• Swansea line up replacement for Danny Graham
• Potters hold out for nearer to the £8m they paid
Stoke City have rejected a £3m bid from Swansea City for Kenwyne Jones. Michael Laudrup, the Swansea manager, sees Jones as a replacement for Danny Graham, who is expected to leave the Welsh club this month.
Although Stoke are willing to allow Jones to move on, despite the fact that the striker has featured regularly during the last six weeks, the Potteries club are holding out for a better offer for a player who cost them £8m when he joined from Sunderland in August 2010.
Jones, 28, has 18 months remaining on his contract at the Britannia Stadium.
