MOTD dosen't even discuss Morata's 50/50 offside goal
MOTD dosen't like us this season
The only satisfying thing for me while watching MOTD this season is that intro sequence of us lifting the trophy.
If Morata had scored that chance which he hit the crossbar that could of well being a goal of a contender, great passage of play

ah well Arsenalfantv and chill
+4
Thank god there is Arsenal and Arsenalfantv for us Chelsea fans to get some relief during bad seasons.

I dont know about you guys, but at this point i dont think Morata can become that striker who can win us a major trophy. Without a quality ST i think we dont win enough games that are 50/50. Last season when we had Costa we won so many 50/50 games like the ones against City both home and away. This season without a quality CF we have not won any 50/50 game (except spurs away). Game against City, liverpool, arsenal and today’s game could have gone any way but i think we didn't win any of them due to the lack of a quality striker. Morata is just too weak and falls down everytime opponents put a bit pressure (this happens 90% of the time in PL). Look at giroud’s strength though he disnt get much to play. There was a time when he was pressurized by 3 defenders and he was about to fall but still was able to pass the ball to a chelsea player rather than going to the ground and not getting a fouled called. The strikers who won us PL titles and CL (drogba and Costa) were very strong. They won us so many 50/50 games that could have gone any side. I dont think Morata will be able to do that for us. I dont think we can challenge for PL even if we keep Hazard and get someone like Isco if Morata doesnt improve his strenngth and gameplay.
Lukaku doesnt perform in big games for United mostly cuz Jose’s team dont have much of the ball in big games. Lukakau played well today when they had enough of the ball in the second half. But Morata plays bad even when we have lots of possession and are dominating the game. If Morata doesnt improve from here on in the next 10-15 games remaining, I think we need to look for a new striker. Relying on him for the next season might not be a good idea.

Morata is very frustrating to watch at times but his link up play and passes are very good, his offside goal is 50/50 and he hit the post on another day it counts and he tucks in the chance, but like you saif he struggles massively when we don't have the ball as we just we launch up the ball, i definitely think he will do better with another striker starting but he has to improve his physical game because it's not good enough to play in PL
Yeah what saddens me is he is not even a bad player. If he were a bad player I would not even complain. I see lots of potential in him but by now he should have learned that going down easily will get you nowhere in the PL. He is tall and well built so dont understand why he plays like he is very weak.
+1
agree completely
1st season. Give him time.
+1
Morata scored a goal that was disallowed, can't wait for VAR in the premier league
atleast we are not going to be the only sad fans after today, Arsenal or City fans will be the same haha
+5
Lol it’s going ro be Arsenal fans. Bravo with an assist.
+1
does shoulder count as being offside,
Var 2 Chelsea 0
Norwich and today's game, no luck
+1
Props to Conte and Jose for being professional, sharing a handshake and a laugh at one point. Good luck against City and Barca
fake laughs, fake handshake, the rivalry will never ends
+7
Hence "professional", they don't have to be chummy but they both let the game speak for itself and put on good optics during, before, and after
+10
Hazard and Pogba were bantering in the middle of the match lol,
and like Dorru said haha
Because Jose won... that’s why lol
Oh well.. Story of our season really🤦🏾‍♂️
we were excellent in the 1st half but then we were s**t in 2nd half
Morata needs to be dropped, seriously he falls down whenever there was a contact, Moses was s**t as usual
Hazard and Willian were great in 1st half
Dude needs to hit the gym. Get some muscle and stop being a bitch on the pitch
Garbage goals conceded. Reasonable performance otherwise. Undeserved loss imo.
+1
second goal Christensen mistake, Conte must be so stupid keeping D Luiz on bench
we were great in 1st half but in second half we only had half chances from Willian and we invited pressure and we didn't press them in the 2nd half at all
@Dorru: When players are injured, they cannot play.
we didnt press them bc Conte was happy even at 1-1, and than was too late to equalise
@Liquidator ok my bad, but the reality is Conte benched Luiz all the season so far. I prefer Luiz and Cahill instead Christensen and Rudiger
not Cahill man
IF Cahill plays normal hes better than both individualy
'Cahill play normal' in a same sentence, i think thats not possible :p
Meaning of an oxymoron:(Cahill normal)
