So Schürrle is at Dortmund now? LOL! He is only 25 and already moved around btw 5 clubs in last 7 years.

Just scored a equalizer against Real...hopefully he can settle at Dortmund
Sam Allardyce: England manager leaves after one match in charge

Didn't see this coming

What a joke...

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3809484/Chelsea-boss-Antonio-Conte-targets-25m-Burnley-s-Michael-Keane-defensive-crisis-deepens.html
we're in September, 6 games into the season and media already writing about buying players. When we have Zouma almost back from injury and Christensen on loan.
No guys, just no. Micheal Keane will only move back to Man Utd for 100m in a year's time.
Telegraph, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to fund a squad overhaul if the current players continue to show their ineptitude in mounting a proper challenge against big teams in England.
I also read the story yesterday but I think they prepared that article long time ago just waiting for us to have this kind of result to release it.
Still rmb how we call Matic the best CDM in the world and what he did to Yaya Youre vs Man city...seems likea long..long..time..
and i was so foolish to be mad at Mou for sub-subbing him last season.
Well he was one of the best with that performance against City.
Maybe he spent too much time with Sir John Obi Mikel after that good season :P
I watched the game at a pub in pasadena, california with my family and a gunner friend of mine...it was painful.
i can imagine. especially with a gunner friend against all your family.
I know this is the mail, but can we please turn this into reality, Mister Conte?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3806815/Antonio-Conte-plans-defensive-clear-Chelsea-Gary-Cahill-Bransilav-Ivanovic-expected-phased-Arsenal-defeat.html
Hopefully same can be done with Matic and Willian...time for Moses and Chalobha get a fair chance
can we take willian of you :)
^lol I'm mean show him bench...he is a good players, but very inconsistent and should not be default starter. IMO he must be most clueless player in the final third.

Btw why would you need him when you have Mane
Dept
Rmb when we all prefer willian as a CAM just like under Mou?
let not buy into those lazy journalist at DM writes, no coach is foolish enough to disclose to the media who he is going to drop with 5 days to the next match.

the writer only pick words from Conte`s post-match interview which anybody can easily figure out that there will be some changes in the next match. they always trying to claim to be the first to report it.
Some solutions to our current problems
1)Play Fabregas-Kante in holding(kante playd along drinkwater dropping and offering him the freedom to play forward+matic automatic mode is switched off since last season and manual mode not working well)
2)Conte should implement 3-5-2(he took juve to glory and worked well with quite ordinary italian team+once he gets right players in right position it can become very hard to break down for the opposition)
3)Hazard should play no 10- his ability makes him best suited to play silvas role for city..while pedro and willian can be played wide.
4)Play ivanovic in cb or not at all: he is a proper cb,his lack of pace has been abused several times in last season and this season..he looks like a better cb than cahill and luiz.
5)promote youth..give the loanees a chance
‘We must work a lot to improve and change the situation because now we are only a great team on paper, not on the pitch.

‘The pitch is the truth, it is the most important thing for us, not the words and not the paper. We must change this because last season was a bad season

'After this defeat, it's normal for me to not sleep – not only for one night, but two. When I don't sleep, I reflect. And it's important to reflect.
'I'll watch the game again and I need to find the solution to improve very soon because we played a very bad game.

'When you want to win you must have a good balance when you attack and when you defend. I think this is the right way if you want to win`

Conte.

Going by his words i think its time he tries everything possible, honeymoon is over, enough of playing players based on last two seasons form.
(`The pitch is the truth`) i think this is where the players have to keep quiet on their useless interviews of how they will come back rather they have to let the pitch do the talking.

talking about finding the balance in both attack and defense , this is where he have to find the right balance, i am talking about Ivanovic at RB and the partnership of Matic and Kante, Matic offers zero in attack and fails to help out Kante so he have to be dropped.

as for Ivanovic he have to go partner Luiz until Zouma comes back and play Azpi and Alonso in the flanks because they offer us good crosses and can defend against pacy forwards.

We made Arsenal look so good yesterday their annual September "we are winning the league" is on overdrive
Not hating though they were styling on us but tbf so would've Sunderland had they played us yesterday

ok :'(
Can begrudge them mate..beating us means that much to them especially bcos it is a collector's item for Arsenal fans
Better team won..as simple as that.

Apart from Costa and Kante..all our players played like sh*t
Kante made too many positional mistakes.
Because hes a box to box player not a cdm
@Liq its because his partner (Matic) is just a donkey who makes no single successful tackle, it leaves Kante chasing almost all the balls in the midfield leaving him to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
