Yo man, I liked your post on the bilbao match. I agreed with everything, especially about how messi needs to start to be a leader off the field as well as on, helping the youngsters develop. And the penalty, absolutely right, it was a poor call. He was looking for it all the way.

Hey, thanks for the add. On the Messi issue, I really don't see him as a leader type. He seems to be to shy away or let others who are more loquacious take the banner. But yeah, I can say as a coach, that the healthiest thing to have on a team is a space that fosters improvement and constructive criticism. I think in the heat of the moment Messi was upset with tello given the nature of the match with Milan and that it was very probable that Messi could of made it. Never the less, he must not forget those who took him under their wing, like Ronaldinho who mentored him. Now he must do the same.

It is just Irony, since I support Barcelona who are anti-thetical to that sort of system
