Falcao to chelsea? lol... remember the last time we bought someone from united that didnt do well there?
was it veron the last player to play for both of us?
Yeah Veron was the flop we got from Utd.
First time we won the league in 1955. Here's what the table looked like.

Mod, if you could embed that'd be nice thanks.

Guess where were Liverpool.

Wow, teams used to concede A LOT.
We won the league with 52 points!! lol

It was 2 points per win back then AFAIK
According to the Telegraph, Falcao is willing to take a 'huge' paycut (from the 265k a week he robbed Man utd off last season) to join Chelsea.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/chelsea/11629088/Radamel-Falcao-desperate-to-join-Chelsea.html
The fanatic part of me would like to have him just for that name value and possible return of his world class form but realistically speaking, there are better options out there
Too injury prone I wouldn't take him...I would much rather us try out Patrick Bamford
Damaged goods. Let him go to PSG and let us have Ibra. :B
If hes willing a 40k per week then ok
Torres 2.0?

no thanks! we've already suffered enough.
I'd never give him a contract, but a one year loan with 100k wages and small loan fee wouldn't be the worst idea in the world. I'm apprehensive doe.

Also protip, use incognito on Chrome if it says you have exceeded the limit of articles viewed per month.
I don't mind him here tbh. I don't think he was ever used properly at United. He has always played as the sole no. 9, and I feel he can do a job here.

Edit: I like the idea of a big personality in the strike force though. Who better than Ibra? That ship may have sailed though.
saw this comment

"I wouldn't send Rogers to run an errand - by the time he'd finished telling me how well he's going to do it, I'd have forgotten what I wanted him to do."

Ancelloti again harshly getting sacked, lol at Madrid good luck finding a better available available manager.
shitty by Perez, He was getting the best of CR7 ( who himself wanted Carlo to stay ), This like the sack we gave him really harsh , if they go for Klopp it dosent make sense, he had an awful season, if they get Beneitez it will be the end of MAdrid
#BrandanRodgersToMadrid
Where are our new kits!?
Samsung deal runs out end of May. we'll see them first week of June.
I've been wondering the same thing. Was just about to buy our current jersey too
Yea found that out soon after. Damn really wanna see it. Hope its not the one that leaked. Wasnt a fan of it

Who are your targets over the summer? I haven't heard or seen anyone linked with you guys.
Griezmann. Koke (impossible). Varane (impossible x2). John Stones. Rob Green. Pedro. Probably a lot more that no one knows about yet.

Because we were top of the table for a long time, the media didn't really focus much on Chelsea transfer targets, but instead on what others will need to challenge for title next season.
Reus. He is the perfect winger to have opposite of Hazard.

Hazard-Costa-Reus.

That's arguable the third best front line in the world.
For sure. Mourinho's a smart man to feel the need to strengthen the squad further rather than letting other clubs play catch up. Other than Drogba and Cech, is anyone even set to leave?
Right now griezman is the only target we have been constantly linked to ...pogba is also another one but other than that i'm not sure who else we will get
Luis might leave for lack of game time. And maybe Mikel for same reason.
In the Champions League we're a little horse. If Roman wants to be a big horse we have to spend almost all of the money we have at our disposal.
Beautiful Montage of the season by skysports. :))

Mourinho + Faria + Holland was a great moment.
Breaking News: Anceloti is fired !!!!!!!

Breaking News: Anceloti is Sacked !!!!!!

Breaking News: Perez parted ways with Anceloti !!!!
Pretty much the same story when he was here. Won trophies in the first season, nothing in the season. Got fired.
Madrid job is a poison chalice.
Meh, King Carlo's league record is a joke.
Hard to believe that team won zero trophies this year. With a roster like theirs you gotta win something. If not you lose your job as manager. Pretty much an imperative you win something as Madrid manager or you won't last a season.
But then when the other team has Messi, Suarez, Neymar, it's a different story.
Hard to believe the same team that won 22 straight games finished the season without a major trophy
He shouldn't have been sacked, especially b/c no better options imo and injuries were the main problems. But 3 league titles since 1999 where he has coached Juve, Milan, Chelsea, PSG and Madrid is underwhelming imo.
Who do you think we should sign to replace Drogba? I'm hoping we can sign someone who's under 20m. One of these options would be good.

- A. Negredo
- D. Ings
- C. Austin
- Aubameyang
- Falcao (loan, wage cut)
- B. Dost
C. Austin or Bamford
if Remy can stay injury free then we should recall Bamford as Boro fail to qualify. Remy gives us different dimension and he can shot from any angle.
