I mentioned earlier that this so many draws will hurt our chances but few people said we are doing well under Guss and if we had draw those matches we lost at the Bridge earlier this season we would be up the table, i dont have anything against draw once in a while but when it becomes a target before the match started then it became very boring to watch.

i dont have anything against Guss but i read before he signed that he always very sturbon to change tactics because he always believe in what he thinks. that cost Netherlands a place in the Euros, here he is interested in been unbeating till the end of the season and doesnt care about how many draws he get,

the way he sets this team before the match started shows he wants draw, even under Jose we have not played 2 DM at home, we always open up the game by playing either Matic with Cesc or Mikel with Cesc or Remires with Cesc, but Guss came and then stated playing 2 DM at home, even against Watford and Westbrom.

winning 2 matches out of 8 matches is a bad record because that 6 draws is as good as losing 4 and winning 2, against Arsenal they would have given us a heavy defeat if it wasnt for the early red card, even after the red we came out second half defending against 10 men, at OT we went there without no other plan than sit back and waiting for counter.

How long is Zouma out for? Really horrible injury I cringed as soon as I saw that.
we are waiting on the news but its surly going to take him few months to recover. thats bad landing.
For the sake of Discussion.

Courtois or De Gea? Who do you think is better at their job....
(Overall, not just based on the recent match)
de gea for me :)
De Gea this season is really good
De gea currently, but I would take either in a heart beat.
Its a matter of perspective... Courtois has helped his team win trophies playing against the best teams in Spain, England and in European competitions so for me he will be my first choice but De Gea in a fantastic GK all the same
Bias apart. DDG has more to his game than Courtois, Courtois main strength is he ability to collect crosses like it was in training but this season he has been f****d up many times in crosses that resulted in goals. DDG is excellent in low block, fantastic in reflect and world class in one on one situation, his only weakness is in crosses and he knows it, thats why he always remain in his line during crosses and makes wonderful finger tips on headers. while Courtois always come out to no mans land and get caught in wrong position.
De Gea for the last two seasons has been beyond godlike.
If Mou goes to ManU, will he sell Mata back to us?

I wouldn't mind, would be a better option to Pedro or Oscar atm.
What are your opinions of Van Ginkle? Does he have a future at Chelsea?
Is he still at Stoke or did he get moved to some other league?
Loaned to PSV
He has always brimmed with potential, maybe not adequately fulfilling it ATM. But I wonder if its going to be a case where we sell him he turns out to be quality then we watch and say why did we sell him again?

Example: Lukaku, De Bruyne, Bertrand(more or less)
and he scored on his debut
For the love of god:
Courtois
Ivanovic Terry Cahill Azpilicueta
Matic Fabregas
Willian Oscar Hazard
Diego Costa

Also, I think Mikel wasn't too great today, but Matic was. He did his part defensively and made some great attacking runs and had the header which was saved by De Gea. Hopefully the whole team will be back to where they were last season.
Mikel had few errors and was solid in the middle. Not great maybe but contributed plenty.
I kinda like the matic mikel combo
The M&M thing is good if we don't want to lose but not that effective if we want to win. I want to see us winning again not sitting around and waiting to be attacked. If we want to climb the tables we need those 3 points here and there. If we can squeeze a few wins in between a few draws we can climb but for now with only draws we are going to stay stagnant.
Did you guys notices how many simple passes Mikel miss-placed today?? No wonder he could not seal a starting spot in-spite of playing here since 9 years.....very inconsistent and frustrating at times
@Bazinga its been a long time I posted comment on this forum I just visit and read the comment. In the first 25 mins of the first half our team was poor but after then we got our composure and started playing. It's just funny that you single out Mikel for his poor passes today.

Its like when the result is not want we expect just blame Mikel. Oscar was horrible today. Oscar has as many misplaced passes as Mikel. Fabregas was average today. He was horrible for the first 25mins of the 1st half.

Let's appreciate Mikel more there is a reason why he has survived with various managers. If we win no one mentions the contribution of Mikel but when we lose/draw its Mikel missplaced passes.

We can all agree that our team has been consistently inconsistent this season. KTBFFH

I'm glad that Guus is only an interim-manager, he is too predictable and basic.
+3
The annoying part is that he has already said he will retire at the end of the season so is under no threat of losing his job but he is even more conservative than José playing two DMs even against Watford away.
Looks to me that he was really appointed just to make sure Chelsea don't lose more points and drop into the relegation zone. Till Mou's last days relegation was a looming possibility and even though I believe Mou wouln't have gotten relegated, the team hovered way to close to the drop zone for everyone's comfort. Guus is only steadying the ship, nothing more can be asked of him at this point especially given how the season has unfolded. And he is doing a decent job, few more wins and Chelsea could well be in the Europa League spots
Mourinho was much more predictable. s**t in every game except against arsenal
^^No disrespect but I think you have no idea of what u are even arguing about. Did you watch both stoke city games? Porto game? and a few others?

There were games when we were just unlucky..even against Bournmouth. A clear case of your love for the guy getting the better of your opinions
i was worried when Memphis got that ball and was about to cross it until my computer screen fuzzled out and i see that Man U players were not celebrating a goal, by then i knew he never passed it well bec it would have kill the game off

I really feel like we should have won, De Gea is truly a beast, as is Courtuois but some good points I noted:

-Hazard looked comfortable
-Costa & Fab are great
-Zouma learned how to dribble
-Cahill will start vs PSG

I thought willian was good too, he takes on defenders with confidence now and creates most of our chances, esp in the first half
He had his moments but overall I'd say it was probably one of his worst games with the corners/freekicks
True, I still like that he's trying to be productive and can create chances in an offense where nobody else can create consistent chances
True I'm being tough on him cuz he could of been soooo much more lethal but such is this season:/
playing two holding midfielders will take us in some deep s**t ..hiddink just not learning from making that mistake

I wonder if he just hell bent on just making sure we avoid relegation that he is insistent on playing more defensive football. Honestly draw after draw after draw is getting annoying. I would like to see a win every now and again just to boost my moral as a fan. Still at 13.
