Andy Carroll's ineffectiveness adds to Liverpool frustration at Fulham

The Football Association says it is looking at whether Luis Suárez should face a misconduct charge after the Liverpool forward was photographed allegedly making an obscene gesture at the close of the 1-0 defeat to Fulham at Craven Cottage on Monday evening.

Suárez was pictured apparently responding to supporters as he walked towards the tunnel after the game.

Kenny Dalglish, the Liverpool manager, admitted he may be forced to speak to Suárez regarding his conduct. "I haven't seen the picture and I'm not taking anybody's word for it," the Scot said after the game. "If you show me the picture and I'm convinced that what you're saying is true, then I've got a decision to make. But until you have proved it is true to me, I won't comment."

The Uruguayan could also face an FA charge over allegations that he racially abused Manchester United's Patrice Evra in October, which the striker denies.

It's a shame if this was true. Professional players need to act accordingly and professionally, no matter what type of sport. He certainly isn't the first, and certainly won't be the last. But it would be great if players could stop lashing out with their temper.
There was nothing in the world cup to indicate his "lack of sportsmanship" as you claim. If you are referring to his handball, it was a fair segment of play. If you disagree, then my presumption is that you simply don't understand the game.

The only thing we saw in the Evra incident is that you guys need a new left back.

Jog on.
As far as his handball in the world cup is concerned, his fellow countrymen will see him as a hero since he helped his country through to another game (even though his action does not demonstrate respect towards the opponent). Some other people will always see him as a zero for that same act.
The Evra incident shows that Utd needs a new left back?? LMAO, you are just talking rubbish. Racism is a BIG deal, and if he is guilty for racial abuse, everyone including liverpool fans should despise that action. Football is the biggest sports in the world and merely on this website, we have so many different races and colors and ages, all gathered around the same passion...FOOTBALL. There is absolutely no place for racism in football. period
he's an idiot! we all saw that in the world cup against ghana, that he gives a s**t about sportmanship... we (might or might not) saw it against evra and here is another case. he loses his temper over and over again.

too bad, he would be such a class player if it wasnt for his behaviour.
