This probably has to be Wigan's sweetest win this season. To beat Chelsea 3-1 has to take alot of guts but they have played really well and well deserved win for them. Well helps put Manchester United top of the table

Good result today for Wigan. They really showed that they can play against some of the bigger teams in the Prem. Hopefully they can take this form and use it over the next few games, which should be easier ones for them based on this match. They were a bit unlucky not to score a second goal, and there were a few times when the got in the way of each other. Otherwise, solid effort from the lads. City just can't seem produce when needed. Although they were down to 10 men, City just sat back a bit and waited for a counter, allowing Wigan to continue to drive forward. Great to see Wigan come out with a point

Wigan suffered considerable frustration after failing to finish off Roy Hodgson's hard-working Fulham side in a contest that saw the Londoners return to the capital with a valuable 1-1 draw

The great fear after Martinez joined, the lack of a Plan be, is beginning to surface.

Attack stylishly or get put on the back foot and stay there. Win comfortably or get demolished.
