Brisbane Roar played and held possession so well! And Wellington Phoenix counter attack was excellent which gave them 2 - 0 win over the "Roarcelona"!! Paul Ipil is Amazing!

Wellington have a very solid defense for A-league standards, CCM have least goals conceded but IMO your boys will take it in the end of the season, classy team this year, slowly building their way to the top.

Roar finally taste defeat after 37 games. Well played by Sydney to end the streak. Brisbane's usual patient build up play just didn't seem to work in the Kogarah Oval conditions. Frustrating to watch, but you can't really complain after just one loss.

P.s. Where are all the A-league highlights these days on Footytube? I wan't to vote for that Emerton corner kick goal.

Totally agree with Ayyam. I think the record breaking efforts and the way in which they scored their goals last night (and for the past year) deserves comparisons. The nickname is a comparison of style of play and dominance within their given league not a remark on how the two teams compare in quality in the world club standings. Plus it sounds good, "Roarcelona" :)
