I wish the likes of RDM,Zola,Vialli,Desailly etc were doing very well in the Coaching/ Managerial carreers...would give anything to have one of them next season. A home groqm Coach would be able to instill what it means to play for Chelsea in these current group as they are lacking in that respect.
Feel sorry for Klopp Liverpool is going to ruin his career as a top manager I will never understand why a manager of his status would take that job in middle of season
+3
If he sign players in summer ,he could change them !
^ Yeah they will need another 200+ million to change the fortune...And it does not help having Managers like Pep, Jose in the same league....I dont think he can do any better than top-4 in PL
+3
he's had 2-3 years of success at dortmund and people want to treat him like he's invented football or created a dynasty! he's still a young-ish manager, i think after his calamitous end at dortmund, he's probably at the right sized club to reinvigorate his career. money, decent following, huge problems to fix but probably more patience and less pressure/expectation than at a huge club like bayern or barca.
+2
^ Don't agree with that first sentence at all, his success with Dortmund should be praised highly, he took virtually a bottom relegation threatened tier club and turned them into back to back Bundesliga champions in 3 seasons reaching a CL final in the process, 3 seasons! Not to mention his work in developing Gotze, Lewandowski, Reus etc. That too in a Bayern dominated (sprinkled with a rare Wolfsburg league win) era.
+5
im not saying he's not done well, im saying he's not entitled to get an offer at a club like barca or bayern. he has done a great job with dortmund but that all went to s**t. they were really poor his last season. granted, he's sold many players, and lewa was probably the final straw, but i dont think he's done enough in the game YET to be mentioned with the likes of mourinho or carlo or pep who have won every single trophy out there and have decades of success (or half a decade in pep's case).

dont get me wrong, he's a top up and coming manager, and he'll get his shot at a superclub one day possibly but i think a club the level of liverpool right now is a good fit for him as he needs to rebuild his career. he's a great manager though, im sure he'll get back to the top and he probably leads the next generation of potentially great managers.
+2
Fair.

Yup, until he wins a Champions League, I can't put him in the same bracket as Mourinho, Guardiola, SAF etc. BUT all those other managers have had the luxury of spending a good amount of money, lets see how Klopp does with that luxury next season.

He was with Dortmund for 6-7 years, it was bound to implode eventually, you can only run a club on passion, pressing, charisma, charm and hype for so long. Not to mention the poaching of thier best players.

AND I also think we should wait a season before we can judge Klopp simply because of the klusterfuk of a mess that Rodgers has left Liverpool in. But I get where your coming from now and I agree with it.

Would take Allegri in a heartbeat. Hopefully he gets the job!

Fun question. Suppose there's an apocalypse. And our players could only survive based on how strong their weak foot was. Who would survive and who would perish?

(Basically who has the best weak foot and who has the worst)
Best Hazard ...Worst Mikel
Costa best, Oscar worst
Actually JT has the best weak foot. honorable mention two foot baker. I would say azpi might have the worst weak foot in the squad.
Best - Willian, Pedro, Fabregas.
I'm sure Pedro is ambidextrous so he's obviously the best. Not sure about the worst though. Tempted to say Mikel

Nobody said zouma
+1
I assumed this was for the goal scorers
Yeah I'm with Aaron. I like Zouma alot, but it can be painful watching him pass.

Worst: Zouma

Best: Costa Hazard, Fab
Tough luck on Zouma, I thought the kid would definitely make the Euros with France this summer. Speedy recovery.

Looks like Allegri it is.

If I were to predict bearing rumors, I'm bery confident he'll be next Chelsea boss. I have a good feeling about him. What do you guys think?
I also share the same feeling even more so after those reports yesterday featuring Allegri and Juventus President denying any links with Chelsea. If they thought they needed to put out a statement then there must be something real going on there imo.
Galeone said: "He's doing an incredible job, considering that in the summer Juventus did not sign anybody who he had asked for, such as [Mario] Gotze, Isco or the others."

Good to know his targets are attractive....I would love to see us get Isco
yeah di marzio confirmed you are after conte, allegri, sampaoili (ex chile manager) and one more i cant remember. there were four targets. I think it may have been simeone
Cuadrado is doing pretty well at juve, now that Mou is gone what you guys think of his future here?
Will possibly be a replacement if hazard leaves for Real in the summer. He's a fantastic footballer with bags of pace and skill. Should really do well for you guys next season, if he has the confidence and is being played by whoever Chelsea's manager will be.
lol Hazard is not going anywhere and Cuadrado isn't coming back. at least I won't have him back.

1 thing about us fans is that, we want it all. This guy, just like Salah just doesn't cut it in this league.

Also, some players just don't work out for some reason at a club and at times, it's necessary to move on.. I see fans blaming the club or manager for buying s**t, not playing a player enough, to playing a s**t player to making a good prospect leave.

we are footy fans; and we are spoilt. we want it all.
my opinion thou

What if Allegri actually becomes Chelsea Manager this summer. I see we are strongly linked. Seeing that he brought Cuadrado to Juventus and is giving him game time and Cuadrado is doing quite well, isn't there a high chance that if Allegri becomes our manager Cuadrado will be one of his first choice players seeing that he is working with him now, familiar with him and knows how to play him. Just saying, there could be hope for Cuadrado at Chelsea yet.
+2
Serie a is slow as hell. Even gervinho and old tevez look good there. Pass
Yeah looks like Allegri it is...n yeah if he joins, the odds of Cuadrado joining increases bit still, don't think he's a epl type
Let's say this weekend when we play Newcastle the score is tied after 70 min, would u rather Chelsea play conservative/ regular and get a draw, or go all in for the win and have a slightly higher chance of conceding?

I'm starting to get annoyed with the draws (I know it's much better than a loss), and I wish we'd just go for the win more often
We are going to go on a 10 match winning run in the league starting this weekend.
+2
haha I keep waiting for it and I keep thinking it's possible, but we seem to be content playing for draws when I thought the mentality should be to make one final do or die push toward a win streak leading to top 5

Throw Courtois up.
http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/10160656/kurt-zouma-reveals-he-has-damaged-cruciate-ligament

Zouma out for 6 months
FML
I saw that injury and I was praying that he didnt tear his acl or mcl but unfortunatly it wasnt to be anterior cruciate ligament damage is a complicated injury, some players come back fast and others it takes much longer then predicted all the best to a great young player.
Very unfortunate ...I hope he can get back in shape for next season.

Btw this means Miazga will get games this season...I dont think Terry and Cahill can play every game.
Damn I love Zouma's energy and athleticism. Get better big fella!
always a shame when a talented young player gets seriously injured. hopefully he comes back early, and stronger than before
damnit, come back stronger big man!
Ola Aina is also an option along with Miazga.

Lets call Micheal Hector or Nathan back from loan
Btw Mata got a standing ovation from Chelsea fans on Sunday...although its been 2 years since he moved to united.

We are classy fans thats why
+11
I was so happy to see that. Really makes me feel good about the club. Mata was a hero for us.
That was pure class. I can't even think of a player that Arsenal fans would cheer for when playing for another team @ the Emirates.
he was coming off at a good time. i remember thinking that was a classy gesture by lvg. at 1-1 the crowd probably doesnt give a bad reaction. 0-5 down, i dunno man lol. in reality im sure lvg was just trying to add seconds to the clock, but mata took his damn time strolling across the pitch lol.

nah but credit to chelsea fans, certainly not all fans would be so charitable. it was classy indeed.
