This story has been on the radio for the last few days, and paul the octopus has been right on every germany game so far, and he picked spain for this game, and he's right again.... Lol, but he has been wrong in the past, the euro champs final when spain beat germany 1-0, paul went for germany that day, must be a long time supporter.... Lol, I would love to hit him a good boot in the tentacles, I said tentacles.... Lol
Maybe we should invite him onto the podcast, with carl, liam, araz.... Live predictions with paul the octopus, and the lads might even win a few squid, I mean quid
Great that Paul is in Germany, not Japan - or he'll be sushi already.
Out of curiosity on animal psychic, I placed a couple of cookies each on bowls marked Germany and Spain just before the semi-final games and my dog actually picked Spain (and the one from Germany later.... Greedy).
Tried with Netherlands and Spain - he picked Netherlands!
I'll post his pic here if his choice is correct - a slightly overweight jack russell, actually.... If he makes a wrong choice, anyone interested in a hot-dog?
The prediction pets fad has really taken off after paul the octopus had made several correct predictions. Watching tv earlier today a feature on paul has all sorts of owners claiming their pets can do the same, I seen dogs, a cockatoo, and two sea lions all picking who would win the final. What a complete of load if testicles, its getting beyond a joke now.... Lol
OK....After doing some research I have found that Paul the Octopus has competition. Meet Mani the Physic Parakeet and his predictions for Netherlands vs. Spain.
Now all we need is another creature to decide between Paul and Mani to figure out who is right
I just moved and found two cockroaches.... So I figured why not? The big ass black one picked Spain to win.... I put a piece of cake on the one side and his dead brother on the Germany side.... Very smart cockroach.... At least he got some cake before he went...
Yikes! A Barca fan and a Netherlands fan. Talk about being torn. Do you really think that an octopus can decide the fate of the final? I think he's been lucky so far. He was only 70% right at the 2008 Euros so he's bound to mess one up sooner or later
