou's first tenure. Now, we have primarily young hotshots who have barely seen their first World Cup.
