Now this is an interesting paradox. i'd be worried if i were Canning, three months and the prem will be blacked out in favour of div 3.

I'm a little late to the party.
Just try and get into it.

OK so the players agreed to a wage cut structure that helped the club stay afloat until the end of the season, the very top earners took a huge 75% wage cut, Middle earners a 50% and the smaller earners 25%, it meant that we would have enough cash to fulfill our fixtures until the end of the season, dedication from the players shows they love the club and they will all die hero's in our eyes no matter what!
Ibrox stadium is always packed to rafters now with the fans showing their support for the team by appearing in numbers and giving the team a boost when they need it most!
Onto the buying process, the Admin guys are in charge of finding a new buyer and apparently numerous people showed an interest even AEG who are the current owners of Hamburg if I'm not mistaken, I hoped they would push through with their interest as they are a company that would look after the stadium and the club as a whole, but the SFA are introducing new rules all the time and the buyers feel like they are "moving" the goal posts when they feel like it and one by one prospective buyers have been dropping out!
But....
We still have a couple of buyers interested and they have stayed in this long so I'm thinking they are going to see it through till the end, I just hope the club ends up in the right hands!
The deadline for new buyers seems to move on a daily basis as does the deadline for the "Big Tax Case" to be honest I just want it to all come to an end let us know where we stand and let the club rebuild as it's old self or a newco company we just need answers.
I'm thinking by the time you come over it might have finally been settled but hey what do I know?! Lol
Hope this helps a little bit!
Been some time since we had a chat? I just saw the table and it seems you guys are doing as I expected. I remember a friend of mine that you had a rival with told you that HSV is a poor quality team that will never amount to anything. I don't agree with him but it is kind of looking that way isn't it? In case you didn't notice we are 1st in our league and just destroyed Arsenal.
Peace.

It seemed like Magneto(Madten) had got himself into a bit of a mess with a lady friend and she was prepared to travel across to India to meet him! He had to run and hide! Lol Crazy females!
Troubling times at Rangers indeed mate, the future looks pretty damn bleak and administration looks like a certainty at this point!
There are new developments everyday it seems, so where do I start?
Mr Whyte the clubs new owner came in at the right time and wiped a £20m debt for the club.... .... But it seems he borrowed the money and still owes that to someone else plus we have another £10m owed to the tax-man and we have the impending court case with the tax-man coming up in April if we lose that we owe the tax-man another £49m so that means our total debt will be £80m or more!
So if that were to happen we would either go into Admin.... Or we would fold!
Either of these scenarios are not profitable to the tax-man though, if we fold he get's bugger all, and if we go into admin he will only make £5-£10m back as we would only pay something like 10p to every pound!
So it looks like an out of court settlement would be better for everyone involved, Craig Whyte is receiving and amazing amount of abuse over this when it's not his mess, he bought the club while it was going throught his already so it's kind of fool him that he put himself in this position!
At the end of the transfer window he sold Jelavic for around 6-7m but left it so late that there was no time for us to find a replacement, which for me was the plan all along, make 6m on the sale and save around 20k a week in wages!
But with the amount of debt facing the club who can blame him really, I know the supporters are pissed off but we have to look at the bigger picture!
We are left with 1 fit striker and he is 32 so most of the fans are conceding the title is over already, I myself will be awaiting the fine tune coming form the fat lady before I submit! Lol
So to summarise things don't look good!
Rangers and Celtic have put the idea forward on a number of occasions and it has been shot down every time by the majority vote!
Funny that if Rangers have to fold they could re-emerge under a different name FC Rangers of Glasgow has been mentioned they could apply for the lower leagues and spend some years trying to climb the divisions.
It would mean a few lean years but might be worth a pop if the opportunity arises!
Maybe they could use a reserve team to play in Scotland as a feeder club? You never know eh?!
The next couple of months will be crucial to our survival, as the tax case is to be decided next month!
