I'm pretty sure none of the 23 North Korean fans here are actually from North Korea.
Wait I forgot Kim Jong Il, the only person who can access the internet in the whole country so make it 22.

North Korea is so broke that there was no foreign currency available to allow any fans to travel to the current World Cup football (soccer) matches in South Africa. North Korea's team qualified for the games, but was generally outplayed once it got there. North Korea was able to organize several hundred Chinese fans (most of Korean ancestry, from northern China) to act as "North Korean" fans (dressing appropriately and waving North Korean flags at games.) Attempts to hide the recruiting of these fans were unsuccessful. North Korea was also too broke to pay the fees to get the live feed of the games for their TV viewers. After North Korea grabbed a feed illegally, the World Cup officials quickly arranged for North Korea to get a "free" feed. source: http://www.strategypage.com/qnd/korea/articles/20100629.aspx
LOL you realize nobody in North Korea has internet (well 99.9%), and none of their citizens are allowed out of the country except on special occasions (i.e. national football duty). So you're not going to find ONE N.Korean fan here on footytube. Just saying.
hahha, i hope they will not use the nuclear vs Brazil, but seriously, they will not be that easy, i am expecting Brazil to suffer vs them, they are very organized as if they are in the army, and are very good tactically, so don't completely write them off!

Now it's up to the people who decides what happens next. As quoted from a comment after a Canadian article, "Revolution begins within."
