Okay Sif you said the managers job is to prepare the players, so what exactly is he's attacking philosophy?

So have a good second half against city just to lose to a team sitting at the bottle of the table the next week. What happened last week was paper over the crac...

Mourinho struggles against these type of teams why are you surprised?

Actually we still have a game in hand

Let's not forget they still have de Bruyne and Aguero on the bench

You know how we'll set up against city, not surprising you have your eyes elsewhere.

Surprise he plays so much better for France. He looks like a totally different player.

Yea it's Pogba's fault we play boring football not the manager. Watch Pogba shine for France during the world cup

We used the same tactics against Liverpool the only difference we got away with.

Did Mourinho ever have an attacking game plan apart from long balls to Fellaini? I don't think so.
We could sign Messi or Ronaldo but Mourinho will still use t...

Whatever happens I've had enough of Mourinho. If he can't get us playing decent attacking football with the players he has now, how's he going to do it if we ge...

What else is new

Mctominay can't play a simple ball forward to play Sanchez through. The only reason Mou likes him is because of his height not because he's a promising talent o...

Instead of admitting his tactics against the top sides sucks he shifting the blame by dropping our best players.

A 2 man midfield against a high pressing team? what is Mourinho playing at last night? he really thinks Pogba is a workhorse or something.
He either parks the ...

Mourinho thinks Pogba can play as a cdm, he just cant and doesn't have that awareness to

His first mistake was starting Pogba in a midfield 2. He's absolutely useless because he plays so deep. We need a 3 man midfield

Young keeps tucking in the middle

Who just passed back while we're on a attack? that was pathetic even Sanchez was annoyed at that.

The mods are so biased it's pathetic I won't be surprised if they ban my account now, every time I come to this forum I have to scroll past troll comments every now and then and especially footballdoc who purposely comes here to get shadow likes from rival fans
I really dislike comments like this one. Now you have a decent record on the site but mate you really should know better. If you want to accuse of bias I suggest you go on the Arsenal forum and ask just how many of them I've banned in the past. You'll find it's an awful lot and the same is true for all of us since that's where we spend the majority of our time. You should know better, if you have a problem with a mod, do not publicly air it, speak to any mod of your choosing on their wall and let it be handled internally. Mods are evaluated too, if one does a bad job, this is rectified, in this case I've explained to Sergio how it should've been handled but the end result would be the same for that particular user. This isn't an official warning, merely a reminder to not partake in such things. Have a nice day.

How do they get to the decision to review if the ref has made a decision.
Will it be player protest (not a good standard) or maybe a tv referee making a call for reversal to the onfield ref. If It is the latter and a bad decision is made, the tv referee has to contact the onfield official so as to stop play and revisit the earlier decision.
How long will that process take? What standard is there for it not to affect the tempo of the game.
I would advocate for a quicker process of doing so. But agree with the general view that bad decisions have decidied games instead of team performance. But if you include video reviews for offsides then you might as well do so for every decision the ref makes why isolate it to offsides only.
So here is the list:
> offsides
> red & yellow cards
> free kicks
> penalties
> throw ins (yes these have been given wrongly a lot and led to goals)
> corner kicks
> off the ball incidents (especially the jostling that happens in the box during set piece play)
Just from this short list I see a big issue with time guys.
A lot of stoppages in order to correct the wrong decisions of the ref. Especially fouls he doesn't call.
Then here is the catch, what if the video ref misses a call as well. He judges something not to be a foul and yet we everyone else see's it otherwise. Shall we then require more video refs or even a video ref of the video ref (lol). It is so complicated for football imo because there are so many decisions to make and how do you prevent it from ruining the flow and tempo of the game?
Food for ponder.

Just a friendly query coming up: according to our data you have a second account.... DavidUnited. The rules of the website don't allow the same person to have multiple accounts. If these accounts are both yours, I'm gonna' have to ask you which account you want to continue with, and we'll delete the other one. Could you shed light on what's going on here?
