AHHH this is so frustrating.... Wenger is most certainly involved in negotiations in fact ever since david dein left wenger is fully in charge of who we sign and what price(he has reps that do exactly what he tell them to).... I know some scouts who worked and played under wenger for arsenal.... Where do you get these thoughts/ideas from.... Wenger is not the be all end all do you know who cliff basten is hell even george graham?
