I don't understand why tottenham don't have a lot of lucky votes.... The first goal was so lucky so so lucky and if it doesn't go in then they don't tie it
Sure its great for City, but I think draw would have made more sense, Lescott's goal was bit lucky it rolled in, the rest were all nice goals, and then Defoe missed a half empty net in 90th minute, and then with like a few seconds left you guys get penalty off a bad Spurs tackle and Balotelli finishes it, 3 points for City, 0 for Spurs, it would being better if draw and 1 point each
You really think that Tottenham were lucky? :') You have actually made my day, thank you for that.... 1) Lescott's goal was atrocious, it couldn't of been luckier even if the ball landed in a pot of gold.... 2) Defoe's goal wasn't lucky, it was just really poor defending from Savic.... 3) Balotelli should of been sent off for stamping on Parkers head.... 4) Lescott should of been sent off for elbowing Kaboul.... 5) City were lucky that Defoe didn't put in the semi-open net.... 6) The player that should of been off then went on to receive a penalty and then convert said penalty.... So overall, I'd say City were the lucky ones
The atmosphere to this game gives me chills just fantastic! I would have preferred a tie here, and I say Man City got a bit lucky, but good for there fans there, I mean Balotelli penalty was bit lucky as time was almost up and Defoe missed an almost empty net seconds before! This game has so much, just a great wrap up to an amazing EPL weekend. Nasri's beautiful composed strike and finish to start off second half for City, great shot, then a rather lucky and not best looking goal when Lescott got the ball to roll in with him, and I mean what made game great was Spurs came back and tied it up with 2 sweet goals, Defoe's was some mistakes by City defence Savic but whatever, and then Hart really should done better but not his fault, but good finish by Defoe. Then Bale had a fantastic goal sweet touch and curve to get goal from just out of box, great for Spurs fans, great goal. Then it got interesting, I mean Balotelli comes on and that kick to Parker's face was defiantly disguised kick to head, I hope he gets fined and in trouble for that, cause just dumb. Defoe not finishing that should have being goal for Spurs, too bad for them, and then King tackles Balotelli in box with literally seconds to spare, Balotelli finishes and no points Tottenham, 3 for City! Great atmosphere and game, but I believe a draw would being better for both teams, but even if I'm not too happy about it, good for City to win at home in such big game, very tough one for Spurs
Yea full credit to Spurs for a good performance. Many teams after going 2 down to City would have folded. Harry's team have seemed to unlock the winners' mentality in them, and are only going to get better
To everyone who thinks that Balotelli's kick was unintentional, let's have a little science experiment. Kick with your right foot, Jump, and spin yourself in the air and see where your legs go
They should have a compilation of david silva's deadly passes and assists, so that FIFA knows how good a player he is. Still can't get over why he is not nominated for Ballon d'Or.
Very good game for both team too! Excellent performance, although there are some defensive slips. I think nasri played really well this time, hope he can continue to shine in city. Very good performance from garath bale and richards as well
