Brazil, Frederico Jota, fredericojotanacopa.blogspot.comDunga should not be as defensive as usual in this one. One option is to drop Felipe Melo and bring in Ramires or Daniel Alves, because it will increase the chances of giving Luís Fabiano more of the ball than he had as a lone striker against North Korea. The Sevilla forward is one key player, and another is Kaká. If these two play as well as they can, Brazil should win. In my opinion, Thiago Silva is now in better form than Juan, and Alves would be a better bet at left-back than Michel Bastos, who plays as a midfielder at Lyon. Like many Brazilians, I'm really upset with Dunga. He left technical players in Brazil, Neymar and Paulo Henrique Ganso, Ronaldinho is better than Julio Baptista and the defensive midfielders (Silva, Melo, Josué and Kléberson) are too slow. The team lack imagination: we're more like Italy than Brazil. Take care with Drogba!

Expected line-up (4-4-2)

Júlio César; Maicon, Lúcio, Thiago Silva, Daniel Alves; Gilberto Silva, Ramires, Elano, Kaká; Robinho, Luís Fabiano.

Ivory Coast, Ali Bamba, elephantsonline.comIvorians weren't looking for much from the Group of Death. Just the right to be proud of their team even if qualification looked difficult. But the nil-nil draw with Portugal brought back the confidence and has got everyone excited. At the main university in Abidjan thousands watched on a giant screen in the sports hall, screaming and dancing at the slightest chance, or a shot of their hero Drogba on the bench. His entry in the second half actually seemed to take the edge off the Ivorian attack, but he seems set to start against Brazil. That would normally put Gervinho on the bench, but he played well against Portugal and may replace Aruna Dindane in the starting line-up. But as Salomon Kalou said a few days ago, though, Ivory Coast have no trouble in attack. It's the defence that needs watching.

Expected line-up (4-3-3)

Barry; Demel, Touré, Zokora, Tiéné; Eboué, Touré, Tioté; Gervinho, Drogba, Kalou
