Arjen Robben is set to return for Bayern Munich when they travel to face the German league-leaders Schalke in their Bundesliga match on Saturday.
Robben sat out last night's 2-1 Champions League victory over Manchester United with a calf problem but his coach believes he is fit for this weekend and so should be available to play in the second leg at Old Trafford.
"Arjen is doing well, he has no problems for Saturday," said his coach Louis van Gaal. "We travel to Schalke with no injuries."
Bayern sit two points behind Schalke going into Saturday's match, but the club's president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge believes the victory over United can spur the team on to bigger things.
"We will have a tailwind behind us going to Schalke on Saturday," he said. "We want to go there and emerge as league leaders. This is a very big game, but we know our team has quality and is able to win these games."
