The Commonwealth Games was quite impressive, despite all the doubts initially and went off well. Good medal haul too haha, wasn't bad by any means. The PL as I'm sure you know by now had an international break. Came at a good time with all the injuries we are carrying I suppose, plenty of first-teamers out. Away game at Villa tonight ! Coming back to our little talk on family, yup, I was born when my parents were 24, which was still pretty late at that moment in time. Things were different back then in Poland (as You know already), people used to get married a lot more often and a lot earlier in life. My parents got hitched when they were 22, plus there was something else, a very powerful force at work that made people want to have babies rather sooner than later, namely- society pressure. If you did not have children 1 year or 2 years after your wedding, people would automatically assume that something ain't right with you, if You know what I mean
Concerning the game against Arsenal, I'm quite anxious myself, dunno what to expect really, for me at the moment every outcome is possible. But let's aim big and hope for the win. Lech did great, they won 2-0, although they could've scored more goals with all the chances they had in the second half. The first one was more balanced, I think that was because it was the first time playing on the new stadium and the support of 43 k people paralyzed them a bit. But they were in total control in the second part of the game. I was left totally satisfied with it and I'm really proud of 'em at the moment!
