Now Login and go to your dashboard, click on "appearance" and choose "menus". You need to setup a custom menu. Name your menu eg "Oweniit" and then setup both "pages" and then "categories" for each. So for example I have a page called "Tactics" and then categories for that page called "Match review", Match preview", "Tactical theorising" etc
Once you've done this save it and select "Oweniit" as your "Primary Menu" under "Theme Locations"
You should now have seperate page links for each category you want. To make a post you then go into dashboard, click "posts", then "new post" and write what you want, then publish it. After which you can edit it all you want by going back into "posts" and selecting it. One more thing, when you're writing an article, on the right hand side will be a tab called "Categories". Whatever boxes are ticked is where the post will be published so firstly untick "homepage". So for example if I were to write a review of a match to publish I'd tick the boxes "Tactics" and "Match Review".
