Awesome day. Santos wins another title. I can't even describe how happy I have been with this team over the last few years. great era to be a Santos fan specially when the team went through some lows back in the 90's when I lived in Brazil and went to watch games... Thank you Santos!!!!

Guarani 0 x 3 Santos, the first lef of the Paulista finals, Ganso scored once and Neymar twice, Neymar has now 104 goals with Santos' jersey, tied for the top scorer spot in the post-Pele era. Next Sunday is the second leg game, if Santos wins the title,(seems like they will). It will be the 3r Paulista title in a row, a feat that hasn't been done since the late 60's, when Pele was still playing.
It will also be the 4th Paulista title in 5 years!!! not counting any other title they won along the way... Thank you Neymar!!!

neymar needs to move this summer. its getting too easy for him. people say he needs to stay to improve his game but its pretty obvious that the league is too easy for him and he'll actually get complacent with where he's at right now. he needs to challenge himself in europe. i think he's ready now

He is not going anywhere untill at least after the 2014 World Cup. He has even gone on record to say that there is a chance he might stay further( which I doubt).
Santos is playing two tournaments right now, the Campeonato Paulista(Sao Paulo State Championship) and the Copa Libertadores(South American Version of the Champions League).
The state Championship will end on the 16th. Santos will play 2 games agaisnt Guarani in the finals, on the 6th and 16th.
The National Championship (Campeonato Brasileiro, or Brasileirao) will start on the 19th of May... I can't wait.

The guy that commited that foul, Piris, is the same guy that played against Neymar on the final of the last Copa Libertadores. at the time he was a Penarol player.

One can't even be disappointed that he wasted some opportunities on a couple of times as he kind a made them all.
Even watching him dribble is just a joy, I loved the early rainbow trick he did even if the got taken down on it and got nothing but a freekick.
Man of the match indeed and he was truly running out the opponents all the time. So I suppose he is at 99 goals now? I surely wont miss his 100th ;)

yes, a joy indeed... I actually made a mistake on those numbers, he now has 99 goals playing for Santos alone, and 117 as a pro.
