Anyone find it disappointing that Sociedad lost there UEL spot to Kuban Krasnodar? I didn't watch the game but did Sociedad not play very hard because they didn't want to participate or did Kuban just outplay them?

I honestly thought Sociedad could of handled Kuban. Maybe Sociedad underestimated them?
They're shite in Europe. They played horribly in CL last year.
They look nothing of their La Liga form, which I still can't understand why.

Lets hope Bilbao win for La Liga guys! Shame that either them or Napoli won't be playing UCL football this season, 2 quality sides that absolutely deserve to. But I have to root for our la liga comrades. On another note. The new sam mames is gigantic! Holy s**t! Serious sign of intent by Bilbao! It will be even more intimidating to visit them on away days then it already was.

Careful what you wish for...

GREAT presser with Emery over Fazio being pinched by the Spurs:
http://www.insidespanishfootball.com/121445/emery-fazio-is-worth-more-but-these-are-the-rules-of-the-game

"How wonderful it is to win the Europa League… what a joy! Later though, there’s collateral damage. We can’t rejoice at the loss of valuable players like Rakitic, Alberto… but we have to replace them and we will. We’re aware of that and it’s a task we’ll take on. They were important players, but those who will arrive are too. Sevilla is above any arrival or departure of any individual player."
Fazio was just named captain of Sevilla, and Spurs are possibly paying the minimum 10m release clause.
One day before the season starts.
Damn Prem. Turning into the MLS.

Last year, Sevilla purchased our captain 1 day before the season began (causing a memorable loss in our 1st match), but wasn't hostile or aggressive about it.
Que?
I don't know why these teams forcing every single player who had better last season.
Que?

Oh,you don't get my point.my point with regards to selling of la liga players who had good last season to epl.rather promoting their youngsters to shigne, epl teams are just buying talents.it's a real shame.
