Future Midfield. LM: Wilshere CM: Ramsey CM: Merieda RM: Walcott.  Unstoppable.
Jimbobmiles (Arsenal) 2 months ago
Yeahh that actually sounds awesome! You just have to look on youtube to see how good they are individually already and with wengers help theyll become even better!
Myself (Arsenal) 2 months ago
I think that lansbury and randall have gr8 potential as well
Affainyi (Arsenal) 2 months ago
Lansbury and randall are inconsistent. Vela is the most consistent followed by wilshere then merida and then ramsey. We all know what walcott can do
Sjsung (Arsenal) 2 months ago
What do you mean by future though....

If Fabregas stays until 30, Ramsey and Merida must be like 26 or 27 or 28 right?

And who knows what football will look like in 7-8 years....
Charliehenry (Arsenal) 1 month ago
Wilshere is more consistant than vela, wilshere will offer alot to a game its not just 'cause his name is on the teamsheet he should score or get an assist

Mathematicaly that will not be our team in the future but great line up anyway
Macheese (Arsenal) 1 month ago
@Charliehenry recently I followed vela and his involvement with the mexican team. And he's been pretty consistent and been a key player for them. I don't know if it is because their team sucks or not but he's been impressing me recently with his success with his national team and his carling cup arsenal team. Don't get me wrong wilshere is awesome

Haha, right
Thegooner (Arsenal) 2 months ago
Yeah. West Brom is such a huge club, with such a monstrous fanbase that - until you decided to post a comment 5 hours ago - the username "Westbrom" wasn't taken. Classic
Incuteration (Everton) 2 months ago
Sorry wrong tense used, it's "owned" not "own"
Elmystico (Arsenal) 2 months ago

Bravo, Arsenal youngsters. They rarely disappoint to entertain me with their performance.
Jack Wilshere is immersing into a very promising player. Him and Vela, unsurprisingly, had a good game. I really believe Vela is ready for first team.
Jman008 (Manchester United) 2 months ago
Who's Watt? Never heard of the guy before and did anyone see that fight between the Arsenal and WBA player. Crazy stuff
Sjsung (Arsenal) 2 months ago
Watt played really well in the Carling Cup and he's done it again!
Fceddie (Barcelona) 2 months ago
I love this team, arsen is a genious.    Carlos vela man always scores when he gets a chance to play
Striker7 2 months ago
Wow, Vela is a hell of a player. He changes the rhythm of any match that he's put into.
He should be a regular, at least a 'supersub' in league games
Kingjimbo (Portland) 2 months ago
I agree. He's brilliant every time he plays, I don't get why he doesn't see more first team action
LeftHeadKick (Arsenal) 2 months ago
He's a natural goal scorer. Brilliant, he plays this way for Mexico too. It's unfortunate Arsene still believes he's not ready for top flight football. (mainly due to recovery though)
Striker7 2 months ago
He's winning Arsene's confidence little by little.
There's no need for Adebayor with strikers like him just waiting for their chance.

And yes, he adds a flow to the overall passing of the entire team in Mexico. Good to see he's back from his injury, hopefully he'll stay healthier for a little longer
Manchesta11 (Manchester United) 2 months ago
Lets see what is nex 4 them...
Leoseanster (Arsenal) 2 months ago
This match only proves, time and time again, that Wenger has the best eyes in football. What a crop of new young players we have.... Vela in particular is magnificent, I've always liked him, and definitely one for the future too.

Arsenal's squad would be so bloody scary in about 5 years time.... Assuming of course all the young players stay
Striker7 2 months ago
The man is a genius.    Very good comment.
Sjsung (Arsenal) 2 months ago
When Wenger retires, I hope he makes a big commitment for kids who play soccer.    Maybe a foundation or something?
Somere (Manchester United) 2 months ago
Are you crazy. The best. Not even when sir alex is dead he can't be the best. Hose mourinho won a premiership title in his first season. If he was the best why hasnt he won a title in the last 6 years.

I hate real madrid
Striker7 2 months ago
He has eyes for players that will become great. Maybe they won't be the greatest in Arsenal, but they will go to other clubs and help win titles, or make a name for themselves. It's where they came from and became good players that matters.
Henry himself said that Arsenal is where he was shaped into the footballer that he is today.
I'm not an Arsenal fan, but it's hard to deny that Wenger has good eyes for young football talent.
However, I don't think he's the best. That's an arguable statement
Rioma (Arsenal) 2 months ago
Great game. Arsenal is the best!
Fingerpuppetz (Arsenal) 2 months ago
Almost the entire game was sloppy. It wasn't until Vela was put in and Arsenal got into their rhythm. Too bad for Thomas (former gunner). West Brom did have some positive gameplay. They'll be in the premier league next year for sure
Vishal024 (Arsenal) 2 months ago
I loved Vela's goal, like smart aleck he simply walks it through and hammers it in. Gerome Thomas is a git
