How nice of you to voice your negative opinion about the staff of the website that you come to regularly! What a great way to extend your appreciation for what's provided for you entirely for free, magnificent!

Let me ask you something, do you go into a library and scream? Do you sit down at a movie theater and have a lengthy conversation with your mother? I don't think so, but are the proprietors of those places dicks? No, you just understand that as a simple rule to adhere to, a rule that doesn't take away any of your freedoms as a human being.

Boy, what a strong staff we would have if we all had the time to read every comment each user left on every page of the site, decide if we personally agree or disagree and then remove or allow each comment individually. Unfortunately, there aren't that many of us, and none of us are 'employed' as a full time job to do so. But in the simple world you apparently imagine, that's what we're doing! Excellent!

footytube, like most websites and places throughout the world, has it's rules. I'm fairly certain that you were never able to go into someone else's home, call the police and have them arrested for trespassing; simply because you don't govern or control who can or cannot be there - but you understand that because it's not your home, right? This isn't your website - so why do you considering your 'right to free speech' to have anything to do with what can or cannot be said here? The two have absolutely nothing to do with anything. Say whatever you want about whoever you want.... On your blog.... On your facebook; but when you go to someone else's home - you play by their rules.

If you had a comment removed, it was clearly because it broke some rules. Did you know we have rules? I'll gladly link you to them if you opted against reading them as ever new registrant is meant to prior to enjoying footytube. But, instead of investigating why your comment was removed or what you potentially did wrong, or even IF there was an off-chance that a moderator mistakingly removed your comment; you jumped right to insulting us. Now, that's not very mature, and I think the staff deserves an apology. Nobody forces you to come here, so what puts you in a position to form a completely generalized opinion of the staff of a website you should respect as simply 'dicks' because something you decided to be ignorant to? (your comment being removed)

After you apologize, maybe in the future you can be more considerate of what you're saying. Then, maybe if something goes awry after you've left a comment somewhere, you can be mature enough to investigate why or ideally know why it was removed in the first place. Every moderator on this site was a plain old regular user, just like yourself. We work together to keep footytube a clean, reasonable, all-ages website. If you end up getting in the way of that, the very least you can do is be interested in correcting that.

Don't disrespect the staff here, and don't disrespect footytube. We love our users, we all donate our own personal time for the site, so if you're going to go out of your way to trash the place, you'll find yourself unwelcome and removed without repeat warnings. Read the rules, abide by them. Your rights are fully intact and 'free speech' isn't at jeopardy at footytube, the same way it's not in a library or a parking lot. Dealing with rule breakers doesn't violate anyone's rights, in fact, you seem to need to be reminded that we have the right to determine what we think amounts to 'appropriate' or 'inappropriate' when you come to our site. It's not that crazy, trust me, the whole rest of the world works the same way. If you don't believe me, try cursing out a police officer and see what they have to say about your 'free speech'.
